Tommy has fixed my washer and dryer many times and also replaced my dyer because it kept going out. I would recommend him anytime also the owner when he clarered the dryer hose.

I bought a $450 dollar washer from them and 4 weeks later it stopped working, they were going to charge me a fee for $45 fee for coming I no out to look at it even if nothing was wrong with the washer its self. Very poor quality of putting it together them selves and not helpful when installing it incorrectly in our home the first time around. Do not go here for a washer its not worth your money .

What a great place. Its Christmas eve and my refrigerator went out. I needed something quick and picked up a great fridge at a great price and he went out of his way to make sure everything was secure. Now that its been plugged in for awhile and is running cold I transferred all the Christmas food over. Thank you for the great service!

I had a great experience with Appliance King service. My washer broke and needed repair. Tommy came out on the Saturday of Memorial weekend and ordered the part. He came this evening (Wednesday )and had it fixed quickly. Very courteous, friendly, reasonably pricedand knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Appliance King and will certainly use them again!

Someone recommended Appiance King, from the small town I live in.I was not disappointed. It was 30 minutes to closing time on Thursday before memorial day weekend.They welcomed me with warm energy, were not at all gross salesmen types or pushy, or in a big hurry to get me out of there. I was referred them by a friend. Called regarding a squeaky Whirlpool Duet dryer. They gave me a quote based on the noises and it ended up costing less than the quote. Tommy was nice, professional and full of information. I will be using them again and have already referred to my neighbors.

HorribleI get a dryer from them and in four months breaks down. Ok I call and they say they will fix it. free of charge. Cool very nice of them. To keep a good image. Two months later no dryer fixed. I call and get the run around. I guess I pay some one else to fix it. And I will never recommend these lying beat around the Bush ass holes again.

About 5 weeks ago, I called Appliance King to see if they would come pick up a washer and dryer set, as I was moving and had no way of transporting them. After assuring them that i did not want to be paid for them, I just wanted them gone, they said it would not be a problem and would pick them up the following Tuesday between 3-5. I agreed to meet them there, as I would have already moved by that date. I show up at three and proceed to wait the entire time, and decided to call at ten till five. They said they would be unable to make it because their pick up vehicle had broken down the morning before (Monday). I understand accidents happen, but a call before I had waited around for two hours when I could have been unpacking at my new place would have been appreciated. They told me they would call when their truck was fixed, though it should be done by friday. After not hearing from them, I call the following Monday to see if their truck was fixed. It was and they scheduled to have them picked up that Thursday, and as long as I give them permission, I would not have to be there when they pick them up as long as they were outside. They had been on a back covered porch from the beginning. A week after the washer and dryer should have been picked up, I am told by my previous roommates who still live at the house that the washer and dryer were still there. ANother call to Appliance Kings was made, where they blamed me for not picking them up because they called me before pick up and I never answered my phone. That is a lie as I never received a call from them, and I did clarify that they had the right number. SO they agree to pick them up later that day (Friday). It has been a week since then, and the washer and dryer are still sitting on the porch. Their customer service was awful, they never once called to cancel or for appointments, blamed me for their own fault, and ghosted me. I will NEVER do business with them again. They used to be a great business, but since Ben left it has become awful.

Guy came out to fix my washer About 2 to 3 weeks later my washer did the same thing call him to come look at again and he chargered me another service fee and tried to say it was something different a $100 later and my washer is the exact same as before he came and looked at it! They will take your money and not resolve the problem. I will never do business with them again very bad expierience.

I got my washine machine fixed a year a goThey were supposed to come back which was still leaking but they never did, a year later started having issuesMind you I paid them 399$ to complete a washer that was never actually fixedSo back to the current situation, I called over day of the month I even seen the guy in the appliance truck like hey I guess you dont wanna make any money. I dont know about the quality of what they sell is but they have horrible customer service !!!!!!! Do not go here go to lowes or anywhere else but here ! Theres better deals anyway

I had Appliance King out to repair my Dryer for a burning smell and the next morning when I tried to dry my clothes it was banging and clanking...... it was WORSE!! I asked for my money back and they refused and told me to sue them.Buyer beware!! these guys are not honest and will rob you!!!

Absolute Worst customer service, I should have read the reviews before making an appointment with them they gave me a 3-5 Window and when I called about 20 till 5 just see when they would be here, I was met with a very rude man, they do not care about their customers and you know what they just lost one I would not use appliance king ever ever again ! Hope this helps other ones that are considering calling them a word to the wise don’t !
