Not sure what is going on, but theyve gotten rid of most of the merchandise. I went in the other day to buy a tea kettle because I didnt want to just order it from Amazon. They didnt have one and a lot of the shelves were empty. Theyve also removed shelves. I was buying other things, some of which they hard and some not. So I ended up going somewhere else.

Was in & out in no time. They had one of two items I was searching for or I would have given them five stars.

Wont send my paycheck after I stopped working there last week. For a new job they were aware of. Seems petty and not professional

Show good customer service their managers were able to get me my pumpkin spice in the know most places that hold them off the shelves but all around I have good positive things to say about.

With the covid pandemic there are certain things that make it hard to shop. Bath towels should be felt before purchase. Got my bath towels and they are nice and fluffy. Bought more than I realized. But everything in stock great customer service

Went in this afternoon and couldnt even get into the towel section due to boxes half open and merchandise all over the floor. No one wasstocking.The The floors are gross and a lot of litter and misplaced items were strewn aboit. Ive never seen it like this before.

I like the variety here of bedding options and also cooking utensils. There are also so fun quirky things that I wouldnt think of getting usually. They prices are a bit much, and some products arent great quality but its really a mix.

This place has so much fun stuff. We just purchased a creme brulee torch setAll the specialty stuff makes it fun to shop.The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.When new items are introduced, we can usually find it here

Many items to choose from for your home. They have all the latest kitchen gadgets which I just love. Its a great place to pick up a gift for anyone who enjoys cooking. The prices are good and there is always plenty of parking.

Shop here only if you want to be followed the entire time you are there. What was funny was I was the only one in the store being followed and the only customer that wasnt white. I will never shop st that store again. I also let them know I did not appreciate being followed.

We recently bought a new Convection Toaster oven and it has been a great addition to our kitchen cooking! Works great!

I found stuff i didnt even know I needed...but what made it great wasnt all the cool...and crazy items for the home... But the first thing the lady at the counter said... She smiled and said Thank you for your Service... as I was wearing my US Submarine face mask... Really made my day

I was surprised that they dont have a giant variety. Ive never been in a bb&b, and wasnt all that impressed. Also, couldnt find anyone to help us. Was a little disappointed.

I love other BBBs, but this one needs some help. Shelves are empty and the store is messy. Didnt find anything I was looking for.

It held a lot of good quality items. My problem was that only the items in the sale areas had price tags present. The items not on sale were unmarked, so getting a price was hard, especially since it was our first visit. Luckily, staff were very helpful. In our hour and a half visit, we had 4 staff helping us and then found a laser scanner that allowed us to check the prices on items.

Unhelpful staff! Manager left us waiting 15 min to walk in circles befor helping us.

The store is trashed, looks like a post apocalyptic garage sale. Tried to buy an item but they couldn’t figure out how to sell it at the register and said to get it online... They’re careless and confused to put it mildly.

The store was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I was a little dissapointed in the selection, but it may have been a predelivery day.

Really nice with lots of household items. Tightly packed product, so it feels like you need to take your time to find what youre looking for, which may help you find something you didnt know you wanted/needed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff that know where everything is if youre in a rush. Prices feel appropriate for most things. There is a price match guarantee. Plenty of parking, quick access from I-25 with either exit 102 or 104. Will visit again.

Clean, great customer service, just needs a little more selection. But what they do have is beautiful.

This is a great BB&B it has all those little kitchen gadgets you cant find anywhere else.However its really expensive and frankly they need to be more realistic about prices here.In this day and age, making sure your affordable is the only way to stay afloat. Plus taking good care of your employees! Its sadly evident they pay them poorly.

When we visited a bit of a mess due to rearranging store

One of the things I like best about BB and B is when you go looking for a potato peeler or a cutting board as I did you can find about a dozen different kinds so you can really find one you like best that suits you best for your kitchen.thats great.

This is a great store! I gave never been in a Bed, Bath & Beyond that had so much variety! They have all sorts of storage containers, cooking gadgets, along with the usual items that BB&B carries. I could have spent a whole day in this store just in the kitchen gadget section. This would be a great place in which to be registered if you were to be getting married.

The workers here are always polite and helpful. The store is clean and well-maintained. Best of all, they carry a few things that no one else carries. The prices are decent to somewhat high, but thats to be expected at BB&B.

The beyond has to be describing the customer service! I was helped this evening (12/27/2016) by a man named Daryl, who was magnificent! He not only helped me with my return, he went as far as helping me do an Internet search to find the very best product available, and then ordered it for me & had it shipped directly to my home. All while saving me a few dollars!! He made a post Christmas gift exchange a breeze and provided above excellent customer service! Thanks again SO MUCH!!

So much to look at and hard to find assistance with items.

I was actually disappointed. My kitchen and bathroom is pink. This color is completely missing from this store. I know Im not the only person with this color kitchen or bathroom. Since most shoppers are female and most females relate to pink I found it odd that the store lacked the color. Im betting the company uses a male buyer. Disappointed. Will not ever return. I was told to use ONLINE if wanted pink.. that actually really annoyed me and set my decision not to ever return. Pocket full of money, new house and they lost what could of resulted in a very large purchase.

I would have gave 5 stars however they do not stock any California king items. Other than that it has everything else you need.

I cant have most kitchen things; but i love to take time because they have allowed a chance for that.

Went in looking for a gravy/fat separater. Couldnt find it, but the website showed the store as having three. Went to the checkout line and asked the man (who thought I had come up to pay) if he could point me toward someone who could find my item for me. He, himself, took me back to the section in which the item should have been and also couldnt find it, so he said hed check in the storage area. He came back a few minutes later with three in hand. Id say customer service is excellent!

GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a return but figured Id look at their selection. I wanted to purchase an item and after 15 minutes of looking for an employee I gave up. It was 10 am and no one was on the floor. So I took credit on my card instead of spending more money at the store. Id suggest just ordering online. This store is understaffed and doesnt care about its customers. They wasted my time and money.
