A tiny little bakery outlet shop with all sorts of little surprises I would not have imagined. Banana milk? Vanilla coca-cola coffe!! Of course Ill try anything new worth a shot, and I LOVED the cola coffee. Awesome unique flavors of chips, as well. And it was such a quiet spot. There were two ladies staffing it, and only two or three other people visited to shop while we were there. The are some great deals but dint expect a bathroom. And there is an odd chemical smell when you enter, but fades after being in the store. It may be the smell of all the bagged yeast products. Who can say?I will be checking in again when Im in the area - it isnt all about badges yet at this place.

I LOVE this store. I go there for all my bread needs! And if you buy a lot of bread theyll give you some for free. There is a lot of great deals and the workers are great!

Thoroughly enjoy this outlet. Bread is at least...at least... a dollar less than at the stores. They have a sale section. $3.98 at Walmart.... $1.69 at Franz. The sale items change weekly but my fave bread always goes on sale at least 2x month.Very friendly staff.

This place always has the best deals on gluten-free bread and other items. My family does our weekly shopping here and because of the rewards program it helps to drive the cost of our already expensive groceries down as much as possible. We hope this place never closes.

Always come here once a month for bread. Prices are unbeatable. Quality is great. Just freeze the extra bread and thaw when you need it. Always and to get so much for $20. Like 16 loaves plus bonus items

Typically have great deals and good food. Today I bought some donut sticks that are 3 months past expiration date JUST WOW Franz, that is really poor inventory management. Will be buying less and being more mindful of the expire dates.

Molasses cookies and lemon blueberry muffins are absolutely amazing and at a great price too. Many past experiences have not let me down either. By far my favorite place to get bread and pastries.

I grew up in Portland and toured the Franz Bakery plant when I was in second grade. I love having them in Utah and their outlet store is great. The people are nice and they always have great values.

I wanted to pick up some Keto bread so I called to check and they were incredibly helpful. Loved the prices and the staff was super nice.The building seems a little beat up on the outside but inside was clean an tidy.Definitely worth the quick drive.

Guys this place has the best bread and for a much less expensive price than your average grocery store. Staff/ owner incredibly nice. When you spend 10 bucks you always get a free item. I have multiple loads of bread bagels and English muffins and I only spent 10 dollars. Check this place out you wont regret it!

I probably shouldnt review Franz Bakery Outlet because then people will find out about it and I wont be able to buy my favorite bread for 0.75 a loaf because it will be sold out. The only down fall about Franz Outlet is the location is kind of rundown, but I will happily visit for what they offer.

I just purchased two loaves of delicious whole wheat, a large bag of chips, a box of banana flavored wafers, and two bags of bagles for only eight dollars; I always feel like Im in a treasure chest when I come here. The staff are angel that say it like it is and I always get coloring sheets when I stop by. This is one of my absolute favorite stores in all of Provo. 3🍑🎪❤🎠🍩

Quite cool, I didnt know a bakery outlet exists. Price is very good, but honestly unless you have to feed a complete school class or something similar it is not worth the ride, of course depending how far you have to drive.

We love this place! I dont buy bread anywhere else! We buy a bunch and freeze them it is great. It is fraction of the cost you get in the store.

Franz bread is the BEST! Their Western Hazelnut is my favorite and my husband says there has never been a raisin bread as good as Franz! He gave a loaf to a friend who ate the entire thing in one day! (And....the guy was tall and skinny!) Wish we lived closer to an outlet!

Im glad this place exists! Very inexpensive bread, bagels, snack cakes, chips, cookies, etc. Because the bread is on the older side, it can go stale somewhat quickly, so we like to stock up and then freeze it, which works quite well. (And if it does go stale, we just use it in bread pudding. ;-9 )

Its amazing to find a place that has gluten free bread cheaper.

Now this is an outlet store, so theres a lot of cheap bread that expires in a week or less even. If you are having a party, friends and family over then go in and buy a while bunch of bread. If our just need one loaf of bread for yourself go ahead, I do that and manage to easily finish that loaf before the expiration date. Nice quiet place away from everything, and has lots of cheap bread and treats.

Get their woven-plastic shopping bags for a few dollars; theyre heavy duty bags (better than canvas) and mean you can get a free bread item with the purchase of ANYTHING. So, you can buy a clearance mini turnover pie for 50 cents and get seedy 24-grain bread thats $4 in grocery stores. Granted, Im not a big fan of their pies and instead get a box of clearanced Little Debbies or Sunbelt granola bars for $1.29. If you pend $10, youll get a second free item. (You can use up to 3 such bags each time, assuming youre buying enough bread to fill them and thus warrant each extra free item.) Now, this is pretty good bread, and its not stale, but Id recommend freezing it if you dont eat it pretty quickly. You can also get duck bread, meaning stale bread to feed ducks at the nearby Paul Reams Wilderness Park, even though its junk food to them, and thats 5 loaves to $1. (Youre often required to buy in multiples of 5.) If you dont care about stale, just pinching pennies, you could do that and immediately freeze it for toast, stuffing, French toast, and croutons. Its not moldy, just not especially fresh. They also have several types of cookies, Little Debbie boxed treats, Sunbelt granola bars, rolls, and a few overpriced shelf items like jam and gravy mix. Almost everything is a little cheaper per item when you buy 2. Its a good place to buy whole-grain bread, especially using the bag for a free loaf, but its not a full-service bakery with all of the trimmings. The black Sharpie line on the bag means its got less shelf life and thus considered bargain bread. Its this bargain bread (and buns, and sometimes raisin or peach-cobbler bread) that you get as those free items. They also have some okay gluten-free bread that I think costs $5 each or 2 for $9, but sometimes its on sale for less. Definitely freeze any of that you arent using quickly, mostly because its too pricey not to. They also usually have a coloring contest going for kids, so just ask for some of the cute coloring pages on display at the counter (usually relating to the next upcoming holiday). Bring them back colored in for a free cookie or something and they get displayed. Not a bad store. Limited hours, though. 9-6 Mon-Sat.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bakery. I visited another bakery outlet in nearby Orem and was so disappointed but Franzs bakery had great prices on a wide variety of items. I would definitely visit again.The parking lot is a little sketchy though. At first I was nervous that the outlet was closed. Be brave. Go inside. It is worth it.

The bread is great and if you buy $15, you get a bread from the discounted rack. Ive been to other brand outlets in the county and this is by far the best one.
