Theres very little I give 5 stars. Nothing is perfect 😅 But this store stayed better stocked through the initial stages of covid than any other. The only recurring complaints Ive had is shelves being stocked and bathroom being cleaned during busy hours. But an employee can always be found for help and theyre friendly. Store has a great ambiance and layout 😊 New parking lot does suck though 😅

You go to Walmart because its cheap, quick, and has everything. This one is always out of something and the lines are always atrocious. Last time I went I stood in line for over 25 minutes. definitely need to hire more workers. Try smiths instead.

Just wanted deli meat and cheeses…I understand being short handed but I stood there while the associate was back doing chicken and she had her head phones in so I couldn’t even talk to her. There was no closed sign…so I didn’t know she was closed early. Would have been nice if number one she acknowledged me and number two there was a closed sign so I didn’t stand there waiting just for her to tell me she wouldn’t get me deli meat. So then I had to go find another alternative. I am sure she is tired and wants her shift to be over but I am tired to and would have been nice not to waist time I could be home.

I like this Walmart and usually go to it to avoid the crowds at the other one in Orem. They do not have as wide a selection has the bigger Walmart but the grocery section is more than adequate and the prices are awesome.Good neighborhood. I recently lost my debit card there and when I returned to check and see if they had it, they did have it, in their safe no less. I was so grateful that I did not have to go through all the hassle of applying for a new one in and waiting for it to arrive in the mail!Staff were friendly and very helpful. Conveniently located halfway down the parkway between Provo and Orem. Prices are reasonable as expected at Walmart. And its just a little bit cleaner and more healthy atmosphere. Thanks for finding my card, guys!! Or whoever it was a turned it in!They have tons of parking and other cool store stores is there with it. Even a brand new 7-Eleven

It was my first time shopping there. Very clean and cashiers very nice.

Ive been going to this place since I can first remember hearing the name Days.Its alway been a place to pick up Groceries and meet up with old friends.Days has had its ups and downs but has faired better than the few other stores in the area.Theyre trustworthy and reliable for when you need a gallon of milk or loaf of bread and have a wide variety of items to choose from and from where I stand, Ill be going to Days for years to come!

This store is more about getting groceries, you won’t find clothes or bed sheets, but over all good store.

We always have a great experience at this Walmart! We love the staff and they always have what we need. (Except Ben & Jerry’s Chubby Hubby, which we are pretty bummed about:) The store is clean and although the selection isn’t huge, there’s not much we feel we’re missing out on. It does get extremely busy at certain times of the day, usually late afternoon, evenings, and Saturday’s.Anytime other than that is really chill.

Its a clean Walmart and it has a good diverse selection even though its a smaller store. Its primarily focused on groceries.

This place is always insanely busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. None of that is really Wal-Mart itselfs fault though, but be aware. They have really good produce and decent selection of other items!

A guy that was putting lettuce away was nice enough to stop what he was doing to help me find an energy drink. Even though there wasn’t any in the store at the time he still helped me and I’m thankful that he did!

The parking lot is kind of a pain to navigate, but other than that its my usual go-to place to shop for groceries! I downloaded the Walmart app so it tells me where everything is, and that honestly might have changed my life. So easy. Its also right next to a UVX stop, so shopping here even if you dont have a vehicle is super doable.

Nice store. They get a lot of the college kids there.

The Provo, Utah store changed their parking lot and now make Senior Citizens and people like me who cant walk far to get into the store to get an electronic cart, (which they have ONLY 2 of them) walk farther than the young College kids to get to the front door. The only reason I went and spent $1,000 a week there was their cart worker, Camille. She made sure the people with disabilities and need short distances to walk would help me in or get me a cart. A big company like WALMART would treat us better. They seem not to want our business anymore. Shame on you!

Man was I impressed with this place! Came up to the self checkout and noticed the bag of chips I chose was opened already, super nice employee took it off my hands, and when I got back he let me check out at a different station and skip the line. What an awesome guy! We need more workers like that who really care about customers.

If you are looking for just food shopping then this is the Walmart to go to. I was surprised how much nicer their food selection is compared to the nearby full sized walmart supercenters. Definitely not the Walmart you want though if you are looking for any other household items or clothes that you can find at regular Walmarts.

Not crowded at all. Had everything I needed in stock and was in and out in a jiffy. Employees were very friendly. Will be back again soon!

This Walmart is tiny compared to most, but it has a great food selection. It’s organized well, is always clean, has super friendly workers, and is at a very convenient location. Great for college grocery shopping!!

Good assortment of things, but their supply can be somewhat limited. I was considering giving it three stars because they’ve been severely understocked since COVID hit, but I suppose that can’t really be helped.Workers are friendly and the store is well kept up.

Kinda limited on their variety. But its hard to beat the prices.

It has the basics. The employees are polite and helpful, especially the lady with dark, shoulder-length hair who’s usually up by the front. (She says she’s worked there a few years.) (There was only one weird employee, but he wasn’t weird on the job. I asked him to hang out because we had stuff in common; he, apparently, thought it was a date, and he was a very creepy date.)

A convenient location. It is often busy. I have noticed it is generally well kept and stocked. The size of the store is great, and the selection is good for any of your needs.

I didn’t really know Walmart’s like this existed. It’s basically a Walmart but only with groceries. It’s a lot smaller because of that but they have fairly good prices and sales.

Its a smaller selection, but that doesnt mean its a cute local neighborhood market like they want you to think it is.

Im sure that every single one of us that reads this post has been to Aid Walmart of any kind but for me this is the number one in the United States the most friendliest staff most caring management one of the cleanest stores Ive ever been to and as we all know Walmart employees are not too tentative to assist their customers well guess what go here you will know what customer service is once again.

Going shopping is my least favorite thing to do now with all the COVID-19 challenges inherent with these strange times. The store is always clean, there were extra cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer for use and put have, an employee to verify everyone has a mask and enough cashiers for quick checkout. We all know what its like in a Saturday night in a highly religious community who try not to shop on Sundays. Its my least favorite of my least favorite thing to do on a Saturday night. 😳 I like the convenience of self check out but when the store is buzzing with safe but brisk people trying to make it quick without crowding into a public place, having enough cashiers there to get people in and out safely and quickly is key. Thank you Wal-Mart employees for being there and also being cheerful. We DO notice and appreciate you also being on the front lines.

Decent little walmart marketplace. But its definitely just that, a marketplace. They do have some other stuff here for non food purposes, but not much! If youre looking to go just for groceries, this is your place, but if you need other stuff than food, I would highly recommend a supercenter. I honestly didnt know these little walmarts existed till I came here haha but it gets the job done most weeks!

Very disappointed, worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. Last 2 times was just very disrespectful and not attentive at all. I came in last week and the greeter was an older gentleman passing out mask. I go to put mine on and it broke. So asked if I could have one of the ones he was passing out. He was very rude and disrespectful saying I was lying about my mask. So I tell the manager David what was happening and he said okay and that was it. Well I came back tonight to grab some stuff because I have surgery in the morning. I grabbed the wrong drink im supposed to drink for my medication for surgery. Before I even leave the parking lot I realized it was the wrong one. I went back inside and again the manager, David was once again working. He ignored me as I waited finally another customer go his attention and then he refused to help me exchange it for the proper one thats the exact same price. Seriously will be going out of my way to go to another location. Now I have to rush around to get the right one just so I can have my medication for my surgery. I also will have my friends and family do the same. Sad, this review at one time was 5 Stars, if I could give it less I would.

What you can expect from a Walmart, pretty chill. If you are looking for something specific though, I suggest the Bigger Walmart.

Wonderful place thats nice and small. Daniel was awesome. He got all our groceries rung up really fast. And the whole time engaged us in conversation. Search him out personally and you will not regret your experience here! Plus all the other people were very helpful!

I mostly come here because its close and cheap, but there is also this employee there named David who is the nicest and coolest guy Ive ever met. He single-handedly broke down my pre-conceived notion of Walmart stores having poor customer service. Awesome guy.

A man brought a dog in the store. I followed the dog as it walked past several employees, and not one of them said anything to the dog owner about the law against non-service animals in grocery stores. They did not ask a manager to talk to the dog owner. They all acted like they did not see the dog, even though many customers stared at the dog and turned for a second look. They were too polite to say anything, and they shouldnt have to. I took a picture of the dog and told the dog owner it is against the law for the dog to be in the store. The dog owner swore at me. He took the dog through the self-check line right in front of the Customer Service desk, where 2 employees leaned against the counter chatting with each other and ignored the dog. Employees should be trained to notify a manager to ask 2 questions allowed by the ADA: 1) if the animal is required because of a disability and 2) what the animal has been trained to perform to help with a disability.

Large selection of goods and the pharmacy is the best.

Its Wal-Mart, but not as Wal-Mart as the Orem Wal-Mart, if you know what I mean.

If I need to buy food or other quick items from Walmart, I much prefer to go to the neighborhood market over the Walmart supercenter. You can generally get through a self-checkout mine pretty quickly, and the store is easy to find your way around and clean. Same prices as the regular Walmart, Ive price compared to be sure :)

What is with the terrible service? I come weekly in the mornings. The registers are closed but I buy a big cart of groceries. Each time I practically have to beg an attendant at the front to ring me up. There are usually multiple sitting up there just chatting with each other. Today I asked I be rung up (as opposed to self check out) and I was told no. So I had to spend extra long ringing my full cart up myself in self checkout because they were too busy doing who knows what. Weekly occurrence. I’m not asking for that much. Just open a register when you see a customer with a lot of things!!

So grocery pick up isn’t like at all of the others....you have to go in. Defeats the purpose. And when you’re there expect to wait even if you give them a heads up... go somewhere else for pick up this place is ridiculous

I have dealt with some salty sea pirates in my life, but the employees at the neighborhood Walmart are on a whole different level. I mean, Im talking about avast ye matey with a ship and everything and the crows nest.I mainly go to Walmart for the cheap prices and people watching. Boy can you find some gems in these stores. The best part about this location is probably the Pharmacy. The employees there are mild mannered and relatively nice towards you.Beware though, the homeless are attracted to these box stores everywhere. Avoid eye contact and dont say anything. You could be heckled incessantly. Walmart is okay, but there are better places to shop.

The food was easy to access, but around 7 to 8 there wasnt anyone to help the people in front of us for the self checkout. We stood there for about 15 minutes, but someone did eventually come after the people had to go and ask around for someone to help.

Great place to shop. Could use more selection on the milk. Stuff runs out like cocaine in the 80s. Otherwise, its okay.

Cheap prices but often crowded and almost always long slow lines at checkout. I avoid going here if i have another choice.

This is store deserves 5 stars for its great location.However, it disappoints quite often because there’s always stuff missing on the shelves. It’s been more than 3 times I looked for certain products and there was any left. Looks like they have a hard time restocking shelves quickly or being on top of their inventory.

Every employee there has always been super super nice and helpful. It’s great having it so close, and their prices are pretty good even though it’s a smaller store. They have everything we need.
