They are always willing to help and are kind when you need to look for something elsewhere. But sometimes the staff could use some sensitivity training. If they give you trouble about an expired Temple recommend, just remind them you only need to prove you are endowed, and then share your birthday for confirmation. I have had to do this twice at this location.

I love going there! Seeing all the artwork on the way in and out is great! Rather than anywhere else, I go there because of the great atmosphere. I always look around after my clothing purchase. There are always great new items to see! Its like a whole different world down there. I dont think about the time and the world, kinda like at the temple. Love it!

Little hard to find, you have to go under the bookstore and walk until you feel about like youre not supposed to be there.

Its your basic distribution center that has temple clothes and garments. It is tucked away in the basement and the decor is not that great down there. Staff are great and the discount garments are a steal. The hours are different from the BYU Store so be careful.

The staff are super welcoming and know the sizes that you need and can help you with fitting; I came here to get clothing for my mission and they are super knowledgable about what to get for which environment and what works best.

Good place for professional used clothing

This place is extremely convenient. Its located in the basement of the BYU Store in the WSC, but its on campus. They have a good selection including garments, white suits, white dresses, white shoes and socks, and temple ordinance clothing. Service is friendly but not overbearing.
