Great place to be at and amazing environment workers are so friendly and always helpful. They have a larger variety of Jordan, Nikey and Adidas and that is all i wear best fit combinations as well I love champs!!!!

I went into Champs yesterday, feeling overwhelmed with having to pick a gift for my husband for Valentines day/ Anniversary. At 1st i couldnt see any employees in the store, but shortly after Latisha came up to me and assisted me, she patiently waited as i tried to make my pick due to the fact my husband has a ton of shoes, then once i did she went to the back to get them. She was easy to talk to and relate to. She gave GREAT customer service and truly deserves a raise or a bonus for being AWESOME! I will definitely come back and with her help my husband loved his shoes!

Nice workers, they didnt have what we were specifically looking for but we liked the items they did carry.

Ordered 4 packs of Nike Dri-fit socks and I only got 1 in the mail still trying to get ahold of the customer service been waiting for a hour how can they mess up a sock order

If I could give a worse review I would. First let down, while placing the order online the order form stated FREE SHIPPING, yet once I received the e-receipt to my surprise I was charged $7.99. I ordered some Nike Roshes from their site and the package I received was horrible! I have received better package care on packages shipped from China. I order shoes online all of the time. Any time that I have ever ordered shoes, they have always been shipped within in a box, as to ensure that the shoe box is not damaged. This was the first time that I have ever ordered from Champs. First the shoes were shipped just in a flimsy bag with no kind of packing care at all! The box was completely trashed. I like to save the shoe box to ensure that dust and dirt do not collect on my shoes. I like to keep them in really good shape, because I pay a lot for them. The shoe box was totally un-savable. To add to my disappointment, once I looked over the shoes they had glue all over the toe for some reason. I need these shoes for the vacation that I am leaving for tonight so I just picked off the glue. When I contacted them about the crappy torn box, they suggested that next time I pay $3.99 for a stupid gift box to double wrap the shoes so that the box isnt torn. I will NEVER order from this place again!
