Super disappointing. Got “gold filled” earning that went silver after a week. Also I love their clothes but all over prices and poor quality. I reached out to the store with my concerns and no one got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend going there

The best place to shop for clothes and gifts. The atmosphere is good, the employees are really friendly, I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a store. My go to for baby shower gifts, a new outfit or shoes for myself, or just when I want to browse! Definitely worth a visit if you havent been!

Listen up google readers!! You are in for a REAL treat with Soel Boutique. I always have the most pleasant experience whether that’s shopping online or going into the store at either location. But! Let me tell you something. My most recent experience shopping in-store was 10/10. And here’s why - Allie and Sarah went ABOVE and beyond with every and any expectation that I had. And please note that it was closing time! Some people (Allie and Sarah) have a natural ability to light up a room and make you feel like their favorite customer ever. There is literally nothing better than that. All I’m saying is, whoever is in charge needs to give them a hefty raise for being genuine 5 star human beings.

Cute store. Not super impressed with prices and quality. For instance, a simple cotton shirt is $78, and a nice sweater is $46? Kind of weirdly priced. Seems arbitrary, and overpriced in general. But they’re trendy and cute. NOTE: If you buy something online, you can return and get $ back to original form of payment. If you buy something in-stores, you will only have the option of exchange or in-store credit.

I love soel! There are a lot of very cute clothing items at a variety of prices. The staff is very nice and are very helpful. The clothing has been great quality as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!

There is such a great selection at this store! With so many boutiques in Utah, you often start seeing the same things everywhere you go. Soel Boutique has unique, stand out items. The price range is all over the place because they carry several brands so take your time looking through everything. Youll find something you love! The service is hit and miss.

Honestly one of the best shops I’ve ever shopped at. Clothes and Staff are both AMAZING! The girls are so helpful and they always go out of their way to help me find exactly what I’m looking for.

I love the clothes from Soel and always have however, today (Feb 28th) the customer service was exceptionally awful. Obviously something has to change. Every time I go In all the workers can do is give judgmental stares and make you feel like you aren’t supposed to be there. Once I walked in they didn’t even greet me and instead they stare, make snide jokes and roll their eyes. I have never experienced such bad customer service. It’s truly annoying and disappointing. I’m only giving it one star to show and express how bad the customer service is.

Honestly the best place ever to find cute gifts for people. Love there cook books and the beauty selection (skin care products). The buyer knows what shes doing!! so awesome.

Two of the employees bent over backwards for me to help me find a specific dress i was looking for that didnt work out. After leaving the store i received a call saying they found something in the back that would be perfect! The fact that she went through their calls to find my number then sent me a picture, and totally helped me out was very impressive! Great clothing and great employees!

I went in the store with my wife to exchange some shoes she was given as a gift for a different color. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially when making the exchange! We didnt have a receipt (as the shoes were a gift) and they were fine with looking up the order and taking care of it. What really impressed me was how they took care of the exchange. The shoes were originally bought on sale, but the sale had ended when we arrived, so we would have had to pay extra to get the same shoes in a different color, even though they were a gift...BUT the lady working was very understanding and helped us exchange them without any extra charge (at the sale rate), and was also very nice to my wife. Great service, expensive but AWESOME products.

I’m writing this review so the manger can talk to the girls who were working on Friday June 7th, 2019 around 4:00. My sister and I walked into the store, and the girls were all sitting at the front desk, looked at us, stopped talking, and just watched us walk in. They then continued their conversation while my sister and I looked around the store. I felt so awkward walking in with no greeting, and nothing but blank stares/glares. I honestly felt like an intruder, and like I wasn’t welcome. I am OBSESSED with the clothes here, but most of the people who work there are so bratty. Even as my sister and I left the store, they continued with their conversation, and stayed at the front desk. Didn’t say bye, or thank you, or anything.I’m not giving Soel boutique the company 3 stars. The clothes are great. But I’m giving this specific location 3 stars, just for the people that work there. This was not my first experience like this at this store either. The clothes are 5 stars, the customer service is 1 star.

When I do go to the physical location, I always love the look of the store and how willing and helpful all of the employees are. Its such a fun place and it is so much more personable than all those boring mall stores. I dont have enough good things to say. Its my favorite place to shop in Utah County.

Terrible experience. I brought back a shirt that ripped after 1 wear, along the seam. The employees were extremely rude, questioned my morals, and basically said “well that sucks for you”. The little girls wouldn’t give us any owner/manager contact information. Overall I feel like 1 Star is a generous review.

Unbelievably poor customer service. My daughter was very pleased with her purchase. Unfortunately the item she bought had a defect in workmanship. When she approached the sales girl at the store she was treated so poorly. Her character was brought into question and was basically called a liar. I appreciate that returns can be tricky, but it is the salesman’s job to take care of the customer’s concern with empathy and to look for a way to come to a conclusion that works for all.... not to scorn and disparage their customers!!! I will make a point of informing my friends and family to not shop at this boutique store.

Soel is the cutest boutique. Always in style, clean, smells good. The customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond to help me and gave me a gift card because their card machine took a while to work.

Honestly, I left this store in such a bad mood yesterday. I love the clothes in this store, and always come out with cute purchases!! But yesterday night (Wednesday May 1) the customer service was exceptionally rude and has left a bad taste for the boutique in my mouth. The girls working there were so rude to us, they made snide jokes to us and rolled their eyes, and begrudgingly helped us with sizes. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Truly disappointing.

I love the merchandise, and if i did all my purchases online, I’d give them 5 stars. But the staff. Gahhhh, couldn’t have found more snobby people if I tried. I stand at the register waiting to be checked out and i have to wait for them to finish their conversations. 2/3 times I’ve made a purchase there I was handed my bag of items without as much as a smile from the person checking me out. This local Boutique is hit or miss. The clothes, the employees, the service, The friendliness, or uber-frosty-ness of the staff.Overall the style is nice, but the sizing is all over the place. In the same visit you may find something fabulous for a fortune, and something Fabulous for a fair price. Its always fun to stop in, and try my luck!

I love the products this store offers, however they have terrible customer service. The employees dont greet you nor do they offer assistance while you shop. I had to search the tiny boutique for someone who worked there and its TINY. When I asked for things, I got cold, short responses. I have visited this store several times and my experience has been the same. Such a shame because they have great clothes and shoes.
