Found this store while walking off dinner and enjoying the lights at the Riverwoods. Glad we stopped by as everything we bought (caramel apple, cashew bears, truffles, and graham crackers) were delicious! A tad on the pricier side, but definitely worth every penny. Great place for a dessert date!

Dipped items like apples are the best bet here. Great combos of candy, caramel and chocolate- endless varieties. Stick with those, the other chocolates are a shave better than Russell Stovers.

Yummo.. whats not to love. The gal even gave us a sample of Rocky road fudge. Delish then I needed to work out extra hard at planet fitness in orem. And Physical therapy. Spelled different, because they are.

Excellent chocolate, got a truffle and it was well worth the 3 buck price for a single. Didnt feel too welcomed despite being the only one in there but Ill chalk that up to them being busy making the sweets.

I always get their caramel apples because they are the best Ive ever had. Im not someone who is big into sweets, but this place always seems to get me and hits just the right spot. Theyve got such a wide variety of treats and sweets and theyre all extremely well made and very delicious! The employees are very kind and take the time to help you and guide you to what youre looking for. Its always fun to go into here with no idea as to what you want and just ask the employee for guidance and youll discover something new and Ive never been let down from doing it that way. Very well managed establishment and highly recommend Rocky Mountain Chocolate to anyone and everyone. You just cant go wrong at this place.

I actually really enjoyed the ice cream here. We got in pretty late as they were closing and they were very generous with the servings. Super great service and I would definitely recommend them.

The caramel apples are absolutely to DIE for! They are especially delicious on a crisp Autumn day.I really like their new location at Riverwoods. They are now right in the middle of things instead lost at the far end.

Went with some friends here. It was the first time for all of us. We were looking for a quick, yummy treat, but this seems to cater to a different crowd. The treats looked good but it was nearly $5 for one truffle!! We ended up getting the chocolate covered bananas, as they were the only reasonably priced things in the store. Wont be going back unless we really feel like blowing money on some glorified chocolate.

We went there because I have had their apples many of times while living in california. I am undergoing cognitive rehabilitation here in Provo and wanted some comfort/yummy treat. My apple was mushy and not crisp. The girl that helped my husband and I was unfriendly and rude. I called to get this rectified because let’s be honest, if you are paying $7.95 for an apple, it better be good. I spoke to Amber and am waiting for a return call from the store manager, Ms. Anderson. To be continued....

Ive worked here, and its been an awesome job. Fun and easy with great coworkers. The chocolate and other treats are absolutely delicious and you can taste the quality. The price is a bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

We went into the location in the river bottoms in provo Utah Store number 50678. Weston and Hadly were both so nice and the Chocolate dipped cheese cakes are amazing. Ive never tasted a better cheese cake.

Always a delicious treat! They have a wonderful selection of different tasty caramel covered apple and other chocolate covered delectable deserts. If youve never had a Rocky Mountain caramel apple before youre missing out.

Everything here is excellent and good quality. We have tried so many things and just love it all. My only complaint is its pricey. Wed come more often for a better price.

The girls working are rude, have poor phone and customer service skills, and like to greet callers with a tart um hello instead of hi this is such and such chocolate factory.. The owner (met the woman never her spouse) was standing there while her employees displayed their obvious lack of customer service skills, which speaks volumes.

Simple Awesome Flavors! I took my wife here on a date night and it was amazing. I got the apple pie and it was amazing. My wife, I think she got cheesecake apple and it was my favorite.

We love to shop at the Riverwoods and Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory is always a must-stop for us. Its a great way for us to bribe our little ones to behave during longer shopping trips! Our last visit to the store was an unforgettable one. My daughter was struggling all day and her little legs were tired and patience was waring thin. I took her into Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory for a treat and on the way out of the store, she dropped her caramel apple. Devastated, she began to cry. The shop girl quickly ran to her side with a new apple, free of charge. Thank you RMCF!!

The covered apples are the best thing here. The chocolate isnt amazing especially for the price. We prefer Sees but maybe youll like this. Youll know after your first bite.

Didnt realize she messed up our order until we got home. 4 different items we asked for were missing or the wrong things! Would be a simple thing to verbally double-check the order at the register. The chocolate was good as always.

They were very nice didnt feel like they wanted to rush me. Amazing chocolate, the fudge is the best part.

Good chocolate covered pretzels and apples, it’s the price that is ridiculess. Everything is expensive. It’s $2 cheaper at RMCF in traverse mountain in Lehi.

My family and I go to RMCF Provo regularly. They have something for everyone, even the dog, seriously, they have doggy treats too! My two year old LOVES the chocolate covered marshmallows and my four year old cant get enough of the chocolate covered Oreos. My wife and I usually get an apple pie apple. They are AMAZING!! Every time we go, I want to order one of everything it all looks sooooo good. The staff is always friendly, and the quality is unmatched, worth every penny. Our experience has always been positive. If you love chocolate, and who doesnt? This is your place. They have excellent gift ideas as well.

Narrow range of desserts/candies for health concious customers. Minimal to none low sugar, alternative sweetener, healthy sweetener options. Not forward thinking.

I stop here on my way home from work 3-4 times a month. The people are friendly and helpful. The aroma is intoxicating! Im immediately de-stressed when I walk in. I usually get the apple pie carmel apple. And maybe a rice krispy treat. And some toffee. Its not for me, though. Its always for my Home Teaching families. It just never quite makes it there! Its a really fun place, and the new look to Riverwoods is awesome!
