Best bridal shop ever! They have sizes 0-26 to accommodate any brides body. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful (I love Emily!!) They regularly get new designs from different designers adding to their already huge inventory. My favorite feature is that the dress you try on and love can go home with you that day! No order time.

The assistant was so knowledgeable. She did not pressure to buy right now. We may have found the right dress here. The assistant brought out as many dresses as we wanted to try. When telling her the style of the dress type, she pulled many that we loved in our style. She said she could do the alterations in 6 weeks. Which is perfect. Did I also mention that she was super nice, patient & so very helpful.

I highly recommend Sweetheart Bridal! I went to several bridal shops looking at dresses, but didnt like the others nearly as much as I loved Sweetheart Bridal. They offer a great variety of dresses and veils, and have dresses available that are affordable and modest. Krista was SUPER helpful in helping me find a dress and a veil that I loved. When the veil that I wanted was no longer available, she had it shipped in for me. When I eloped, I felt beautiful (and also comfortable) in my dress. In all, I am so happy with my experience at Sweetheart Bridal, and glad that I got my dress and veil there.

I never post reviews, but the experience I had at Sweetheart Bridal was so good I felt I needed to leave the review they deserve. I went to many wedding dress shops, and this was the only one where I felt validated in my wants and sufficiently helped. The employees made me feel beautiful and so special. I loved how I didn’t feel pressured to buy the dress there. When I left to try one more store before getting the dress I loved here, they told me it was more important to them for me to find my dream dress than buy from them. They have an incredible variety of dresses and are willing to take the time necessary to help you find the one for you. I was SO impressed with them. I also loved that they never made comments on my body size if the dress didn’t fit quite right. Instead they would quickly grab one that would fit better and they always blamed it on the dress being weird instead of me. If you want a BEAUTIFUL, well priced dress and feel like a queen the whole experience, this is the place!

I spent weeks looking for the dress and went to multiple bridal shops. I stopped by Sweetheart Bridal on a lunch break and found my dress within 30 minutes! It was PERFECT! I LOVE Sweetheart Bridal. They were so amazing. Chloe helped me and was such an amazing hype-woman. I felt so comfortable there as she helped me and ensured me she wanted me to find MY dress. I tried on so many pretty dresses that made me feel gorgeous. Chole could tell I wasnt finding my dress though and didnt pressure me at all. She wrote down my veil info and wished me all the luck. I wish the dress I had in mind was there. I got married last summer and came here to look at wedding dresses. I only went to a few other stores nearby because I was in somewhat of a rush to find the right dress for me but didnt want to go far. The girl who helped me was so nice and brought me some different styles to try on and I found the perfect dress! :) I received so many compliments and just adore this dress.

I would give zero stars if possible. A few months ago my friend and I went to the store and she fell in love with one she saw at this store, which was the first one we went to. The reason why I offered to go with my friend is because I did not want any misunderstanding, once she is not fluent in English. For what I remember of the conversation, the terms was that she could make payments but no one explained that the dress had to be paid in full before picking it up. And I believe this might have been a huge misunderstanding, unfortunately. Firstly let me make it clear that I am not against the terms of the contract, it is what it is and we would have paid one way or the other. Anyways. She tried to pick up the dress, and Chad rudely stopped her and told her she had to pay it off first. She called me and I called Chad.I could feel he was already escalated but tried to be nice. I asked about it and he right of the gate read to me the part in the contract where it states the dress needs to be paid in full before pick up. One of the things he mentioned is that part of the reason this wasnt clear enough was because of the language barrier and I dont disagree, it is possible but not in my case. And I summed up what we had agreed on in the first place. Chad kept interrupting me, which confirms that what my friend said about him being rude is true. Although he blame it on her English level, somehow today without my presence he was able to make her understand that those were the terms of the contract. So at this point I wasnt sure that the problem was the language. Anyways he made comments about my friends integrity, such as Who is to say that she is not gonna run away with the dress, I have girls who did that. That statement confirms that they used to allow people to take the product, and continue to monthly payments. Which means that yes it could have been a mistake on my end, but it could also have been theirs.Lastly when I was trying to explain to Chad that we are honest people, he once again rudely interrupted me in the middle of my sentence assuming that I was gonna beg him a dress, and repeated the contract and said he wouldnt take chances which is fair. But if he had been civil enough to let a normal communication flow, I would have finished my sentence by saying that the because we are honest people, the payment would be made in full, regardless of wether or not they would honor their word.And honestly I was just trying to understand the situation, but that guy Chad has horrible customer service. I am a very busy person and dont really have a lot of time for reviews. But, the only reason why I am leaving this review is because he did not need to humiliate her like that. A simple google translation asking her to call someone who can help with the language, or simply nicely explaining to her. Opposed to treating her like a thief because of a misunderstanding.But anyways, we paid it off and I will never recommend Sweetheart Bridal to none of my friends again. They do not know how to properly handle their customers.

This place is great for a bride on a budget! It came recommended from a friend and I ended up buying my dress here. There is nothing fancy about this place but it fit all of my needs - affordable dresses (mine was $800 because I didnt have any beading or lace) and veils ($100-200) and kind, helpful service.

I contacted this shop in regards to a very specific dress I was looking for. Though they didnt have the dress, Aubrey and Shelley were incredibly helpful. They body shamed me and continued to tell me (for the entire time I was trying on dresses) “you’re just too short. These dresses are perfect but you would need to be taller to fit any of them”. They continued to giving me dresses that didn’t fit and, when I tried them on, repeated that they would fit better if I was taller. The lady was extremely pushy about me buying a dress (despite her saying they didn’t fit). I was in tears when I left. I’m 5’3” and 100 pounds. The size 0 dresses I was trying on were made for people my size but 6-8 inches taller (this with me in 4 inch heels). I will never go back. Go to Something Borrowed rentals on center street— they’re wonderful and at the very least, won’t make you leave in tears.

Three weeks ago my daughter and I visited Sweetheart Bridal to look for a wedding dress. We had just come from another bridal store and hadnt had a very good experience there. From the moment we walked in, to my daughter saying yes to the dress, our experience there was great. The selection of dresses is very large and the staff are fabulous: knowledgeable, hard-working, not pushy, and extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Sweetheart Bridal was great! I found my dress here and Caroline was so sweet. She wasnt overbearing but still found ways to be involved and help us have a good experience. She pulled dresses that were perfect. Even after our visit she has stayed in contact and has been very helpful (we were thinking of buying bridesmaid dresses there and she kept me updated on their stock). I had an awesome experience with sweetheart bridal! I walked in and was very nervous and not sure what to expect. I tried on a few that I had picked out myself and did not like them.Seattle asked about what kind of dress I was looking for and started pulling some for me. As I was trying on the ones she chose were getting better and better. The last one she had pulled was perfect! She had truly listened to what I wanted. She was also helping someone else and did a great job of giving us each the time and attention we needed. I’m so glad I was able to find my dress and at such a good price! I had been finding a hard time to go dress shopping between work and school, and by the time we got to the shop the store was about to close. Caroline stayed late for us and help us pick out dresses. I had scheduled 6 appointments to visit dress shops in two weeks, Sweetheart Bridal being the first. I honestly didnt think I would find something there since it is in the heart of Provo where probably a hundred of people get married a month, but there was a huge selection of dresses. I was brought straight to my size, saw different designs, tried them on right then and there, and fell in love with the perfect dress. Caroline was a pleasant and honest employee and was able to go back and forth in between myself and another bride on the other side of the store. That was perfect because it gave me enough time to be in the dress, think about it, talk to my friend and mom about it, and make a decision that wasnt rushed or pressured.The second dress I tried on was the one I bought! I tried a couple on after that, and although all were beautiful, none compared. Caroline also did a great job picking a veil that looked perfect with my dress, giving me advice about how to wear it and how it may need to be altered, and gave me suggestions for shipping it to Florida where I will be getting married.The owners were present and personal in my purchase. Great people.I could say so much more, but in a nut shell, it was A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE :)

The dress I purchased from Sweetheart Bridal is GORGEOUS!!! They have very unique dresses, and the salespeople were helpful without being overbearing. I went to other bridal stores, but their dressed did not even compare. My dress is made of gorgeous ivory satin and lace, and the quality is really top-notch. Lace dresses at other stores were made of much cheaper material, but were priced much higher. I absolutely love my dress.

I have never gone to a specialty bridal shop like that, but the girl who helped us--Seattle--made it such a great experience! Seattle obviously knows her stuff, she was well-versed and knowledgeable when it came to finding the right dress, explaining how different elements fit and asking the right questions to help us find just what we needed.

I was in there early on a Saturday and had Sarah assisting me. She was amazing. When I got there Sarah explained to me how wedding dresses run bigger so I needed to go up a size or two from my pant size. She then showed me where those sizes were then let me and my parents pick through them. Once we found dresses that we liked she took them to the fitting room and took the bags off them. After we thought we had found all of them that we liked she showed us to my fitting room. I was unable to zip the dresses on my own but as soon as I came out there she was to assist in zipping, both her and my mother. After trying on several dresses, ones that myself and family picked as well as the ones Sarah grabbed for me to try. I ended up putting on the very first dress again, Sarah was there again and ready to accessorize the dress with the veil giving me the full effect of what that dress would be if I decided to go with it. I ended up leaving the store to go to two other bridal shops, one of which I found the same dress, but after my experiences elsewhere nothing beat that dress and the customer service I got from Sarah. That is when I knew that that first dress was the dress and called back Sweetheart Bridal. Sarah just happened to answer the phone and when I told her I would like return try that dress on again, never told her who I was, Sarah knew who I was and said she would have the room ready. In which she did. I put my deposit on the dress and she also discussed all the accessories they had, as well as showing me the different veil options in the books. The experience at this shop was beyond what I could have asked for.

I’m the third daughter in my family to get their wedding dress here. I don’t enjoy shopping, but the staff was wonderful and efficient. Then finding my perfect dress was a piece of wedding cake 🎂 😉 I didn’t go to any other store. A completely painless, fun and magical experience that I always hoped it would be.

I bought my wedding dress here and had the good fortune of falling in love with the very first one I tried on :) The girl who helped me out was so sweet and patient and made the experience enjoyable. They have a list of trusted seamstresses that will alter your dress for you. Emily Maisey was my seamstress and she did a great job!! After my wedding I took the dress back for cleaning with some tough mud stains on the hem but they were able to get them out so well, I can hardly tell they were there in the first place. And the prices here are great!

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding dress! My mom and I had exhausted our options for this area. We were about ready to try some stores up in Salt Lake or pay more than we wanted to at another place for a dress I liked. We came in an an hour walked out with a dress. It was PERFECT! Totally me. They had so many choices and I kept trying one after another on that I liked until I found the one! The girl (I forgot her name) that was working was so nice and friendly. She took great care of us. I came in a couple times for cleanings and such and everyone was great. The best part is we were under budget and I still got a dress I loved and didnt have to settle! Loved the experience all around. It wasnt just about finding the perfect dress but sharing it with my mom and it was a cute little atmosphere where we could have our moment :)

This store has amazing workers, good selection, and wonderful prices! My sister wanted a dress that was fully covered in lace and beading. All the other places we looked said that couldnt happen for under $800! But we found the perfect one for her, covered from top to bottom in lace and beading for about $450! I also found my dream dress there for just $400! I will always recommend Sweetheart Bridal to friends and family.

My experience at Sweetheart Bridal was perfect because she was so positive about everything and she actually gave me good feedback when I asked for her opinion. I came back to the store the day after I went there the first time to try on my dress again, and Caroline still remembered my wedding date and even my fiancés name! I just felt special because she was so personable and cared to get to know me!

I had a really great experience with Sweetheart Bridal. They were actually the last stop on my list in the area but I really wish they were the first! Sweetheart Bridal was by far the most pleasant experience in a bridal shop. They were kind, attentive and helpful without getting in my face. They really listened to what I wanted. I found my dream dress within a half hour of setting foot of the place. It is gorgeous, modest and had all of the features I wanted! Pricing was completely affordable unlike other dresses that I liked in the area. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress, Sweetheart Bridal is the place to go!

We looked everywhere for a dress. They were all pretty much the same. Then the salesperson at Sweetheart Bridal actually listened to what my daughter wanted and found something in the back not on display that matched perfectly with what she described. They also coordinated shipping the dress to NYC where my daughter lives, helped us find a wonderful seamstress to make alterations, and were in every way helpful and attentive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Demi at Sweetheart Bridal helped make our experience of choosing a wedding gown so relaxed and fun. She was helpful but not overbearing. I was grateful for the great prices, the friendly atmosphere, and quick service. Thank you for not being stuffy and uppity! We love the dress!

After visiting 2 other bridal shops, we thought we wouldnt find a dress with the smaller selection here, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved each dress we chose! Great selection with a variety of styles. Schedule a private appointment and they will take their time to work with you and make sure you love what you get. I didnt ultimately get my dress here, but they were very helpful when I began my wedding dress search.

I will definitely be sending my friends to Sweetheart Bridal. I was so grateful to find a selection of beautiful and modest dresses, especially after feeling frustrated at a couple of other stores.Demi helped me find my dress and was wonderful. She was genuine and helped me find a dress that was my style without pressuring me in any direction. She also showed me beautiful veils and accessories.

This store has great prices and a huge selection of dresses. You can even custom order your veil however you want it and receive it for FREE when you buy a dress there (which is what I did!) Unfortunately, the owner, who is usually the one helping you, is an ornery old bag. Dont let her talk you out of what you want. If you stick to your guns, youll get a great dress/veil at a great price. (Slip rental is only $10 also!!)

I had a wonderful experience here. I found the perfect dress among many options. This store has so much variety it is almost near impossible not to find one you love. I couldnt decide between 3 of them! They are modest and ready to go which was the best part. Alterations can be tricky and expensive. The girls there were so sweet and helpful! I have no complaints.

I had a great experience shopping! This was not my first time at Sweetheart Bridal and their customer service has been consistent all the times I have gone there with sisters, roommates and for myself. They are very flexible and helped me reschedule my appointment first of all so more of my family could come. When I arrived, they were very kind and showed me some dress styles that were what I was looking for, as well as some I hadnt considered. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The store is clean and organized, the owners are kind and responsive and they have wonderful sales associates who remember you and help you have a great experience. The pricing is very affordable- I saw dresses that ranged from about $350-1200. They should have something to fit your budget. I highly recommend Sweetheart Bridal as a first on any brides list!

I loved that I got to pick out my dresses and try them on. When I was talking to someone who worked there I didnt feel like they were pushing me into buying a dress right then either. I wish that they would have gone over prices with me and maybe talked to me about the dresses qualities when I came out of the fitting room. Other than that, I liked my experience here and if you want a temple ready dress its a good place to find one!

I LOVE Sweetheart Bridal. It was the first place I looked for dress and I found my DREAM dress. They have a wide selection of style and price range, and theyre just super friendly. You also dont have to make an appointment, you can just walk in. They have really fair-priced seamstresses that work for them and do alterations, theyll steam and press your dress for free, and if you want it, theyll ship it anywhere in the US for only $20. Totally recommend it!

I had the most positive experience at Sweetheart Bridal! I came into the store feeling sad about not having any luck finding a dress. I came in and was immediately greeted by Sadie!! She was kind and made me feel very welcome! I had a dress style in mind and she brought me a wide selection of variations to try on. I found a gown that I LOVED in New York City. Sadly, they didnt make the gown in white, and I would have needed to alter it in a few different ways in order for it to be ready for the place Ill be getting married. (LDS Temple. Great place. Check it out.)Anyway, I had this dream dress in mind, and I walked in, they were very friendly, and they let me look at dresses before I told them what I was looking for. And I like this approach a lot better because I know what Im looking for a little better than I could describe it.Anyway, I found the dress, I was taken back into a changing station, and then up on a pedestal I stood in what was the TWIN dress of what I had found in New York! (mind you, it was the modest twin. That was 100% A-OK to go into the temple.)They let me try on different veils and play with the ribbons (since the only thing I didnt like was a glittery belt on the dress) and it was just very fun!Im not just saying I like this place because I found the dress of my dreams, I like the lay out. I honestly thought the people were friendly, and I didnt feel pressured at all into making a purchase. I made the purchase because it was perfect. (Also, they gave me a measuring set shaped in little hearts! And a few awesome coupons to use before the big day!)All in all, it was great. Check it out!

The people here were so nice to me. I was working a lot while I was engaged and just couldnt make it to the store during their hours. I called them and they opened the store an hour early! Just for me. They really made me feel like a queen. They had dressed that fit my very limited budget, that were beautiful (its hard to find a cute and well made dress, and modest for under $1000 these days). Also, I have a mom, and a step mom, so my family situation is a little sticky and I just wasnt sure how wedding dress shopping was gonna go down. The owner was very tactful and made my experience amazingly smooth. He knew exactly what to say to avoid any conflict and to make sure I was the center of attention (which is what you want when its your wedding dress). Of all the stores I went to this one definitely had the best customer service, and variety of dresses.

I was engaged two years ago and came to Sweetheart Bridal to get my dress. I had a wonderful experience then and loved my dress, even though I didnt end up getting married at the time. I just got engaged and immediately knew, if I would get a new dress, it would be at Sweetheart Bridal. And I wasnt disappointed. Emily assisted me and was very accommodating and helpful as I tried on several dresses. I did end up finding one that I actually loved more than my other one and I made the decision to buy it to give my wedding a different feel and give myself and my fiancé something new and special for our day. I couldnt be happier with my experience or my purchase!

TERRIBLE!I made an appointment and the worker that was supposed to be helping me did absolutely nothing. She only moved the dresses and that was all.The dresses run very very very small and it was discouraging to put them on and have none fit. I almost was in tears. Luckily I went to one place before that one so I realized that this place just ran the sizes about four or five times too small...And their sizes do not go very high.The prices are higher than most places in the valley.If you want a nice experience to feel special this is not the place... not at all. There are so many places in the valley that will give you the bride treatment AND have more dresses as well as at better prices.

My wife bought her wedding dress here and loved the experience. Her mom was out of state, and the employees held my wifes laptop so her mom could participate via Skype. Super nice, meant everything to both of them.
