I looked absolutely everywhere for the color dress my sister needed for her wedding!! I came in here and gave the girl my swatch and she immediately helped me find all the colors even close to it and near my size. She then let me have time to try it on and call the necessary people for approval. They were also able to take cards over the phone for me as my mother was paying for it.I highly recommend coming here to look for dresses. They have an amazing selection and even have the seamstresses working right there in the shop.The atmosphere of it is exactly what you want when picking your special day outfits!! And the prices were not outrageous either.

I love this shop! we were looking for a prom dress for my daughter they had wonderful selections. lots ofsizes and the staff was awesome. The owner ended up helping us find the perfect dress and was so kind. top notch service! 🥰

Bridal Center was an amazing place to shop! We just walked in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. They have a large selection of dresses and a very organized system so you can tell them exactly what you want to try on. They were super kind and helpful. They let my mom in the dressing room to help me change which I really liked. They were very helpful with pricing and pairing things/giving us a good deal. I had a really great experience and would highly recommend it!

I almost never leave reviews-let alone Poor reviews because I normally like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. With that being said, I never had felt so insignificant at a business until coming here. We had scheduled an appointment, but it wasn’t written down. When we came in, the employees seemed like they didn’t really want to help since I “didn’t have an appointment.” We said we could just leave, but they said it was ok and they would help. Another girl came in right as we were talking to the employees and didn’t have an appointment. To the other girl, they excitedly took her in and said they would love to help even if she didn’t have an appointment. They seemed to push me to the side even though I had gotten there first and had at least tried to schedule an appointment. While trying on dresses, the employee I worked with hardly helped. She seemed put off if I asked for help to zip up the dress, and if the zipper was the slightest amount difficult to zip up she said I was too big for the dress and refused to zip it. Another employee, my mom, or I ended up zipping them up for me. I ended up not feeling pretty in any of the dresses because of the way I was treated. They seemed to have a lot of dresses, but the overall experience made it impossible to like any of the dresses because I didn’t feel beautiful in any of them. The atmosphere is also very dark and seems old which made the overall feel of wedding dress shopping poor. Maybe on a different day with a different employee it would have been better, but I was very disappointed.

Came here with my roommate as she looked for dresses - Ashley took care of her SO. WELL. She ended up getting a dress shes absolutely in love with. Would totally recommend!

I didn’t have an appointment here, but they weren’t busy and were able to attend to me. Julia helped me out and was so sweet and kind. I felt like she showed me a good variety but paid attention to what I wanted. When I was done, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase the dress or not. She wasn’t pushy at all and put a hold to order the dress in my size for 24 hours in case I decided to purchase it the next day. The shop looks a little dated from the outside but they have actually have a good selection!

I loved my experience working with everyone at Bridal Center. The alterations that had to be done on my dress were difficult and we had a quick turn around before I needed my dress. Emily and all the staff worked quickly and did an incredible job! I couldn’t be more pleased with how my dress turned out, and they made sure I had it in time for my bridal photos. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience shopping here, a very welcoming and personal experience. Amazing girls to help how ever you need and great selection and variety. Kara was our stylist, she was so kind and helpful, great at what she does. We tried on at least 12 dresses that were all so beautiful and Kara was so helpful in narrowing everything down and suggesting alterations to help with concerns. Thank you Bridal Center! Definitely recommend.

The evening closing staff is the worst. We had a decent experience in the afternoon, but had to leave for work before completing the purchase. We came back prior to it closing in the evening and the sales representative was incredibly rude to my wife. Instead of helping her out, she would make excuses to avoid leaving her spot at the register. Oh sorry, that dress takes two people to zip up is not a satisfactory reason for not providing any assistance.Despite arriving half-an-hour prior to closing, the sales person was more focused on reminding us of the closing time than providing customer service. My wife knew in advance of even entering the ball gown she wanted, but due to lack of any assistance, wasnt able to make the purchase before closing.But all is well, we left and the next store provided excellent service and pricing.Do yourself a favor, either dont go (which we never will again), or at least try to find a time before the evening staff shows up.

My wife recently bought a recital dress. We were fortunate to work with Melissa, she was very nice, and helpful. She is also a capable seamstress. After trying several stores, she found an almost perfect dress on the clearance rack. The dress was less than the alterations. She said she would only give them four stars because they didnt have everything, but they were good. She also said it was a very fun experience.

I honestly wish I could them more stars cause they deserve it !! Julia is honestly AMAZING ! And created the wedding dress of my dreams ! She brought my ideas to life and made me the happiest bride to be ! I feel absolutely amazing in my dress ! I can’t thank her enough !!

All of the people here are great! All the consultant are extremely helpful, and the owners are wonderful! I had some problems with a seamstress and the owners worked with me to make sure everything was perfect!

Went with my sister to get her dress. They were fabulous the consultant was so helpful and kind. Couldnt believe we found her dress so fast.

I got my dress, veil, preservation bag, plus alterations and steam cleanings for under $1,000! They had a great selection of dresses and the one I ended up with was perfect. The consultants we worked with were all wonderful. Overall a great experience! I 100% recommend Bridal Center!

A few weeks ago my daughter and I dropped by the Bridal Center without an appointment. They graciously agreed to let my daughter try on some dresses. My daughter found a beautiful dress that she felt could be the one but hadnt looked at other stores yet. Things were going well until the end when we asked if theres any way we could put the dress on hold for a half a day. The answer was that for $50 they would hold the dress but if we didnt buy it (or another dress from them) we would lose the money. They also went on to tell a story how a girl lost her dream dress hours after she walked out of the store without putting it on hold. The scare/pressure tactics were unlike anything else we experienced at the other three wedding stores we visited. The following day they called to say they could give us a really good price if we bought the dress--why didnt they say that the first day as they probably would have made the sale. In the end, we bought a dress elsewhere, lost our $50 and were very disappointed with our experience.

I only went to a few stores and found my wedding dress at Bridal Center easily! They are personal and have a great selection with a lot of different prices and styles. There is a dress there for every type of bride.

I cant say enough good things about this place and the experiences Ive had here. The staff have truly made it such a seamless experience to find the dress of my dreams.Just under a year ago, my first engagement was suddenly broken off. I had already found a dress that I liked but didnt love. I was upset and therefore put off dealing with that dress--selling it, exchanging it, using it, whatever.The moment I asked for help, the staff were SO gracious (especially Ashley? idk if thats how its spelt lol). They sympathized with me and were so helpful and patient in helping me find the dream dress I truly love. A million thanks!

Lots of selection, a lot of the pictures in the book were dated but there were some gems in there. Prices are reasonable. Staff is super helpful!

We came in without an appointment after we left Davids bridal very discouraged because of poor customer service(where we did make an appointment). They were nothing but kind and patient at bridal center! I tried on so many gowns and didnt end up getting anything at that location. I truly appreciated her willingness to help us! The next day I found my dream dress at their Lehi location! Amazing staff!!!

They had a wonderful selection of dresses and made the whole process enjoyable! Being able to view and select dresses from their inventory books was so helpful.

Their dresses are well priced and they have a wide variety. I love that you can look through a magazine and they will pull the dress for you, so you dont have to go swimming through bags of dresses

BRIDES: NEVER go to this store. Never. Ever. I spent $1200 on a wedding dress here and do not have the dress OR my $1200 back. Alterations BUTCHERED my dress. It was TERRIBLE. The neckline was crooked, the sleeves were uneven, I had to stand slouched over for the dress to even fit. It was a mermaid dress, but instead of taking it and contouring it to the shape it was originally, they sewed it straight up and down. The dress was NOT WEARABLE. (It was not just my preference... Nobody could have ever worn that dress.)I had told them exactly what I wanted BEFORE we ordered the dress. I also asked for a specific girl to work on it, and they said she would, but then had two or three others work on it. Three people there told me that they could do what I wanted and promised it would turn out great. But then they RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS. Completely ruined it. They do not do refunds. So after dealing with seamstresses who cant do their job and a lot of wasted money, I ended up having to buy ANOTHER dress from a DIFFERENT shop.STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

Beautiful gowns and it us super helpful you can look at all the dresses in your size in binders and mark the ones you want pulled out. However, I found that the dresses were on the pricey side
