I cannot express how wonderful this shop is. I believe I had one of the last appointments of the day and they gave me 110% of their energy. I cannot remember her name at the moment but i think the girl that helped me was the owner. She was very understanding of any issues I had and happy to make me feel so special. I usually hate shopping but she help the whole experience be everything you dream about as a little girl.The shop itself is abordable, but the dresses!!!!! They are all so unique and they have a fairly large selection. If you aren’t someone who has dreamed of having their wedding dress take up storage space in their closet for the rest of their life, I highly recommend coming to Something Borrowed.The day before the wedding, I tried on my dress and it wouldn’t zip. Stressed, I came to the shop and the same girl was there and more than happy to help me. She very generously gave me her time and attention to help me find a new last minute gown and style it with me. Every time I look at my pictures, I am so grateful for this boutique for all they did to make my day special! Thank you 100 million times!!!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I know its cliche to say I never write reviews... but honestly. I NEVER write reviews. So. Listen up. The dresses are gorgeous. The prices are gorgeous. The bridal stylists made me FEEL gorgeous. Even though my wedding day was perfect, Id have to say that I felt more like a princess trying on dress after unbelievable dress in this shop than I did on my big day. Dont be scared to rent, just GO. And love it!!

I loved my experience at something borrowed! I cannot say enough good things about my time there! Lucas was AMAZING! My whole bridal party loved him. I would say I enjoyed my experience finding a dress here. They really do have a great variety of wedding dresses to rent. The staff were incredibly friendly from day one and so enthusiastic about helping me find a wedding dress. They let me come back three times to try the dress on and make sure everything fit.Two or three months before my wedding I noticed the hook to bustle the dress was broken on both sides. The employee said this would be mended and fixed before the wedding and was included in the price. Fast forward to a few days before my wedding. I came to pick up my dress and see a pretty large hole in the tulle. Secondly the bustle wasn’t even fixed at all. I felt sad that I paid $700 in total for my dress and still it was broken and coming to my wedding with a hole in it. The staff send me home with thread and a needle to fix it myself.Overall just be careful about making sure they mend your dress if something is wrong with it. They really do have a good selection of dresses and I bet you will have a good experience as long as your dress has no flaws.

I loved this store! It is beautiful inside and out, and they have a wonderful batch of gals working there as well. It is a ‘no pressure’ shop and they give you all the time you need. They know their dresses really well, and can hand pick your ideal dress out. There was a little mix up for the dress alteration, but they in turn got me taken care of and I am completely satisfied with their service. This is 100% the place to get your dress. AND they are reasonably priced as well for a rental dress company. AND your dress for a week.

Brooke was so sweet and wonderful to work with! She was incredibly patient with all the dresses that I wanted to try on and when I switched back and forth between two dresses multiple times. I also went over a half an hour past my bridal appointment time slot and she was so kind with staying late and making sure I got the dress that I wanted.There are also so many options for dresses and they all look absolutely fabulous! Absolutely loved this place and would shop here everyday if I could!

I am not one to post about a store especially negatively. This is the first time I ever have. My initial experience here was great. Picking out my dress was great. I then went to pick it up just this last Saturday and they mixed up my dress. Mind you I need the dress the next day for photos. I was told when I first chose my dress months ago that the zipper would be completely replaced. Because they mixed up my dress with another girls it wasn’t. A hole was in the back as well. The owner stitched it. But very poorly. We couldn’t even zip the dress on because of how bad the zipper was. The hole also came back. So in my bridal photos there is a hole in the back of my dress. I was so beyond sad and upset and even embarrassed!! The owner was very dismissive to me and very unprofessional. She offered me only $50 back!!!! For a dress that had about 3 things wrong with it including it being mixed up with someone else’s dress and the slip being lost. I was excited to go here and have such a beautiful dress. But the owner is terrible, rude, and very unprofessional, so overall I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

There was a wide range of dresses at a reasonable price! The guy who helped me was very helpful and made it a very positive experience! The only downside was the the dresses were a little dirty while I was trying them on, but it was a minor detail.

I felt like a princess!!! Theyre open to letting you explore and look around, but I also had a darling assistant to give me advice and recommend certain styles (thanks Hannah!)Super affordable rentals!!!! Some dresses had small stains or you could tell theyve been used but for the most part just tons of diverse, modest, gorgeous dresses!Beautiful store and such a fun experience. Didnt feel rushed or pressured to pick one and get out. Once I said yes to my dress (which I adore!) they brought out sparkling cider and gave us a little toast, so cute!!!They are also working on adjustments for my specific needs. I loved my experience at Something Borrowed! I picked out my dress about 4 months before my wedding, and picked up my dress the Wednesday before I got married that Saturday! They allowed me to take bridal pictures in their store, so I was able to get ready there. Luckily because I was there, they helped me get dressed, only to find out that I had gone up a dress size and couldn’t fit in my dress anymore. I was devastated honestly and didn’t know what I was going to do. They worked quickly with me to find dresses that were similar and within 20 minutes, I had found the perfect dress again. They sent in the new dress to get cleaned ASAP so I could pick it up the day before the wedding, as well as helped me pick out new accessories, all free of charge. They helped me in more ways than they needed to and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I will always recommend them to any bride that is looking to rent! Thank y’all again for giving me the BEST experience a bride could ever ask for!!

We had a great experience! I went to look for dresses for my friend, she was able to try on lots of dresses. The lady helping us was so patient and helped us with whatever we needed. They weren’t pushy at all which I feel like is common at bridal places. We felt comfortable and really enjoyed being there. Also have way cute dresses and great prices!

My daughters schedule to shop for a dress was tight and I was not able to be there because I am on the other side of the country. She was able to get an appointment at a time that I would be able to facetime with her. Lucas was so helpful at figuring out the details that she was passionate about as well as helping me to be as involved in the process as much as possible. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE. THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY PAY YOU. I had my wedding dress here to be rented out and I reached out and asked if it had been rented yet, and they said, Oops, yes it was rented out a few months ago and we forgot to pay you. Thats my bad. I asked if I had to ask every time to get paid and they said no, that it was an accident. I knew that my dress was getting rented out in August and I went and picked it up in September and never got paid for the August rental either. I dont have any idea how often my dress was actually rented out, but I know there are some sketchy things going on. They also recently moved to a bigger location, which makes me think they arent paying any of the dress owners. I dont trust the people that work there and I regret that I left my dress in their care.

So I got married a year and a half ago. Im late on writing this review but had such a good experience that I feel like I HAVE to make sure and get a review out there. I was so excited to get married and of course wanted to feel beautiful in my wedding dress. When I started shopping I could not believe how much wedding dresses cost! You wear the dress ONE time! And there are already so many other costs involved in the wedding. Something Borrowed Bridals gave me the chance to wear an exquisite dress that I NEVER could have afforded to buy. The owner Brooke was so great at helping me find my dress. I explained what I was looking for and she found me wonderful options. A year and a half later and I am still so happy with my experience!

Honestly, I was dreading dress shopping since the dress I bought didn’t fit and the wedding was less than two weeks away. The girl, I think her name was Stacia, was seriously the most amazing person and made me feel good at the end of the fittings and find the perfect dress. I’m a plus size for dresses so there wasn’t a ton of options that I liked or felt comfortable in, but she went out of her way to pull out everything that they had to make sure I loved how it looked. I felt so confident and the other girl was so sweet getting me all excited about the dress I found. 💕 I highly recommend coming here for a dress that you’re only going to wear once your entire life, and I love that it’s rental so it’s more ethical.

The people at something borrowed have such a great thing going!! How brilliant they are to help brides by letting them connect with other brides who have a dress they can borrow. We went in early this morning and had a fantastic experience! My niece found a dress that she liked online on there website and came in and tried it on and boom its the one she wants! She looks so great in this dress and she has had a hard time finding something she liked that fit. This dress fit just right. The store has a ton of variety and is top notch in customer service. Loved coming here! I did not actually end up purchasing my dress here, but I would definitely recommend! I originally wanted to rent, but for someone curvier like me it is hard to find rentals in my size.I came here and found a dress I really liked, but unfortunately was not in my size. The consultant I was with was so sweet and went above and beyond to email me the dress info and let me know of other stores in the area that carry dresses by that designer. It really made me feel valued and as if my happiness was their priority, and not how much money they could get out of me. The consultant also did not smother us or pressure us in anyway, but was always helpful and great in guiding us through the process as it was my first time trying on dresses. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

My best friend rented her dress from this place and all I will say is that the owner is a nightmare to work with. Not only did they mix up her dress... when she got it there was a HOLE (that they said they would fix) right under the zipper in the back that shows in ALL OF HER BRIDAL PHOTOS. For compensation she offered $50!! Hun, that covers the dry cleaning. Of all the stress the average bride has on a smooth day (it’s still a lot) she had dress malfunctions that the owner won’t even compensate for. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This should be your first stop the second after you get engaged! I went to a few other places & I was happy to try on their dresses, it was fun... but Something Borrowed is a whole experience! They have THE cutest little store with excellent lighting (so important), tons of variety, such attentive & enthusiastic service, and so many little details that the other places didn’t offer (bouquets, flower crowns, wide selection of veils to all use while you try on your dress). I described to Brooke the preferences I had for my dress & she immediately grabbed a handful of options, totally NAILED the sizing (which was very impressive), and I was so giddy & excited to try on every single dress. At all the other bridal shops I went to, I felt like I was settling, but I was so torn between so many of the options here. And when I did pick one, I was blown away at how affordable it was! This will always always always be the place I refer any of my friends or family to for wedding dress rentals!

Brooke and her shop are both AMAZING TO WORK WITH! The dresses in this store are JAW DROPPING GORGEOUS! Renting a dress is such a good idea. That way you can a budget for other stuff!!! Ugh I recommend this shop over and over again.

Went in for the first time to try on wedding dresses and I LOVED it. The stylists help you find the perfect type of dress and are super helpful. Stacia helped us out today (super bubbly/happy!) I didn’t feel like she was breathing down my neck, but when I needed her help, she was right there with me. Stacia really read what I wanted even though I didn’t even know what I wanted! She pulled out a ton of dresses for me and didn’t try to convince me to like what I didn’t like. I felt so relaxed the entire time. Zero stress. Plus, who can beat renting dress prices for $300 bucks and up? Taking all my friends here for their dress shopping experiences.

I didnt end up finding anything that I loved, (their inventory is good dont get me wrong), but even still they encouraged me to go out and find my dream dress. 10/10 experience.

Really really loved this place! Not only for their beautiful selection of dresses but for the wonderful customer service we received! The owner is just so so sweet and wonderful! And other employees were so helpful and nice as well. We just loved the experience that we had! The prices are about what is expected for a rental, which is a great alternative to buying! They were so accommodating with our schedule with the wedding and needing to have the dress longer than the usual allotted time. All of my sisters will be coming here when they are getting married! This place was amazing!! Being someone who is bigger in size I was afraid that I wasn’t going to find a rental that worked for me and I was in awe that I had such beautiful options! Brooke was so encouraging and supportive through our whole appointment by fanning out the train making sure I had optimal photo opportunities, and using all hands on deck to get me zipped up! She even let me come back that afternoon to try my dress on again. Her availability was outstanding! I had an amazing experience here. Although there were more clients than workers we still got plenty of attention. I Heather and I believe Stacy were working that day and they were so helpful. I didnt expect to find my dress that day, but I almost started crying when I put it on. I tried on so many beautiful dresses with lots of different styles and I didnt break the bank.

I have never been more impressed at the VARIETY that Something Borrowed has!! Their collection has something for every body type and aesthetic in it. I felt so comfortable in their environment. Heather was the sweetest, most accommodating staff I could have hoped for! i’m so happy with my dress and can’t wait to tell more people about this wonderful place!!

I went with my sister who is getting married in May. The ladies that helped my sister find her perfect dress were amazing! They were sweet, funny, open to opinions, and also did not hover over my sister. It was a room that gave off a very open, friendly, and comfortable vibe. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a very good feeling while finding an affordable dress to make them feel perfect on their day!

This is the first place I recommend all soon to be brides go. I didnt end up getting a dress here. Mostly i was just at the beginning of shopping and I just wasnt sure what I really wanted, but they let me try on pretty much every dress they had in my size. There really is a beautiful selection, all different styles, and modest dresses. I had a fantastic experience here.

This place is AWESOME! What a great idea for a store! For those of us that can’t afford $2500 dresses we’ll only wear for one day, but still want to look and feel beautiful! They were flexible with me wanting to rent for more than one day, had veils to rent at a good price, and overall my experience was soo smooth with them! I’m so excited for the dress I’m renting for my wedding, bridals and open house!

I walked into this adorable store and fell in love with everything!! Everyone there helping are so cute and fun to just hang out with. Just amazing! And what a great concept!! Take the worry of an expensive dress out of the equation and just rent it. Super cute dresses and great girls to work with. Loved my experience at Something Borrowed!!

I had an incredible experience shopping here! The customer service was attentive but not invasive. So many bridal shops send their consultants into the dressing room where these strangers proceed to poke, prod, and shove unsuspecting, and very vulnerable, brides into a wide variety of wedding dresses. Brooke was a dream! She helped button, lace, fluff (the train), and zip up each dress but was also extremely respectful. She offered her honest opinion when asked and created a very safe and fun environment. I always left her shop feeling better than before I entered. Her shop is a great asset while on the hunt for the perfect gown.

I was so happy I came in! It’s a beautiful place and there’s a wide variety of dresses. The people working there made me feel right at home. Sometimes shopping for a wedding dress can be stressful, but this place was so fun!

Its cute name is a great indicator of how awesome this place is! They have a good selection of dresses in many sizes, many of which are very elegant and would normally come with a high price tag. Its an affordable way to get a great dress that you will only wear 1 or 2 times, especially if you have expensive taste :)My dress is currently there! Silhouette shape, with lace tapering down into a lace applique, with another lace layer underneath. It is gorgeous! Its a $1300 dress from Latter-day Bride (called Emmerson) renting out for far less than that!

Couldn’t be happier with how kindly these ladies treated me! Being out of state, I didn’t have my family to come help me find the perfect dress for my special day. Stacia was so helpful and answered all of my questions, taking photos, seeing my style, and giving her opinions of my choices. I felt so listened to and I could tell she really enjoyed her job. I found multiple dresses that I would be thrilled to wear on my wedding day, so if you’re looking for selection, these guys have a ton of styles. Loved every minute!

Brooke was absolutely amazing. They are really focused on giving you the best experience. She wasnt pushing at all and kept getting feedback from me to adjust the styles to help me find my favorite dress! Loved it!

My daughter and I absolutely LOVED our experience with Something Borrowed! Brooke so kindly accommodated a last minute trip to Utah and made a space for my daughter’s fittings on a busy Saturday. Brooke doted on my daughter and made her feel so special and beautiful. We found a dress that she loved for much less than it would have cost to purchase. We couldn’t be happier!

We LOVED our experience here. Brooke was amazing!! Love her. They are so accommodating and flexible! We loved knowing we could have the dress for bridals and for the wedding and there wasn’t going to be an extra fee for any of those things. They have a good variety of dresses as well. The prices were reasonable, and we had the best time. We would ten out of ten recommend this shop for any bride. Thanks Brooke!!

So relieved!!!! This place is the best! I went to several places and felt like the pickiest bride ever, then I came to something borrowed and literally had the best problem anyone could ask for- picking between 5 of my most favorite dresses. Definitely a shop that has your classic look but they also have more modern/boho dress if you’re wanting that “running through the fields” vibe. Brooke totally caught my vision and helped me find dresses I really loved!

Made an appointment last minute and she was so nice to let us in. This girl is so talented with getting dresses for YOU! The place is in such a cute location and she was so well with knowing when to include herself in helping and when to step back and let us look and love or not love the dresses! She’s a very talented individual with a very cute baby chilling alongside her! Highly recommend!

Working with something borrowed has been a dream. I tried on dresses for my wedding there and they helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up buying my dress from a different vendor and renting my veils from them. It was so perfect! The best part is now I am consigning my dress with them. I love knowing that my dress is somewhere safe, taken care of and hopefully going to be used by future brides. Brooke and Stacia are both fantastic to work with. I cant say enough good things.

In seeking the perfect wedding dress for my daughter, Something Borrowed was our first stop. After trying on several dresses, we realized this was going to be challenging due to my daughters petite size. We often have to purchase clothing in girls sizes instead of womens because she is so tiny. Even with all of the many options at Something Borrowed, there was nothing small enough. Regardless that there was a photo shoot and a lot going on in the shop, Stacia never made us feel as if we were wasting her time or that she needed to get to the next customer. She was very attentive and even took time to write down options and phone numbers of other places that might have what we were looking for. For my next daughters wedding, I will be going to Something Borrowed first and hopefully get to work with Stacia again.

It was so fun! I went with my cousin and the entire experience was so fun. The owner was so helpful and really listened and had an eye for what she wanted. My cousin got her dress here and it couldn’t be more perfect. Highly recommended

We loved the variety of styles of dresses available. Brooke was very attentive during our appointment and we did not feel any pressure to rent at all. We loved the dress. The alteration was perfect. I would highly recommend Something Borrowed Bridal Rentals.

****UPDATE****I was contacted by the owner about my experience who was very eager to help and see if there was anything to be done to improve it. They offered me a free dress rental which I didnt take seeing as they didnt have any stock I was interested in, but I was impressed by their response and am amending my review, to reflect this. I do however stand by the facts that I laid out in my original review.****ORIGINAL****This place sounds like a business with a storefront and several employees but its a house. The entire encounter with the consultant was very awkward. I see that another woman who left a review had a very similar awkward experience to mine. It was a lot of uncomfortable silences and not much talking about the wedding or anything really. Other bridal salons make you kind of feel special but I felt like I was trespassing in a library. The dress selection is very limited. Everything smelled a little funny and old. I had about four dresses in my size which is an eight so its not some crazy rarely used size. They are mostly of the more temple friendly modest variety which is fine but not what I was looking for.

I loved my time here! It was the best experience I had while looking for my dress. Both Brooke and Stacia were helpful. I found my dress here for a great price. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Went to find a wedding dress for my sister a little while ago and the lady was super helpful and charismatic! Dress selection isnt as big as other stores yet because its in her house but I think its a really great business idea and will grow fast! Her dresses were up to date and beautiful, my sister found multiple that she loved.Update- just saw that shes moved to a building now so its a lot easier to find now :)
