The one of the staff had a bandanna around her neck not covering her mouth or nose while I witnessed at least 2 customers walk in and pay at the register. Both customers were wearing masks and the other worker was also wearing a mask. C’mon! We are in a middle of a pandemic!!!

Cashier didnt know prices and then overcharged me and when I claimed my money he couldnt refund me although I was paying cash cause he didnt know how to do it. What type of cashier is this?? . Terrible service

It is what it is. A well stocked gas station. Usually clean and has what I need if other places are closed late night.

Located right off of Rte 195 and close to both 195 and 95. A little cramped, the station is too big for the lot which causes overcrowding and trouble parking or entering/exiting the facility. But, the employees are great and the selection and pricing is on point.

All it needs is better coffee.

Great place when your on the run and need gas and food. They even have a milk shake/ smoothie machine.

Nothing too different than other shells same pricing same quality but the employees are nice here

One of the best located Shell Gas Stations in Providence, I.M.O. Its Directly off of 195 East & West. And basically right off of 95 North & South. The store is always clean as well as the parking lot. One thing that bugs me is when I want to wash my windshields (especially in our salty nasty winters) and the squeegee is all busted and the rubber is chewed up and leaves streaks, or the window washing fluid they use is nasty or empty, but the paper towels above the squeegee shows me that a gas station is well maintained. If those paper towels on the side of the garbages next to the pumps and above the squeegees are full then you know they put in work at that gas station. One thing they dont do is take coupons for cigarettes, doesnt matter if its digital or paper or if its straight from Marlboro or Camel. Some of the employees do at night but during the day they always refuse. Thats why I didnt give it 5 stars. Other than that they are in point here. Employees are friendly, helpful and nice!!
