Brought vehicle here after an accident. place was very very busy but was seen quickly. They have a young woman Zoey who handles insurance process she is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She was very reassuring to me very patient with my 100s of questions and handled the entire insurance process for me start to finish which is helpful after an accident when your shaken up. Vinny who does rental cars is very polite and thorough and made me feel like I knew him my whole life. Very funny guy. And Dean of course keeps everything running smoothly. My experience at Deans was what any customer or patron should expect out of a business or service provider. I got into an accident in December of 2019, and Deans was my shop of choice for repair. Prior to choosing this place, I knew nothing about it. My experience with Dino was SOLID. He assures you from the get go that he will take care of you, and they did just that. I got my car back and it was in better shape than it was before. I got in the accident. There were some minor issues that I had after the initial repair, and Dino fixed these things at no extra cost. I initially was in a rental car through my insurance that I had to pay a percentage of, but the team at Deans got me into a car for free. Id recommend Deans fasho to anyone who needs the services they offer. I hope that your experience can be as good as if not better than mine.

Since this was an insurance claim, I had some concerns on how everything would be handled, but Dean made the process extremely straight-forward and easy, even providing me with a vehicle to drive while the repairs were being made. Deans Auto was able to meet the tight window I had to make, and with the car coming out looking brand new, inside and out (with a great interior detail); the paint job was fantastic and matched perfectly!! They have just opened a new tire and service center. I had a tire puncture, and they fixed it immediately and for a great price (pep boys and others wanted to replace tire instead, rather than patching it). The person I worked at with rental (didnt catch his name) was also very quick and kind.I have never had such an easy experience dealing with a car repair. Turn around time was quick (two days for my case) and the rental car was included. I am so very pleased with the service and the cost. Please read before you take your car there!!! Dino was a really great and nice guy and tried to do everything to help me out. He fixed other things in my car not accident related, awesome guy BUT the bad quality of service on my car and lack of professionalism outweighs the kindness. I had such a long and bad experience that i regret taking my car there.To keep it a little short, every time my car finish date approached I went to pick it up and they gave me an excuse as to why its not done and it was a different one each time. When I got my car back it was not finished and the car frame on the doors and the interior which were wrecked by an accident looked like they ordered it from Walmart or were not even replaced just bent back in place and attached. Once I took my car out the lot I noticed there was no oil in the car a few days later (which was one of the services that they said they needed to do the first time i went to pick up the car) I took it back they fixed it. My window frames fell off, they did not attach it properly just took the old one and bent it to make it straight and put it back on. My new car doors paint was chipped. Some of my stuff were stolen in the car not valuable stuff just a bulk pack of gum and air-fresheners from BJs and when I called to ask about it Dino said well i told you to take all valuables out those arnt valuables so i didnt know your staff would steal it, it was in the compartment why the heck were they looking in there when it has nothing to do with the service. A LOT more to this story but ill be writing a book if i go on. Just know it was a headache and a lot more stress.A few months pass and what led me to write this is i notice that the paint they used on my car easily chips by the slightest pebble on the highway. The car windows stopped working (it was cricked when they gave it back but workable, now it just dosnt work) I didnt want to take it back i rather youtube it at this point. The interior on the back seat popped off. The car although runs perfect till this day just the body work, seems like they used duck tape and crazy glue to repair the car.I would recommend maybe going to a different auto body, a lot more to choose from. This was kind of a cheap value auto body shop. I dont blame Dino, just all the people he has working for him. Again hes such a great guy but just a terrible value. Overall, a headache I did not need.

Excellent and affordable serviceI recently had my rear bumper fixed after a valet scraped a good amount of paint off of it. When I arrived at Dean Auto, I was treated well by everyone, especially Dino. Dino was extremely friendly and gave me an immediate estimate for the repairs that was definitely on the lower end of bumper repairs from my research. The next day when I dropped off my car, Dino made sure to find me a ride home, since I didn’t have full coverage insurance that covered a rental car. Although he said the repairs would take 2 days, it ended being 5 days later that I could pick up the car. Still, I was happy since the car was much cleaner on the inside and out and the repairs went well.Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here, just make sure you can do without your car for a few days, especially if you don’t get a rental.

The service itself was excellent. Zero issues there. It was a super-easy experience from start to finish, they eat your collision deductible, and they even give you a complimentary loaner vehicle, which was a massive help. The car came out looking brand new. They do great work based on my experience, which is why the rest of this review is unfortunate.After I picked up the car, I discovered I was missing some property that had been in my trunk -- an air compressor and a small bag of hand tools. I called the owner, who advised hed check in with (I believe it was) the body shop manager and call me back. I never received a call back, so I tried again a few days later. The owner had forgotten to check with the shop manager, and told me hed do so, and call me back. Again, I never received a call back, so I showed up in person on my lunch break about a week or so later. The owner didnt seem to remember my calls and told me to wait while the shop manager went and checked. I waited for about 20 minutes for the shop manager to return, at which point I had to leave because my lunch break was over. This was a little over a month ago, and I never received a call back regarding this matter. They absolutely lost a customer.

They really managed to turn what was a crummy, stressful situation around! I needed to repair a broken hood latch. I was very stressed about what would need to be done. However, Dino really took care of me throughout the process. I would never recommend anyone to Dean Collision if you have a settlement that might be taking awhile ESPECIALLY. They appeared to be very friendly and helpful at first. But once they got the estimate/supposed check of the damage of my car, they were quick to get me out of there and returning their car even though the accident was still under investigation. They threatened to turn my car off on me and said I couldn’t stay in it any longer and told me it would take too long to fix the car. Granted it is taking awhile for the situation but what was the point in me going there to bring my car to be fixed if they can’t even wait to fix it and are giving me a hard time?I now have to return the car back before the investigation of my accident is over of who is covering the costs and may or may not be given a bill even though it’s clear the other drivers are at fault taking a left turn in front of me driving straight and should cover the costs. They themselves ( the collision center) said from looking at the police report that they are at fault and should be covering the costs. They clearly are all about the money and not really helping people. Whenever I would try to ask questions, they would over talk me and become impatient because I wasnt willing to make a haste decision. Please never go there.

To many cars parked in the front of the building I live next door I love walking because Im a pedestrian every time I walk up on North main Street a car driving on the sidewalk and I have to move out of the way Im sick and tired seeing to many cars to ad more i now drive and when i pull out i cant see incoming cars on north main street until collide into one and the small street that connect the parking lot to n main st is barely one lane wide and when an oncoming car come someone has to decide to get out of the way and normally the bigger cars forces his way in this shop should not be here to much cars in the way i hate it some much it just sucks

After breaking down in the dead of night during a drive back from NYC, I had my car towed to the parking lot in front of Deans Auto Collision Center. I left a note on the windshield and went home. In the morning, I received a call from a man named Dino who told me to come by the shop. Since my car was stuck there and I wasnt about to pay for another tow, he could have completely hosed me with the price. Instead, within 24 hrs he had my car back in functioning order, and neither parts nor labor broke the bank. Dino is a real, honest, caring, individual. I could not be more grateful that fate led me to him and Deans Auto Collision Center.

DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!I am not from the Providence area, and I looked up reviews of different auto body shops after I was involved in an accident. I went to State Auto Body, and for what I thought would have been around $1000 worth of repairs, I received an estimate for $2500. Even though the other party involved with the accident was responsible for the damage, that number sounded like I was being upsold. Cue me looking into Dean Auto and Collision Center.I called Dean Auto and Collision Center, and I was told to come in for an estimate at my earliest convenience. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by a tall, dark, and handsome man named Dino who was going to give me an estimate on the repairs of my car. We walked outside, and he had a number for me within two minutes of looking at the car. Get this, it was almost half of the price of what State Auto Body was charging me. After looking at more of the work Dino and his crew did online, I knew I had to give my car to them.Dino treated me like I was his best friend. He is an extremely nice man, and he likes to bust your chops. Regardless, he even included a small part for my side mirror, a plug for my tire that had a slow leak in it, and he even gave my car a full reconditioning all for the price he quoted me for! I offered to pay him for the extra things, but he refused. I can see why so many people come to Dino for their car repairs now. The car looks brand new, both on the interior and the exterior.A small side note: with the amount of cars these guys take care of, be prepared to wait a fair amount of time for your car. Not to worry though! THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL CAR FOR THE TWO WEEKS MY CAR WAS BEING REPAIRED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!If you need car work done, be it mechanical or auto body, please dont look anywhere else.
