John is the best at keeping you update on repairs and when I went in to see if they could look at my car, I was given an estimate and asked if I wanted to leave and they would ride me home. Needless to say we called the insurance company got the ball rolling and they brought me home. Best of all he remember me from my license plate (msbenz) from years ago.

I was recently in an accident, directed to Travelers Auto by the insurance Co. They were very professional and took care of everything. I highly recommend them.

Travelers Auto Body was a terrific experience. While I enjoy my insurance provider, the representative from my insurance company I was assigned felt aloof and seemed complacent. Travelers turn otherwise frustrating ordeal, into an effortless order of events; they took over communications with my insurance provider, provided transportation to and from my car rental, ensured a best possible insurance deductible outcome, was flexible, and provided ample communication along the way. I fully intend on working with Travelers whenever possible in the future.

My daughter has taken her car to Travelers twice in the past year after 2 fender benders. John Voccola has taken great care of her and they work directly with USAA Insurance and Enterprise Rental. It has been so easy for my daughter to leave the car off and she was also chauffered to Enterprise for her rental. The workmanship was spectacular and I couldnt recommend Travelers more highly!
