I just picked up my Honda Accord sport from Ralph and Sons. I had gotten into an accident with my brand new car and honestly didnt know how to go about fixing it. I brought my car to Ralph and Sons and right from the start they were personable and professional. My stress was relieved. The recieptionist took the time to call the insurance company for me, she set up a rental car for me and also made sure it was covered. They made me feel like i left my car in great hands. They fixed my car quick and efficiently, and also went above and beyond by cleaning it in and out. I recommend everyone to go see them, they take great care of their customers.

From start to finish this has been the best experience with our situation. Our car was hit and within a few days we were in a rental we didnt even have to pay for. Felt good to know we were being taken care of. We were able to get to work and go about our lives without issues even took a few days to travel and relax! When we got back i didnt even recognize my car!! Truly the work of an experienced and trusted business. Im back in my little jalopy but I feel like Im driving in style now. Recommended true and true if you need anything, this is the place to go.

Honest, friendly bumper repair for my 2014 Elantra at a very reasonable rate. It is truly a ‘family business’ and a very comfortable atmosphere.I paid way less than a Federal Hill shop quoted and only slightly more than the big body shop chain in Attleboro.

It’s been a year and a half since i got my car back. Paint chips away and SRS light still comes on. I can’t sell my car nor can it pass inspection now. I ve been back several times with them with SRS light problems. They shut it off and it comes back on. Hiddens problems arised after a year or so and it was becoming annoying always going back there to get SRS light shutoff with computer. Nice people I guess but something happened during repair in which my paint chips and SRS light doesn’t go off. I previously left a positive review because at that time paint hasn’t chipped as bad and SRS light was shut off about 3times hopefully it was gonna stay off but came on after a few weeks.

What a great placee my car was hit and i was reccomend to them and let me just say when i saw my car i did not recognize it because they did such a fantastic job it was clean and looked beautiful i could not be any happier with them thank you guysss
