The sales experience was great. They even offer gift cards for 5 star reviews! Once you get past sales, it all goes down hill. We purchased two vehicles from them in July of 2020. One has had issues with the vehicle since it had 245 miles. Not necessarily the dealers fault, but frustrating nonetheless.Every single time we bring the vehicle in for service, another issue pops up. We had a tire patched. A few months later, the patch seemed to fail, stranding me in a snow storm. Brought the vehicle in to repatch. Paid to patch same tire.Brought the vehicle in for service, they found “two warranty issues that we repaired preventatively”. The vehicle was not having these issues and consent was never given to make them repairs. The vehicle suddenly had both of those issues. They wouldn’t make further repairs because they were intermittent issues that they never could duplicate.But that’s not the end of it.I went in for an oil change and they decided to tighten the oil cap with a torque wrench instead of by hand. They tightened the oil cap so tightly that another dealer couldn’t get it off. They wouldn’t pick up my car to fix their mistake, but they’re always more than happy to pick up a loaner car over an hour from the dealer. I spent a week fighting with them to just have to get corporate involved.Then we had to cancel an extended warranty.I couldn’t get through to anybody at the dealership for days. It was to the point where they refused to even transfer me.Eventually I got through to finance just to get screamed at by their finance manager like he was my father. I got scalded for following up on paperwork that they refused to send?Once we finally got through to the general manager after a few days, the paperwork went smoothly. But it shouldn’t take an employee berating a customer because they didn’t want to do their job.Believe the one star reviews. The don’t care about their customers once you’re in their car. The $25 Amazon gift cards really seemed to get them the five star reviews they were hoping for to offset all of the honest, one star reviews.

After doing a lot of research, I made an appointment to look at a car here. My friend and I were greeted with a big hello and smile by Camille. I got to test drive the car I was interested in and Camille answered all my questions. I had plans to also see another car the same day somewhere else. The second experience was very different. ( The salesperson was not as knowledgeable and fees were being added. ) So back to Baker. Again a warm greeting and then down to business. Everything was perfectly explained, Paul helped with all the payment information and I would have driven my new car home except they were going to fix something first - so a couple of days later Camille herself delivered my car to my door! (and I dont live that close). Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend this dealership.

All the staff was lovely especially Camille. I had the privilege of working with her to purchase my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. They worked hard to accommodate my needs and I left fully cared for. The entire process so not a typical stressful car purchase. Camille made it more than comfortable to purchase this vehicle. Even after the purchase, she continued to follow up with me beyond the purchase for the car. As a matter of fact, I would call them wellness checks. I have no complaints with the customer service and flexibility. I hope anyone who visits gets to see them in this light as well!

Nice first impression… but that doesn’t count in the end, right?1. Experience: I made an appointment to look at a used car. I was on time but had to wait more than half an hour. Only to find that the car was damaged which wasn’t disclosed to me earlier.2. Experience: My husband made arrangements to get his company car via Bakers. It should take only a week as we were told. After two weeks we made our first call back. It took Bakers four (4!) weeks to tell us that they won’t work together with the leasing company of my husband‘s employer. When my husband told the general manager how disappointed he was because of his many tries to contact Bakers during the four weeks (no one answered most of the time) the general manager just told him this didn’t matter to him and hung up on my husband.Don’t trust your first impression.

In fact, everyone at Baker Jeep made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend Baker Jeep Princeton. Ive been researching the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L for several months and visited multiple dealerships to see the trims and prices. Baker was actually my 6th dealership visited, but after I narrowed down my vehicle search they were the best option with the specific vehicle trim/features offered at a fair price. The lifetime powertrain warranty was an added bonus. Camille was awesome to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was responsive in all conversations and never felt pushy. I had my truck in for a noise which I associated with rear brakes. I dropped off my truck and waited for someone to call me with an update and an estimate. I receive a phone call from Marcus suggesting about 3k worth of work. I told him that I would prefer to only take care of the brakes in rear for the noise I was hearing. I get a call 15 minutes later saying the work is done. Which means they must have started it without my permission. I go to pick up my keys and paperwork to find that both front and rear brakes were done, as well as brake fluid, which was not approved. I asked to speak to a manager while I was there, before paying a bill I did not fully approve, and Marcus told me he was not in. Shortly after that, I see Sean (Service Manager) walk by. I was very angry at this point so I paid my bill and walked out. I called later to speak with the GM and I got connected with the Parts Manager. Who could do absolutely nothing for me. I later get ahold of Sean Shannon, the Service Manager. Instant attitude received by him. He said another advisor overheard me approve the work over the phone. Which never happened. I asked if the calls are recorded because I would like it reviewed. He hung up on me. First and last time at this dealership. Very unprofessional and lacks the kind of customer service needed to maintain a successful service department.

I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was probably 16 years old... referred to Baker by a close friend who works there and my sales rep, Camille, and I hit it off from the introduction. Car shopping is rarely pleasant so the number one thing I look for in a dealership and especially a sales rep is integrity. That is what I found in Camille. She is diligent, persistent but caring, and worked with me to get me my pick and a fair price... loved the family feel and everyone I met was friendly and made my feel like I was part of the family. First I like to say that Maria from sales was very nice. She delivered the vehicle from New Jersey to my house in Delaware. Now let’s get to the car. I brought a 2016 Dodge Charger certified preowned from this dealership in late March. When the car arrived to me, the front head light was out. Also, there was no battery in the secound key fob. Also, the car was starting to run hot 30 days after I brought it. Come to find out, the pump may have a leak. I filled the Coolant reserve 2x already. The air filters was very dirty and the wind shield wipers needed to be changed after 3 months. Sales people was cool but the service is garbage. There is no way on earth does anyone sell you a certified preowned vehicle that was not serviced. I will only recommend that you only buy new from this dealership. And u will need to get your car serviced somewhere else. So you don’t have to deal with the garbage service department.

And the saleswoman was most definitely condescending towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She probably threw out my form!! My review is very accurate based on my experience.*UPDATE #2*: Got a brand new Grand Cherokee Laredo E with a Protech package from another dealer and that experience was PLEASANT and affordable for me!!!

We bought a 2015 Town and Country less than 70k miles in about September or October 2020. 16k then a 3k extended warranty. All Cash. In February, the transmission went, they made us replace all kinds of uncovered parts and the battery before telling us the transmission went bad. The transmission is covered. We have had the van 1 day since March. We got it back in May and it died again a day later. We are a family of 7 so the town and country fits us all. Here we are in June and we cant even go on a family vacation because the loner cant leave the state and it only seats 5! Every week they are either waiting on parts or they are waiting on the warranty. They had the nerve to suggest we pay out of pocket to speed things up. They never call us to give updates. We have to call several times and leave messages to get a call back. The receptionist will put is in call transfer circles for 20-30 minutes.I will NEVER buy another car from them.We were going to buy a pickup truck but even with the warranty we are out so much money having to rent cars to go places, we cant and certainly not from Baker Jeep. We cant even get to our property out of state to move our build along.

Place is a rip off. Called about an AC recharge and told me it would cost $392. Bought a kit at Autozone for 40 bucks and it worked great. Save yourself the money and don’t bother getting any repairs done here unless you want to get screwed in every possible way. Plenty of better shops around that won’t scheme you and probably provide better quality repairs.

Contacted Baker Jeep numerious times. Had to call over 20 times and always get the run around, you have to talk to this person, and then you have to talk to this person, and that person says I have to talk to someone I already talked to. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. Now Im stuck with a 30,000 vehicle that is leaking water and they dont want to do anything about it. Please listen to this review. Dont make the same mistake I made.

Highly recommend Baker Jeep. They always seem to beat their competitors. This was my second lease with Baker but prior to my recent lease, I traveled to Freehold Jeep and Robbinsville Jeep. Both, for the same vehicle, came in at higher monthly payments. Jim was my salesman and was very professional!

After spending a month or so car shopping, I finally decided to take a ride to Baker Jeep. I found a 2019 Jeep Compass on their website previously which I fell in love with. I arrived at 7:30pm right from work, when I knew they closed at 8pm. Due to this factor, I definitely did not expect to walk out with a new car that evening... Just wanted to take a look and test drive. I was immediately greeted by one of their salesmen, Aaron. He was happy to speak with me about the car I was interested in and offer me to take a test drive whenever I was ready.Once I got back from the test drive, where Aaron also showed me everything the car had to offer - I wanted to sit down and discuss pricing. I did not feel forced or pushed in anyway. In fact, I was more taken back by the fact they werent rushing me out of the dealership, since by this time it was 8:30pm and after hours. I was pleasantly surprised to also be introduced to their Sales Manager, Nick, who was still there in the later hours of the evening. I also met the Finance Manager, Craig, who was also still there! This is extremely important because I could immediately understand their commitment to not only the customers, but to the company itself. Most dealerships I went to in the later hours, I often felt rushed or neglected. This is not the case at Baker Jeep.They were able to give me an excellent price on a brand new 2019 Jeep Compass- due to rebates, as well as another bonus from the company I am employed by. *I must make it known - It was Aaron who reminded me of being employed by an affiliate. Most salesmen might have let that slip between the cracks, but it was surprising too me that he truly had MY best interest, not just his or the dealerships. Again, an example of their incredible customer service.Best part about it - I took the car home that evening @ 10:30PM, where their entire team made it a priority for me to do so. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the staffs efficiency and commitment. I will absolutely be back to Baker Jeep in the future.*The photo was taken a few days later, when I came back to finish a few things up with Financial Info. and to be introduced to the Service Dept. who were also very welcoming.Nothing less than 10 stars... Just purchased a Jeep Gladiator from Baker Jeep. Camille was very helpful and knowledgeable, a true Jeep enthusiast. We needed something that could tow at least 5,500 lbs so we were deliberating between the Ram Bighorn (plenty of power and room) and the Jeep Gladiator (enough power with a whole lot of fun). Camille was great with making sure we had our questions answered and we were comfortable with our decision. We drove home in our new vehicle that evening! The local dealer experience is so much better than the huge commercial operations. Highly recommended!

We bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quad from them a couple weeks ago and we drove from VA. It was such an joyous experience. They had the vehicle washed and ready to go for us even before we got there. They welcomed us and go us test driving the car right away. As soon as we wanted to make the deal it was quick and fast. Maria, Camille, Mario, and Ron were a joy to work with and they definitely gave us the best deal we could get. Mike was responsive when getting information about the car prior to driving up. Would definitely look into buying from them again. Thank you!!

Drove 6.5 hours to view and purchase a hummer. Time and money wasted. Needless to say it was not what was expected and the purchase was not made. Attention to the the small stuff is important as well. Maybe a more thorough check of all aspects of the vehicle would be nice. Staff were friendly.

I live pretty far from Baker Chrysler Jeep but it was well worth the trip. Both Maria Mandas and Manager Anthony Melia went out of their way to get me the vehicle that I really wanted. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and made this the quickest and easiest car sale I have ever been involved in.They were both very welcoming, polite, down to earth, friendly, professional and most important, they showed they cared about what I wanted. I went there planning on getting my vehicle in a few months but after meeting them, I couldn’t leave without my new truck.

Friday 6/12/20 We went to view some cars and found a car that we were interested in. I was extremely thankful for all of Camilles assistance. She was quick with the transaction and very patient. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised that at the end of the transaction she asked to bless our car and I loved the fact that she did that. Ive never had a dealership ask to bless a car therefore, I was excited to see that. She was super friendly and engaging and knowledgeable with the vehicles. My experience at Baker Jeep stands alone as the easiest, most respectful, and most professional car-buying process I have ever been a part of. I filled out an online application for baker Jeep in Princeton knowing I was not going to get approved in anyway. Bad credit was a huge hurdle and every other place denied me. I got a text from Maria at baker Chrysler and Jeep one night and we started working together. Most places called me and I didn’t want to talk because I knew they would reject me, but Maria on the other hand pushed through the barrier. Maria requested me to come in and work with her to get me in the jeep I wanted and nothing less. I imagined it would’ve been a horrific process buying a car like other places I’ve experienced but again to my surprise it didn’t take very long. Maria is awesome she’s gorgeous, she smiles constantly to the point you can see it through the mask 😷. She was so sweet, polite, professional, efficient and confident! Maria was motivated and determined to get me what I wanted and she pulled off a miracle and accomplished our goal. I left that same day with the Jeep of my dreams. Thanks Maria I’ll be back for the next Jeep for sure and my family who shopped at other Jeep dealerships will now come to you!

Saw an add on marketplace and reached out to Maria. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even though the car wasn’t the right one for me continued to help me. This was a very pleasant experience via telephone and I look forward to working with her in the future should the right vehicle come my way.

These people are extremely rude. Our sales guy (forgot his name) was very nice and helpful, however the finance manager was awful! He was so rude and sometimes even pulling his mask down. He did not have a friendly personality at all and we felt dumb for the questions we asked. We told ourselves we would NEVER buy another car from that dealer again, and this is our second car purchase from the dealer. The first time we went there was a different finance manager that was nice but this new guy makes us NEVER wanna give them business ever again.

We bought our Chrysler Pacifica about a year ago. During the sale process, the salesman was honest enough to say that they couldn’t give us a favorable price for our trade in and recommended another dealership. We sold that car and were able to have enough for a down payment in the Pacifica. Unfortunately over the first month we owned it it was in the shop most of the time for a warranty issue. It took a dedicated tech some time to finally track down the error to a manufacturing defect, which was time-consuming to diagnose and fix but the van has worked for us without any problems ever since.TL;DR: Honest salesman and dedicated, diligent, competent mechanics.

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The most easy going and stress free ever. Konstantin and everyone at Baker Dodge were great. They really want you to walk out with what you want at a great price and make you feel like a part of the family. Anyone looking for a dealership this is definitely the one to go to hands down. I have been looking for an Alfa Romeo for years but never found one that i loved until seeing one that Baker had for sale, so after calling and speaking with Konstantin who explained everything so well so to me, he assured me that everything will be ready for me when i arrive. I wasnt planning on buying a new car, until my previous Jeep got totaled in an accident. I hate the car buying process. Ive always hated buying new cars - always getting the feeling that the dealer was trying to rip me off or overcharge me.I walked into Baker Jeep just intending to look and get an idea of what to buy. Konstantin was wonderful - ready to answer all questions and show me the vehicles I was interested in. I left that day with a pre-owned 2016 Grand Cherokee Limited. Its amazing.The day after, my tire sensor light was still lit up. I drove back to the dealer, explained that I had just purchased the vehicle. Konstantin made sure it was all taken care of - with an oil change and a fix on a recalled part as well before letting me leave that morning.Cant recommend this place enough. Go in and ask for Konstantin - hell make sure you get the vehicle that fits your lifestyle and your budget. If I need another vehicle in the future, Ill definitely be returning here.

Reached out to get info about a specific vehicle. I was passed around and eventually given a voice-mail. Did not get a call for days and when I did, I was told the vehicle just sold. Very poor business practices. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online. Baker Jeep had really nice cars at great prices. Since I live in Louisiana, all of my transactions were over the phone and online. I was helped by Andrew. He was patient and understanding as I had many questions being that I couldnt be there in person. He turned me over to Bobby Brooks to make the purchase. Bobby is awesome. He is not pushy or aggresive. He is helpful, understanding and also patient. He made my online purchase very comfortable and easy. He was usually available when I called. If he was not, then he returned my calls promptly. I am so pleased with my purchase. My experience with Bobby and Baker Jeep has been first rate in my book. I recently bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. It’s my second Jeep Grand Cherokee so I’m not very experienced. Had a check engine light come on as well as a headlight go out. I was scared past my wildest dream knowing I might either be completely screwed on the car or I might be completely screwed in my wallet. I met NIA who did the intake when I bought my truck in. I gotta tell you I spoke to a few people while buying my truck and a few people making an appointment for service..........NIA was by far the most polite and awesome employee I’ve had contact with yet. When NIA asked me for a list of my concerns on the Jeep I had a page full and I expected to be scolded for it like other places who would get annoyed but NIA was not phased and happy to help. NIA also answered every question I had on the spot and made me feel comfortable. Monday came around and I called multiple times being anxious as usual, NIA talked to me on the phone multiple times and was caring, polite, un-annoyed, and happy to help. Picked up my truck asked more crazy questions and NIA answered happily. Next day I got a call from baker Chrysler service my heart dropped I thought something was wrong but NO it was NIA checking up on me and the truck. Whoever is in charge in the service department needs to give NIA a raise and a promotion. Whatever goes wrong with my truck I’d take it right back to NIA and only NIA. If it ever happens that NIA goes to a further dealership or a different car company at some point, that’s where I’ll be heading too. NIA thank you so much sincerely. You’re the best!

Went to Baker at the end of my Wrangler lease, and talked with Bobby Brooks. He very patiently discussed my vehicle options, and what vehicles were in inventory. I had already done my homework, so I knew that I wanted a Ram Rebel. The process was fast, accurate, and worked out great. Bobby did a great job explaining the vehicle and how it was unique from the other Ram models. When it came time for the paperwork and money stuff Craig Buttcher was great to work with. He worked hard to get me the best financing terms he could. It was all very much appreciated. Loving the new truck!

I decided to trade in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler for a newer model and I stopped by Baker Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram in Princeton. The salesman Bobby Brooks spent time with me going over all the newer models and options. By the end of the day I was driving home in my new 2017 Wrangler! Bobby was very helpful and made the dreaded car buying experience quite easy. The entire staff was very nice and helpful.

I have been using Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for purchasing and servicing my vehicles for the past 20 years. Their sales staff, their administration have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Most recently I have bought a used car from one of those online dealers (CARVANA) during the COVID Virus my experience from them was less then stellar but when I brought the car to the service department at Baker, not only did they give the car a great once over they made my experience one for the books. Working with wonderful professionals such as Tracy and Sean is a blessing. They make stressful experiences less so. They make you feel and that you are their only customer. You feel pampered and you feel that the work that they are going to do on your car is going to be done right. Tracy will text throughout the day to make sure if I have any questions or for updates on the car. I find that my experience here should be held as the gold standard of great customer service. I will continue to go to them and recommend them to anyone!!!

DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!I purchased my vehicle on 09/19/2020 & today’s date is 01/13/2021 and I still have yet to receive my official license plates. I’ve been going back & forth with Brittany through email since November giving me multiple false hopes of getting my license plates. After getting tired of going back & forth through email I filed a complaint with the BBB on December, now all of a sudden there’s an issue with my registration & the manager Mike Antonelli has the audacity to say I have to fix it when he even admitted over the phone that they messed up. I’m pretty sure they’re upset when the BBB reached out to them.

Brian was also very informative with his assistance as well as Craig B, the finance mgr. Never rushed and questions fully answered. An educate person buying a vehicle needs the details in the cost of the vehicle, trade in, tax and any other associated fees for the purchase of a vehicle. After a recent experience with Anthony the finance manager he offers non of the information. He only offered what a monthly payment would be. In the end not enough information was given to me regarding the deal to justify the expenditure of a large sum of money without a detailed breakdown of the purchase. Save yourself the aggravation of hard pressure sales guy with all of the smoke and mirrors.
