As someone else said, the best car buying experience I have ever had . The sales people are so good and not driving you to buy anything . They are very patient, even during this crazy time of Chip shortage .. I asked to test drive a couple of cars, and they didn’t even come or sit behind (which was the case with other dealers). Quick negotiation and really quick delivery .. finance was also quick .. 5 stars to the whole team … will surely refer to other friends …

Five stars and more! This dealership is by far the best I have ever did business with. I am a new Honda customer and I must say that the white glove treatment my husband and I received from Miguel (salesperson-best one ever) and Cedric (loan officer- most accommodating ever) is by far worth writing a review for. They were fully transparent and did all they could to help us during this climate of the used car industry. Miguel was very professional and personable. Cedric just kept finding ways to make our deal much sweeter. Carlos was also very personable and accommodating. I went to see what Honda of Princeton had in stock for their used cars after seeing a few other locations from other dealerships and left 100% confident and satisfied with my purchase. There was no pressure and nothing but hospitality and patience. The patrons there gave me their full honesty and went above and beyond to get me the best deal. NO SHADY BUSINESS! My wife and I were absolutely amazed by this dealership. The customer service, kindness, and care was far beyond anything we have ever experienced before. Unlike many corporate dealership chains, Honda of Princeton has more of a local and intimate feel, where youre not just a number, but actually important to them. They were extremely helpful in working with us to meet our budget, and went far and beyond wherever possible. They literally made sure the car was in such great condition, that it was as if you were buying it new. They understood well that we were not just there to by a jacket, but for a much larger purchase. We cannot more highly recommend this dealership for any and all of your automobile needs. Updated 10/9/2021I contacted Mr Barry as per advise on my review. This time it was pleasant experience. I visited yesterday to get the factory recall performed. Barry was able to give all the attention needed to my car and shown me the issue on ball joint which needed immediate attention. Upgrading to 4 star. They earned my trust back. Hopefully they will educate previous advisor not to offer trade-in to any customer without looking into their intentions of selling the car. Thanks.STAY AWAY...worst experience. I have been visiting this place for 6 years now for my 2014 Honda Accord. My recent experience for performing a recall was a nightmare. The advisor told me that I have to pay almost $2300 to perform this recall as additional components need to be replaced. Even he tried to get my perfect car for a trade-in. I am never going to them and advise everyone to stay away from these folks who want to make money on your car.

I recently purchased Odyssey from Princeton Honda and it is the best decision I made for my new car. They made the process so smooth, efficient and helped me at every step. I dont live in Princeton area, but heard good reviews about it. So, I decided to drive 40 miles to give it a try and guess what, it is totally worth.Special shout out for Justin Torres, sales representative in Princeton Honda. I actually arrived around closing time, but he gave us a warm welcome and stayed late to explain and show us around. I needed a warranty issue resolved on my 2015 Honda Pilot. I was very impressed with the way the Service Manager, Chris LuBerto, provided white glove service from start to finish. Theresa was helpful in getting the appointment scheduled helping me connect with Chris as he is so busy in the service garage. I purchased my car 6 years ago from Honda of Princeton and was still treated like a valued customer after all that time. It took a little over two weeks to finish the project due to the major storm that came through NJ after IDA . Honda provided a loaner car for the entire time. This was so critical as I just started a new job and needed to be the office everyday for training. Chris called me three times over the two weeks to let me know how things were progressing. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. I got my Pilot back. The paint looked superb, good as new! I am one happy customer. I will be back Honda of Princeton. Thank you! Sue D.!

First impressions are everything to me and unfortunately, mine was unsatisfactory. We have purchased vehicles from Honda of Princeton and haven’t been let down by the sales team. The service department has provided a lackluster and disappointing experience. I have been dealing with headlight issues with my 2017 Accord Touring since the date of purchase and am very aware of the warranty issue with the DRL Strip (10 year replacement due to manufacturing issues). I made my first contact with HOP and was told a department needed to verify my VIN for the replacement. 3 days later, I hadn’t heard anything back and I had to call the dealership again (they weren’t aware of my situation when I called). Once again on 9/21, I explained my issue and that I knew it was covered under warranty; replaced multiple times in the vehicles life. They seemed unfamiliar of the issue but assured me they would take care of it. On 9/30 (nine days later), I had my appointment and when I drove in, my service advisor was super friendly and attentive. Before I stated who I was and why I was there, he questioned if I was there for the warranty headlight replacement, seemingly knowing of the common issue. About 30 minutes later, he advised me that the dealership does not have the part and it was not ordered. As a customer, I should not have to make numerous calls, hold the dealership accountable, spend my time waiting at the dealer or manage their parts inventory. This is a common issue and should not warrant the need to “verify” the issue especially when it is tied to the VIN which was provided twice.

We recently needed the A/C compressor unit replaced on our Honda CR-V. I scheduled a drop off at Princeton Honda. There was a long wait to see one of the service representatives who were all clustered in a corner at open desks (there isnt an obvious customer service area) and none of whom appeared remotely interested in attending to any customers. After finally getting our vehicle in for service, it took the better part of the whole day to get an update on what the issue was and what repair would be needed. They didnt actually have the needed part in inventory and so it was necessary to leave our vehicle overnight. We also told them to go ahead and change the oil. The next afternoon when I went to pick up the vehicle, I again had a long wait. I did a cursory check of everything and drove off. About five minutes down the road, I checked the oil life meter and it was still reading 30%. The technician neglected to reset it so back I went to have them do that. Later, I discovered that they broke both plastic tab covers that provided access to the taillight bulbs which they indicated werent working (despite the vehicle having passed the state inspection a couple of months prior). Oh well, at least the A/C was now working. We recently needed to address an emissions-related issue with our Buick Encore and took that to Coleman Buick GMC. What a different experience! Friendly, helpful, courteous staff, quick turnaround, and even a free car wash before we picked up our vehicle only a few hours after we dropped it off (they had the replacement for the faulty solenoid in stock and were able to install it right away). If our CR-V requires future maintenance or repair work, we most certainly wont be taking it back to Princeton Honda. Life is too short to have to deal with indifferent staff, crowds, long wait times, and technicians who apparently dont pay attention to details.

This was our first experience with Honda of Princeton and it was excellent! Our sales rep, Danny was very calm, no pressure to buy. We were able to go on a lengthy test drive to really check things out. He was very helpful and informative and answered our questions. It was a true pleasure to work with him. Honda Princeton is where I go to get everything done on my vehicle because they are reliable and I can trust them. The service is always 5 star for me and my family. Things can be a bit pricey at times but it’s better to pay the extra and have peace of mind, than go to a mama papa mechanic and not sure if the problem your having with your vehicle was done properly. As a woman I don’t know much about vehicles, having a service team like Honda that you can rely on and trust is a good feeling. Excellent Service provided by Chris Cesare today. I had asked to get a tire rotation done and when My car was ready, Chris stated that he did not do a tire rotation because it was not needed. First time that someone was actually so honest especially from service. I will definitely be coming here for my services here on. Not only the service but Sam Beshay from Sales is the best. Me and my family actually follow where he goes and we know him for a long time. Overall I had excellent experience with Sam and Chris. I would definitely recommend anyone to these guys.

Very disappointed with the dealership. I would not recommend anyone to do any business with them.1. Purchased the certified pre owned vehicle spare wheel and tools were missing also wheel caps were damaged. So I called dealership they said they will honor it and will order the parts. Almost after a month car went for service no parts we’re available at the service center. Many emails were exchanged, all I got was apologies.2. Car was never serviced after the lease. front and rear rotors were replaced by service when I complained.3. Please pay attention to finance, dealership returns the money after 6 months when you want to purchase in cash. There are finance charges and interest while is not explained upfront.4. Once the car is sold you keep calling responses are very late. Finally I had to coordinate with part /service and sales person to re-order and still waiting.

After calling Hamilton Honda a few times and them not answering or getting back to me, I decided to contact Princeton Honda. They set me up with an appointment on July 9 and told me what the price of my service would be as well as the approximate time it would take. Ed Stanley, the man who assisted me was extremely helpful. He made sure to explain everything they were doing to my car to me, explained what he had me signing, etc. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated his patience with me. It’s been four days since and my air works perfectly, my car is clean from the free car wash and I am a happy driver!!!

Always do a great job with everything! They make car buying and maintenance easy for the customer. Though smaller than Honda Hamilton, their quality, customer care and service, and the cars they have for sale are better. The staff is helpful, honest, professional, and not pushy! Although my free Honda recall service wait was longer than they said it would be on the phone, this was due to their unexpected heavy load of cars needing servicing at the start of Memorial Day Weekend. I didn’t mind at all due their comfortable and quiet lobby where the staff were friendly and where I got a boatload of work done!

It was awful; worst experience I’ve ever had there. Waited 3 1/2 hours there. They wanted to overcharge me for brakes, rotors, caliper! Also had very negative experience when driving into the bay. One obnoxious guy yelled out “Did you see that?” I was trying to avoid hitting a guy who was sweeping who I couldn’t see initially while I was coming into the bay so I may have driven close to the door. This guy was so rude and disrespectful. Never spoke to me to say what I had done. I won’t tolerate being disrespected! I made sure one of the back office people knew what happened and that he will be disciplined! While the guy who helped me was nice he took way too long to get my paperwork and keys back to me when I told him I did not want to have work done there.

I absolutely love the hospitality and service at Honda of Princeton. My service advisor, Mike, was extremely helpful and he got me in and out of there as fast as possible. When he said 30 minute wait he was not lying. He did not try to oversell me on unnecessary services. I felt comfortable talking to him and I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing service other than what I needed. I drive 1 hour to this location just to get my service done. Absolutely the best hands down.

I want to thank Bill and Mike in the service department 😁…they really went out of their way to address and fix issues I had a month ago with my wife’s crv when it was being serviced…my other car 2013Accord sport needed a new ac compressor..they made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently the first time 👍😀 they really value their reputation and overall customer satisfaction! Not all dealerships care really sadly..but they do!I definitely will be continuing to go to them for all my cars maintenance needs 😀🙏👍

Purchased a new 2022 Pilot SE from Essam Beshay ( Sam ) this past weekend and couldnt be happier. Shopped around and went to other local Honda dealerships and asked for their best deal and at the end of the day I returned back to Princeton Honda and awarded my business to Sam who came in ( by far ) the lowest/best price! My car and paperwork were ready to go and was in and out in an hours time! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I have had three different vehicles serviced at this location. A 2005 Honda Pilot, 2019 Honda Civic and a 2019 Nissan Rogue. Each time I was greeted professionally and courteously.The work was done on time and correctly with no issues. I have had nothing but a great experience from the young men that in take my cars to the service writers who explain the work I would need immediately to the work that’s recommended in the future. If you are looking for a trust worthy group then you should go to Honda of Princeton for sales and service.

I took my Honda in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech told me I was also due for brake fluid replacement and transmission fluid replacement. I knew I needed brakes but was not ready to have them done. A few weeks later I took my car to a trusted local mechanic for new brakes. They told me the brake fluid was black and had never been flushed. They charged me for services that were never performed! Stay away!

Diego Baez was my sales person. He was exactly the type of person I would always want to work with. He listened to my wants and needs...and responded in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable way to address ALL that I wanted. I did have budget concerns, since this would be a second car. He only directed me to cars that would work for me and worked to get me where I need to me within my budget.On the final inspection, I noticed some markings on the hood that we didnt notice the previous night due to pollen on the car. Diego, immediately took charge to see what could be done, since it already had been detailed and these marks didnt come off. He spoke with several employees to get their feedback and took it back to the shop where they successfully were able to remedy the problem to my satisfaction. I always felt confident that if there was something that could be done.....Diego would get it done!!!! He was a pleasure to work with and made a situation that could be difficult easy and comfortable. He was like working with family...…..I would recommend him to anyone that I know with great confidence!

We have been there twice in the last two months to buy 2 cars. From the start the with the owner, Barry, to the finance manager we had both times, Chris and the two different sales people we had Jordan and Will, they were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We will only be getting our cars from HOP from now on. They make the car buying experience pleasant and fun, which does not happen at any other dealerships we have ever been to. They are so helpful and willing to work with you, to get you a deal you are comfortable with. Went in for a routine oil change. In doing so my service advisor informed me of a recall on my car. I agreed to the repair (front axle replacement) and patiently waited in the waiting area until service was complete. Once done I paid and traveled home. On my way home the tire pressure light came on. Now home, walking toward the front door of my house, past the front end of my car, I immediately noticed, on both sides of the bumper, there was an misalignment . The bumper no longer sat flush against the frame of the car. I called Honda (in Princeton) and was offered the opportunity to come back to have it looked at. I returned and explained to the available service advisor what my complaints were. Shortly after the mechanic that worked on my car came to the front of the garage where I, about 2 to 3 other service advisors were standing and said, “I told m***….”….he explained he told my service advisor about what had happened to my car during the repair. He said, “m*** didn’t write it up…fully acknowledging something happened that should have been addressed when I was there and explained to me…again I did not bring my car in that condition initially that morning…so basically during my repair a very minor issue occurred, one that was not a problem I had before I came. I sat in the waiting room until my original service advisor came to get me…I said m*** we have a problem…his response was, “what??? it wasn’t like that already”? I said no. I said, you knew that had happen and you didn’t say anything to me about it. M*** said, “I (meaning m***) didn’t know that your car had that problem. I asked M*** not to play that game with me. He said he didn’t know what I’m talking about (the issue with my bumper). I called over the new service advisor where m*** and I were standing. The new advisor confirmed the mechanic came out to the garage and admitted, in front of me (the customer) that m*** was made aware of the issue that occurred during the repair of my axle. The mechanic said, “he (m***) didn’t write it up”. M*** tried to #1 infer I brought my car in that condition, which I didn’t. #2 LIE and say he knew nothing about the issue at all. When Honda’s own mechanic confirmed he told M*** about it when it happened b4 I left the first time. I explained to M*** I had been coming here for long time. And that transparency is key. I let him know I wasn’t upset about my cars bumper. I believe in Honda that they will stand by the service they provide. But what infuriated me was M*** lying to my face. He apologized for the ordeal. Mentioned he had the opportunity to calm down. Which I was a little taken back by. I couldn’t imagine why he needed to calm down in the moment. But I guess when you’re caught in a hard lie you need a moment to rethink your next move. The repair was so small, it took minutes literally. Getting your car fixed and trusting your servicer’s are honest and transparent with the work they do makes for a long lasting relationship. I asked m*** to write up a description that details the new repair needed for my car. Which he did. I left there so frazzled. In disbelief. On the way home, 1/2 way there my tire pressure light came back on for the second time (10 minutes away). I didn’t have time to come back a 3rd time that day (Saturday). And I believe they’re closed for service Sunday so I have to wait to Monday to get my car serviced again to check to see why my tire pressure light keeps coming on. Need my car for work Monday, hope I don’t get stranded anywhere. What an experience I had.
