Just recently leased a 2021 Audi A4 from Audi Princeton, and I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I’ve leased a few vehicles before from various dealerships, but the experience I had working with Chris and Jared tops them all. My initial inquiry online was handled by Chris, who helped me iron out most of the details of my lease so easily and painlessly before I even went into the dealership. When I finally did go into the dealership to finalize everything, Chris wasn’t there at the time. However, he left me in the capable hands of his colleague Jared when I arrived. The whole time I was there, I felt relaxed and taken care of, and I can honestly say I actually had a fun time. With all our other options exhausted, we contacted Audi of Princeton and were directed to speak with Carl. He not only provided the required spare tyre but also sent an Audi Service member to help us with it. Carl was considerate and extremely gracious and saved the situation from turning into a nightmare. The service provided was outstanding, it was a pleasure talking/dealing with him and he is truly an asset to Audi of Princeton.

I followed the sms msg instructions to leave my key in the drop box and wait. 40 mins later I came in to retrieve my key. When I walked in the door, the receptionist asked if I was there for VW. I told her no, Audi and that I just wanted to get my key that was in the lock box Next To Her Desk. She smugly repeated/ enunciated AuDi. She then instructed me to stand next to a 2nd reception desk to be helped. Stood there for 5 mins. While waiting two more white men walked in and where she greeted them & asked if they were there for Audi service. No assumptions for those guys.. A passing serviceman asked if I was being helped. I replied no. Then the receptionist tried to jump in and ask the serviceman Is she being helped? I turned to her and replied No SHE is not being helped! I just want my key! The serviceman quickly passed me my key and I left. Flemington Audi is nice and accommodating to Everyone.

What a pleasant experience - 5 star hands down. Went car shopping to many different Audi dealerships and by far Chris and Ryan exceeded my expectation as they were willing to work with me over the phone by providing a quote within my budget in which no other dealership was able to provide or even come close to. Once I got to the dealership, I felt like I knew these guys for years and it was only our first meet. They had all the paperwork and insurance already setup by the time I got there which allowed for a smooth operation which did not last any longer than 30-40 mins and I was on my way out with a brand new car. I would refer these guys to my own family members so believe me contact these guys and feel the same experience that I did when I was there.

A casual inquiry about 2020 Q5 translated into trading off the previous 2017 Q5 Premium Plus and get home with a brand new 2020 Q5 Platinum S-line. That’s what we call it an experience. Being a returning Audi customer we can’t expect more customer obsessed service from a car dealership. They went above and beyond to get the deal cracked. Dealt with the Audi brand sales specialist Anthony Zingerman, young energetic professional did whatever he can to convince and get the sale done. And he continued to support me post sales as well, I must say this time I have better experience over my previous Audi buying experience. Where the sales guy did not even respond to me(different dealership) once I am out off the dealership. Lauren Waldrop’s experienced master stroke made the deal more sweeter and convinced us, yes this is the place and we felt valued as a returning Audi customer. I would definitely do an injustice if I don’t mention about the finance manager Mr. Shree. Last leg at the finance manager’s room is the scariest part for us while buying a new car, and most of the times the joy of buying a new car gets suppressed by the last few tough bargaining happen there over extended warranty, additional road side assistance kind of insurance purchase. This time we could not realize that we crossed the bridge, Shree handled it so nicely and smoothly. Overall a very satisfactory and smooth sailing experience with Princeton Audi dealership and personally we highly recommend them.

Well if you own audi then stay away from this place .. they dont have time and are short of resources ... you have to wait for hours to even talk to them once you are at service center .. its a premium car so you expect at least the same experience .. i asked them to provide quote on brakes and nobody has even called me after reaching out three times .. there are better secice centers i hope .. audi you need to improve your customer experience at service centers

Just had the best car buying experience at Audi Princeton. Anthony Zingerman is a great salesperson to work with. Anthony was courteous, listened to my needs, and did not pressure me into any decisions. Anthony made car buying a pleasure. We bought our first Audi 15+ year s ago- Not only are the sales people/staff good, genuine and knowledgeable- We have never had an issue with our cars, the service department is always easily accessible, friendly, courteous and top notch.We will be Audi customers for life- They are wonderful to work with and the cars are awesome! I currenlty have a Q5 and so happy with it! (David Rojas is a great sales rep and Larry C the sales manager is just a good guy! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership at the recommendation of a family friend and will admittedly say that the process went as expected when the initial purchase was made - a few hiccups along the way but nothing too out of the ordinary. In fact, my experience was rather nice.Fast forward another month and Im getting the runaround from customer service, lied to by my salesperson, and even got asked to simply disobey state laws because its COVID (Newsflash: You cant make up false claims and pass them off to your customers - official administrative orders from your state dictate that... perhaps your legal counsel missed that part).After many fruitless emails, multiple phone calls with my salesperson, a discussion with the GM, and a phone call to my legal counsel, Audi of Princeton has finally succeeded in fulfilling their legal obligation and simultaneously wasting my time. I would recommend turning elsewhere if youd prefer a stand-up operation that doesnt feel the need to give you the runaround in order to save face.

Excellent experience. I worked out a deal with Larry Colleton over the phone and there was no nonsense. We put a deal together in 20 minutes and setup a pickup date for the following weekend because I was coming from 2 hours away. Ryan Orsi was my specialist and kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked up the S3 it was prepped exactly as I had requested and the transaction was flawless. The paperwork was ready for me and all numbers were exactly as agreed. Just stopped by Princeton Audi, after having issues with a previously purchased car, the roof rails that came with the car we weren’t given a key to so we could not install them on the car, I spoke to the manager Larry who offered brand new roof rails at no charge and had them installed for me to make my trip easier thank you Larry, five stars!

My experience at Audi Princeton was top notch. I was in the market for a 2017 Pre-Owned Audi Q7. After experiencing less than stellar service at other dealerships I was apprehensive about traveling over 90 minutes to visit this dealership, but speaking to Jade Atkins over the phone put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and I felt very confident about the information and asking price of the car before I even entered the dealership. From the moment I entered I knew I made the right decision. Greg Sconzo, who sold me my car, provided excellent customer service. He was attentive to my questions and made me feel comfortable without trying to oversell me. I felt very confident with my purchase and even though there are a number of Audi dealerships closer, I will return to Audi Princeton when its time to purchase another car.

Being in the car business, my sales person was a newbie. While he was nice, he missed a few key points during my purchase of my vehicle. Also, when picking up my vehicle my car received deep scratches on the tailgate of my SUV. I wrote an email to them expressing my disappointment, all I received was an apology. Which I guess at this point is better than nothing but it would have been better if they offered to fix my car not try to cover it up. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service there.

Upon going to the dealership, I was being assisted by their sales associate Anthony who was more than helpful. Throughout the entirety of the process from the test drive to finalizing our deal, everything was smooth and professional. Anthony was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle and all of its features to give me the best understanding of what I was experiencing as well as giving information on all aspects of the car. I was able to test drive and feel comfortable with the car without being rushed or pressured into anything. The negotiation process was fair and understanding, in addition to the professional and respectful interactions that I had experienced in my time dealing with this dealership. The reviews WERE NOT GOOD before I purchased my vehicle, but Id found the exact vehicle(infinity) that Id been wanting with low mileage at audi of Princeton. The trunk button wasnt working. They said they fixed it and the trunk button later went completely inside the trunk! $70 fix at mieneke! I drove an hour back home there was noise from my exhaust. They said I could bring it in and that it would be covered since I just got it. TWICE I drove there an hour away and the problem still exist!! Told me we never said we would fix it. It cost too much money. After driving that far and using their audi loaners within 2months and my car rides better! Too add to it all.. the service worker was unprofessional asking me if I was an exotic dancer bc I had black tights on! Bad experience. Ended up taking my vehicle to Feasterville low cost exhaust. They removed the seals for free. End of issue

So let me tell you a story about a guy named Ryan.Hes great.Made my wife feel super comfortable while leasing a vehicle, and I cant wait until my current lease runs out so I can talk to this guy again for my next ride. Will be referring all Audi business here as much as I can.

Audi service overcharged me by $250 by listing the same services twice in the invoice, under different names. Specifically, the invoice shows total charge for 150k service, which is comprised of oil change, fluid replenishment and minor inspection, as per maintenance schedule. And then it shows additional (separate) charges for the same services included in the 150k maintenance schedule. I asked the service representative several times to double check the charges and explain to me, what is included in the 150k services, but kept receiving the same answer (over and over), that $250 is a 150k service charge. They did apply a 10% discount to the entire invoice, so overall they overcharged me by $136.A day after the service, I got a text message which said that it came from Carl Mesaros, the Service Director, and invited me to contact him directly at that number, which I did. However, when I called the number, I found out that it belongs to the same service advisor (Tam Edmondson) who overcharged me.

This is our second lease through Princeton Audi and once again we had another great experience. Ryan Orsi was on his A-game and was able to get us into another lease at the price we needed to be. He called us less than a week later to follow up and make sure we were happy, and to see if we had any questions. We are always treated with respect and we would highly recommend Ryan and his team for top quality service.

We were searching for a particular A5 sportback, of which in a 500 mile radius, only 5 were available. Audi of Princeton exceeded my expectations, so professional, courteous and friendly. We were able to do all phases over the phone and emails, until we arrived to pick up the new car. They beat the other 3 dealers price without even having to haggle, and actually the Manager at another Audi dealer told me no way you are getting that car for that price! When you get there and they try to change it on you, call me and we can work something out!!! Well guess what, the price was what we agreed upon and again the staff was excellent, Ryan our salesman couldnt have been more patient and kind, even coming in on his day off so we could pick up our car . It was worth the 105 miles we drove to get there ! If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, you really should call or visit Princeton. Thanks again Audi of Princeton

A great place to look for Audi vehicles if you are looking for one. The sales advisor are quite friendly and they do not employ a lot of hard sell when I went there. My feeling is that they believe that the vehicles will sell themselves on their own and they are there to answer your questions and guide you on things you might want to get more detailed explanations. My sales advisor Greg Sconzo arranged a test drive for me because the vehicle I was interested in was not available at the time I went there the first time and would not recommend you to purchase one without actually doing a test drive to make sure that you will be happy with the vehicle if you purchased it. One of my better experience in purchasing a vehicle and I have done this over 8 times aready. So if you are interested in an Audi and its in this dealers inventory, you should definelty give them a look.

I worked with the salesman, Anthony Z, and couldnt be happier. My overall experience at Audi Princeton was great because of him. He was helpful and supportive and that made me want to do business there. They had to fix an open recall before I could take it home and Anthony was communicating with me and keeping me updated every step of the way. Moved to the area so have used their service department for tire replacements and maintenance but will definitely drive 45 minutes away to service it somewhere else.. no communication whatsoever. Left 4 messages with no call back. Speak with someone finally who tells us to come in and when you do come in they have no idea who or why youre there. I understand its an uncertain time but the first thing your automated message says is we would like you to make an appointment before coming in and when you try you cant get a hold of someone and no one will call you back. Clearly not very well run.

I had a great experience when buying my new Audi 2020 Q5 but poor experience after when I got my vehicle serviced for the first time. I tried calling Audi service Princeton at least 10 times and left voicemails and no one responded yet. That’s not what I expected especially from Audi. Sorry to say this I am enjoying my car but disappointed in the way I was getting no response for a service question.

My previous Audi lease from Princeton Audi ended in the middle of the COVID shutdown, but the dealership was able to help me extend my lease until I was comfortable purchasing my next car. Once things started to open up, Ryan helped me find the right car for me. Most importantly, I felt they were incredibly fair. I was very happy with the deal I got.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership my sales person was Rosalia she was awesome. I told her the purpose of me purchasing this vehicle was for my daughter and she understood exactly where I was coming from I needed something very reliable and very safe she was up to the challenge because she had two daughters of her own and she knew exactly where I was coming from. we negotiated a price and seal the deal which was awesome but then it came up that there was a fee UV Theft window etching fee of $438 that was non-negotiable. I spoke to the manager about it and he explained to me that this was already done to the vehicle and that its done to every vehicle on the lot and it is non-negotiable so I had to pay it. I felt that was very unfair and thats my only downside about the dealership.
