Well tonight, I did a walk through to check out what kind of tools they had for sale & was very pleased with what I found. They have a great sale on Milwaukee & Makita cordless tools. A nice variation of different tools on sale for each brand. And I cant forget Klein hand tools as well. Check it out, youll be very pleased IF you have a love for tools like I do. And Kim (a sales associate) at checkout was very helpful as well.
Home Depot Princeton, I have been shopping here for 20 years now. But lately, last few years, the overall experience of all things is 1 star. Staff not available and not helpful for the most part except couple of exceptions. Have to be fair, Loews nearby has been great lately. Lowes Very helpful staff and someone is always there
I Decided to make a purchase at Princeton Home Depot. And decided to wait in line. Unfortunately I thought they were two lines but they were not. Furthermore I decided to walk forward to be checked out in doing so I was out of place.Then I had a nasty customer saying youre cutting in front of everybod. Then I had a service customer individual that was nasty as well.I have to ask a question if I was a woman or even a very attractive young girl do you think that they would have had as MEAN as they wereI dont think so...Thats the way life goes at times sometimes we are treated well sometimes were not sometimes very badWill I be back at this Home Depot in a short-term no in a long term I probably will be back although much more cautious that before which is only normal...Thank you for your time.Christopher
Ive found the staff helpful when searching for items. Usually if I know exactly what Im looking for, I go online to their website and search if its in stock and what aisle/bay. Its a huge time-saver. The store is kept tidy, and the plant section is always well-stocked, which is an area I visit often. I do find sometimes the variety and sizes of planters either limited or out of stock, but I dont think that should be a star deduction for something so inconsequential. The minute key making machine, though it takes a bit more than that, has been a lifesaver. I need to make copies for my work, and so far never had a problem with any.
WORST Home Depot EVER. My husband went there tonight looking for help with a dryer. An older black gentleman, I believe his name is Hue, barely helped my husband and then had the AUDACITY to FALSELY ACCUSE him of stealing!!! My husband did NOT open any package.. This is a CRIME!!! Check your cameras first!! You cant scream at a customer based on an assumption without any PROOF!! We have worked in retail management for a combined 35 plus years and we spend a lot of money at the Hamilton location. Train your employees better, Home Depot!!! They clearly arent helping your business!!
Ordering a rug at Home Depot in lawrencville was rediculious! It seemed no one knew what was in stock the pricing changed from one day to final payment day. The sales people had never been trained in carpet 101, absolutely horrible!! Not to mention people skills, in the whole department was non existent!
I really wish this location had hand baskets!!!! Sometimes you just need to run in for something small. Also you have to get your cart from the parking lot. Poor design. Definitely not my fave home depot to shop at and staff is generally rude and not helpful. A few good ones in there but most people here are not overly friendly or helpful as they are in Lowes.
This location is very clean and organized. Their indoor plant selection is incredible! I was helped by an associate named Stephen who was located at the outdoor register. He was so kind and helpful. Stephen helped me locate what I was looking for immediately and provided a friendly and speedy check out. I’ll make the drive to this location from now on!
The store is clean, organized and well stocked, but what stops me from going here are the staff. The staff in the paint department were very helpful, but the staff in the front can’t ever seem to be bothered even when they’re not in the least bit busy. “Yeah, sorry, we can’t help you” is generally the line, when in reality they could’ve helped, but were just being lazy.

Went to get rechargable AA batteries and maybe a charger. Website showed they had in the store. Staff seemed to have no idea where they were. Kept pointing me to the, battery center. I have to say I have seen better selections at the local supermarket. Which is where I ended up getting them. 2 stars as one guy really did try to help. But otherwise pathetic.
It was great. For Fathers Day, my husband got an 8 ft. Ladder and a power washer. It was quick and easy, and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place!!
Very nicely laid out store, easily accessible within in shopping center, and wonderful customer assistance and service. Updated speedy check-outs, offers a wide range of home improvement products, resources and tools. They will order it if it is not in-stock. Nursery’s plant selection is also numerous as is all outdoor finishings. Most importantly, outstanding return policy for all store products, even including plants, worth spending money with said policies in place.
We live in between the Princeton and Flemington Home Depot and have used both of them interchangeably. What I really appreciate is the new Home Depot app which tells me exactly where to find an item that I am looking for, not only by aisle but by section as well. It has saved a load of time. It can be difficult sometimes to find help when you need them, but once located they are always friendly and helpful.
Its an Excellent Department Store-Like Hardware Store.Of Course, I Certainly use Lowes too.
I am trying to get Rustoleum peaceful blue spray paint for the last two weeks. Online inventory has been showing 11 in stock for past two weeks. I have made atleast half a dozen trips to the stores for the same. First three times on three different days, i was told the truck is still unloaded. Next few days was told receiving has not stocked the item. And then next couple of times, i was told it is a discrepancy in inventory. Never will go back again for paint. Associates were friendly (hence 2 stars). But inventory management seems very poor.
Do not use Artic Air or trust Home Depot. Artic Air filters negative reviews. Had Central Air Conditioning installed in December of 2020. After 2 times a salesman came out said nothing about basement or ductwork. Turned the air on the 1st time this year and its not holding temperature and ducts in basement are dripping water all over. Artic Air came out 1st they said humidity in basement. 2nd time its the ductwork. Contacted Home Depot Corporate Headquarters they show concern at first. Then had District Manager call and come out to house. He stated he had communication issues with Artic Air. He stated there where issues and he would solve them . Guess what it would cost me $8800.00. Go figure bait you in for more money. What help from Home Depot District Manager and Corporate Headquarters. Next was the Electrician.

I am shopping here for years and most of the time, the staff is very friendly and helpful.I had to pickup the paint this evening and the associate at paints really upset me. Assistant manager came to resolve but she was even worst.I hope the management takes it seriously and explain the associates about customer handling. It took them an hour to prepare just couple of 5 gallons. No good.If management cares to improve the service and wants to contact, please do so by responding to this message. I can come to the store and identify the associates. It’s not fair to post the name of the staff on the public media.

As I was moving from NJ to TX, visited this place to collect some moving boxes and bungy cords. The lady (sorry I missed her name) guided me to each section to find my stuff. Loved customer support staff here. you guys deserve more than 5star.

I just picked up a table I had bought online. Everyone was very helpful getting it into my car. The table was heavy. I also bought some paint and the gentleman in the paint dept. helped me decide which paint would work best.
Kind of cavernous, and as of april 2021 there were some gaps in their supplies. The help is sorry. But they have an awful lot of stuff! - generally well laid out and decent quality.
No one around to help with anything. So frustrating every time o come here.

Big store & once u can find someone, the help is there to find what u need but even tho the Home Depot app might say that the item u are looking for is sr a certain store/location, don’t be surprised if u get to said store & the item is in fact not there
I love The Home Depot. And this is the best one I have ever been. I love the people lifter at The Home Depot. Its so new and modern like the whole entire Nassau Park Pavilion and clean and environmental friendly. Also I will add a McDonalds in the shopping center this Home Depot is in and I will use this shopping center in the new episodes of Corduroy The Bear I will write and produce at Nelvana.
Great home improvement store.
Paint guy was awesome, got my custom mix in minutes. Carpet guy had great advice for pets and rental units. Employee hiding in an aisle yapping on his cell ran when I went to ask him a question. Other guy sent me to the wrong aisle for a small garbage can. Not impressed with 1/2 of my interactions.
The employees here are kind of standoffish they’re not very welcoming.
Was trying to purchase a ceiling fan and I spoke to an associate who said shed be right back with me and waited there for about 10 minutes never came back so my wife and I decided to leave and saw her with two other associates hanging out in aisle laughing and having a grand old time had to go to Lowes and buy a ceiling fan and while I was there I bought a lawn mower
Got the planks cut. The saw at Lowes was not working. At home depot the associate was very helpful. I did not have to wait long.I rented the flatbed truck to get the planks home. Returning the truck took time, as I went back around 7:30 pm. The shop is open from 6 am to 8 pm.Everyone is wearing mask, and the shop is set up for social distancing
Customer service in this store in general is always so bad. Employees are never very nice to customers. I went in recently after a long time and was quickly reminded why I always preferred going to the Lowes up the road - Lowes employees are consistently much friendlier than Home Depot employees.
At returns register on 10/21/2020 @3:36 pm cashier named SARA was there to help customers but instead was rude, rolling eyes, yelling was showing rude attitude n body language. Has a mind set kind of thing not to help us rather humiliate us. That was very rude behavior of Sara I bet if anyone else would have treated SARA the same way she did, she would have called it “discrimination”.SARA definitely need more training how to be courteous and handel the situation and customers l hope manager take notice of this so other customers dont have to go through same kind of insult and humiliation, that I have to go through at the age of 50’s

I ordered a fan from homedepot.com and according to their site the store in Princeton was the only store that had the fan over three days have passed my order was not filled I called The Home Depot customer service number and they told me that they were still processing the order. I feel Im just getting the runaround if it was a situation where you didnt have the fan you should have just came right out and said so I would have look somewhere else for the item. I just went ahead and cancelled the order. I guess Home Depot doesnt need the money I just want to thank Home Depot. you could have given me what I needed but instead you gave me so much more now Im in the heat with no Fan. Thanks a lot I really appreciate that.
My experience with Homedepot. Is A online shopping. With Pick up delivery. Or Curbside. If this Pandemic got down. And you are a Construction Worker. Or you need anything for your home. Download their app at Google play store. Sign up for an account. And shop away. The Representatives are very friendly. They are also opened for in-store sales. But Please Wear your Mask. There is no service . If there is No! Mask. Homedepot is located in West Windsor Nj. Off the rt one highway towards Trenton NJ and sits in Nassau Park Pavillion. There is plenty parking space. And Accessible areas to shop. So rather you shop online? Or in person. The Homedepot Is the place of 5 Stars in my book.

We purchased a new fridge to be delivered to our house and waited for more than a month for delivery.Finally when deliver date came delivery guys showed up, they measured the area and unload the fridge. They were working like 30 mins and all of a sudden they got a phone call and they said that they had different address and they took the fridge and left.It has been 3 days that I have been calling to get any update. I spoke with many people and either kept transferring me or put on hold and forget about it. I asked the delivery date from manager instead of giving me a date she hang the phone. And another lady just put me on hold and now I end up talking with gardening department. Still they keep putting me on hold and another person answering and doing the same thing.That is just unbelievable customer service. I will never order any big item or do any business that involves customer service or they are using sub contractor. I will only go buy small stuff from the shelves.It is very unfortunate I wasted my time. Good luck for everyone!
This home depot is one of the best in the area. It is big, well structured, the aisles are clean and maintained, the bins are sorted. Their app and web page shows more or less correct information on stock and location. There is a public restroom available in the back.They usually carry decoration for the upcoming holidays.

A range that was purchased for me onlineWas a GE model that was DISCONTINUEDWhen I recieved it there was no invoice or paperwork or receipt. A while after the installation I hear a click every 15-20 minutes as if it was going to ignite. I called the next morning Home Depot couldnt find my info I had no invoice or order #. I called the company who helped place the order they claim I should have gotten paperwork when I recieved it.I finally got paperwork a month later. And told I was beyond the timeframes to return and replace it. I can only get a repair. I Looked up the model # and it was not the same as on my paperwork one number different. Then I found out that both models are DISCONTINUED by GE. Home Depot yet refuses to replace it but have someone repair it. I said when I ordered it to be sure NOT TO GIVE ME A DISCONTINUED MODEL!!! This one was full price and not discounted in price either. Who would know. Yet I did call to put in a claim the day after I received the range.

They never have items I need, from fluorescent tubes to a/c foam filters----telling me the items are out of date and no longer made. I then go to Lowes who have these items in abundance.

Rude associates, asked for a price check and the associate told me to ask someone else. very absurd. very difficult finding people to assist with a purchase. on a separate day i asked someone to assist with T molding for laminate flooring, he sold me molding for vinyl. I had to come back another day to exchange the incorrect items.Very fed up with Home Depot, get your act together and hire more skilled employees that are willing to give a damn. Ill take my money to Lowes in the meantime.

Ordered a lot of products online for curb side pickup that said can be done during the same day you ordered it but didn’t receive any notification to pick it up for almost two days until I cancelled it. Customer service has a long hold (30 mins) to follow up the order so apparently a waste of time too. I understand that orders may be delayed due to pandemic but man didn’t expect it to go up to two days! Target and Walmart can do it within a day, from ordering online to pickup considering that they provide more essential things that are in demand during pandemic like produce and meds. I don’t understand really the delay with home depot, unreliable system, not so proactive employees or both?! Enlighten me pls.

The staff is rude with customer care and doesn’t know what they are doing. I ordered blinds/shades from there and they sent me wrong size shades even after I got it professionally measured form their guy and when I call the store to fix they don’t accept their mistake that they input the wrong size and delivered wrong blinds and rudely hung the phone on me. They also canceled my another order of mine without notification. Overall, the store is rude and don’t know anything and will give wrong information and wasted my time. They don’t even apologize or compensate for their mistake. Be careful !!

Staff was very helpful. I was doing some electrical work and picking out recessed lampsI did not ask for help, but an employee saw me wandering around aimlessly and helped me out. He took the time to listen to me; understand my needs and provide a solution without sounding condescending.
