When choosing appliances we went to the Princeton show room. The experience was wonderful I cannot recommend Linda and Carol enough. If you have confusion over what you want to purchase or even what brand you want to purchase talk to them and they will explain everything you need to know! A+ service. Kind and patience.

DO NOT BUY A MIELE PRODUCT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE A HEADACHE. Their customer service is so bad it isnt even funny. They claim to have a superior product. They should have superior service that goes along with it. Such horrible people and horrible product. Unbelievable.

I hosted an event at the Miele Experience Center for Mothers Day! Wow - what an awesome showroom. Beautifully designed and amazing products. The staff are sensational and so accommodating. Truly a great afternoon! Visit there to see all of the finest appliances you can purchase. Highly recommend!!

They dont call it an experience for nothing! What an amazing showroom. Diana worked with my husband and me showing us all of the Miele appliances and we were blown away by the all the kitchen and laundry products. Diana was so knowledgeable and accommodating walking us through our options—she made it understandable and easy. Were sold!!

I spoke with Carol on the phone today in order to get assistance with a warranty repair for our Miele dishwasher. Even though customer care is not Carols role at the Experience Center, she went above and beyond in her effort to get me in touch with the correct department.

Carol at the experience store is wonderful! I had an ongoing issue with the delivery of my appliances and was hitting a wall with every call I made to Miele until I reached Carol. Although my needs were outside of the scope of Carol’s job, she went out of her way to help me! She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! I think she is an asset to your company and a I wish that the other representatives, and there were many, that I spoke with to resolve my issue were half as good as she was!

Had a great time learning all about Miele. Ive been selling appliances for the past 5 years and have been to multiple manufactures for training. I was more than impressed. The form, function, and quality convinced me that I need to get this stuff in my own kitchen.The trainers and facility made me confident that Miele will provide a true culinary experience for my clients. The Steam Combi Oven is a must have. You can cook different foods in the appliances at the same time. It holds the nutrients and moistures without transferring oder. Its a miracle. Ive always been partial to different dishwasher manufactures. Not anymore.We spent 2 solid days learning about the Miele experience. We studied the appliances and used them to make our meals. The food was fantastic! I was always told not drink the coolaid on these training excursions. That its important to try and stay neutral. Miele proved itself to me. I will tell my world all about immer besser.

Bought my vacuum with power brush about 8 years ago. It still does excellent job on tile and thick carpet. About 3 years ago I bought a fridge, that my wife considered too expensive, but changed her mind after she had crisp lettuce after it being in the fridge for almost 4 weeks. It had issues with the ice maker right out of the box, but the customer service took care of it. They arranged a repair service to come out. Coordinated the replacement part with repair guy. About a week later it was all done and fixed. Recently I bought here a washer and dryer, installed them few days ago. Best appliances Ive owned after spending years with Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE and Samsung.

One star, because Miele charges double the price for the same products here in the USA, compared to Germany.Neither the low transportation cost nor the exchange rate of 1.2 justify doubling the price. In addition, the prices in Germany include a 19% sales tax !!!Not proud of such a businesses practice as a German company.

Ordered some parts. Some parts lost in shipping. After finding out parts went to back order. I lost the sale. I called Miele and was told a partial refund would be made and the Order is cancelled. After a few weeks I get a package w/ the missing parts (that I do not need anymore). So they lied to me. Shipped without me knowing. Then refused to refund. STATED: No refund because parts were shipped out. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

I had an issue with my coffee maker. I spoke with Carol and she suggested that we FaceTime so she could see exactly what the problem was. Moments later she had the fix and now it works great. Not everyday you get customer service like that. Thank you

HORRIBLE PRODUCT, and WORSE CUSTOMER CARE. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING REPAIRED or GETTING HELP. My $2200.00 dishwasher worked 1 year!!!!! Warranty is a joke with this company. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY MIELE PRODUCT AGAIN! And I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCT!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. They have about 10 different numbers, all to the same dead end! I now have a very expensive metal decor for my kitchen! I’m embarrassed to have it in my home knowing what I now know!!!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MIELE!!!!!

Miele really needs to get it together! If your German parents are listening, take stock that this American headquarters needs some serious help. You would think at this time they would be more than grateful to have someone purchasing their product. Our vacuum recently went up and the time had come to purchase a new one. Their website sure made that easy. Thats where the pleasant experience ended! They send an invoice with NO tracking number? Where is my vacuum, Miele??! You try and call and are transferred to a lot of confused and rude people. They are trying to say that the vacuum arrived. WRONG! Half of what I ordered arrived. The main shipment of the vacuum has NOT arrived. What kind of company doesnt provide a tracking number for a major purchase such as this was? I would have done better ordering from a regular retailer and NOT Miele. Ive never seen such dysfunction and complete confusion for something as simple as this should be. It makes me really regret this purchase. If my vacuum doesnt arrive very soon and I keep getting the runaround, Im calling my credit card company and telling them this was FRAUD!

Purchasing a Miele refrigerator has been a worse experience than buying a car. It took three tries to find an authorized dealer that actually knew anything about Mieles products. Almost three weeks for the fridge to be delivered and two trips for installation. Then only to find out that the ice maker does not work on a brand new unit. The repair scheduled through this experience center better fix it and in ONE visit. Im less than a week in and I already have major regrets on purchasing this high end product.Update: the ice maker was not repaired in one visit. While the technician was very nice, it was discovered that the fridge was not assembled with the correct part in the factory. An additional visit is necessary to replace the incorrect part. The service department was unwilling to work with me to schedule a time, on a weekday, to mend Mieles error and I will now be docked pay in order to accommodate Miele.

After researching for a long time, I settled with Miele appliances because of their low incident history across the world and for its excellent customer service. We are delighted with our Miele Futura dishwasher and our Miele compact, yet powerful vacuum cleaner. These both deserve a definite 5 stars rating. We are extremely delighted with our purchase !In addition our sales associate Ms.Carol Robinson was quite knowledgeable about their products, was very patient to answer all our questions and quick enough to reply to every single query on email. I strongly recommend Ms.Carol for all your Miele appliances !

Sales person didnt notice we were in the store so we were looking for someone for 15 minutes. Then she wasnt sure about the attachments available for the C3 model. After we bought the vacuum cleaner she offered a bag special but shipped the C2 model bags to our house.The store is clean but dont look for advise there. The check out procedure was archaic. She had to write the order down on a piece of paper because the system was downNext time well order from Amazon and save the trip.

We own an older model Miele dishwasher and we cant say enough great things about it. Years of trouble free service, quiet dependable, without question the best appliance we own and would replace it in a heart beat with a new one but I predict many more years of trouble free service.

Firstly the Wellesley Center is in chaos. I called there and a woman picked up and I asked what time are you open until in Wellesley and she said ‘why don’t you call Wellesley’ I said I just did and you picked up, and she said ‘oh yeh they are having some labor dispute there with staff and they are diverting calls to New Jersey’. After calling New Jersey the below occurred.Ordered their benchmark washing machine and dryer. It was the most disgraceful, unprofessional, and incompetent retail experience I have ever endured.It took weeks just to get an invoice. I initially wanted Little Giants. I was advised to get their ‘absolute best there’s no better’ from their rep in Massachusetts. I paid in full via the dealer, Daniels Equipment, whom I was told was the best dealer to buy them from. I was told I would have them delivered white glove within 4 business days. I told them while I didn’t need them in 4 days I just wanted to book in advance, and I booked a date in a months time that we needed them by. One month later, On the day they didn’t turn up. We waited not one, not two, not three, but four more days during all this time we took off work from our busy schedule running our own business and without laundry equipment until a delivery turned up. This was after dozens of calls and emails asking where was our equipment we ordered a month in advance.Multiple emails, multiple phone calls sent to the rep Michael, the dealer Daniels Equipment, and Darlene Battista unanswered, all we asked for was a simple answer as to where our stuff was and when will it arrive.When they turned up a month later they initially said they were not going to do white glove delivery despite me paying extra, and it being agreed as part of the delivery. They said they would just leave the brand new almost ten thousand dollar equipment set outside in downpouring rain until they came back the next day as ‘we just don’t do white glove’ despite it on the invoice and paid for.They were incomptent, lacked delivery equipment, they scratched, and dented the brand new appliance from their incompetence. They damaged my brand new floor just installed. And left packaging strewn everywhere which I had to clean for an hour. It took them 3 hours to get the appliance inside. Then went they went to get the dryer from the truck, and they discovered that they actually shipped two washing machines instead. Yes, two! They also shipped the pedestal stands I specifically said I did NOT want. They tried to lie saying that this is all Miele USA sell now, which was lies and not true. They said they would send a new machine that day, I checked up on this and even two days later it still didn’t leave NJ.I said at this point I wanted a discount as the machine was damaged and was literally told to ‘go to hell no way it won’t happen it’s just superficial damage’.I since emailed Darlene Battista and Daniels Equipment and they didn’t even have the decency to respond. So I’ve resorted to public forums because I installed two dedicated 240 volt lines specific for the octoplus with my electrician and had to them get two different lines done. That cost me $900. I also lost several thousands of dollars in missed work.To top it all off I got a call from Electrolux from a guy saying he was an ex-Miele executive and he got my number from an ex colleague at Miele to say I’m ‘in the search for high end commercial laundry equipment’. That’s a breach of privacy laws right there to pass my personal details to another company I wasn’t even in contact with to give an ex colleague some business. He said he used to work at Miele and got my number from a lady there.Disgusting, and unprofessional treatment to premier paying customers looking to do business with Miele. The details above are simply unbelievable but true. When you treat customers like this, this is what happens
