I have had over a dozen phone calls / sessions on their chat function online / email exchanges with Best Buy. They keep emailing me and telling me to call them so that they can help me. Then I call, and they ghost me - they just stop talking on the end of the phone, transfer me in the middle of a sentence, hang up on me, etc. I have been patiently waiting for a digital download that I purchased from Best Buy. They said it would take 1 hour for me to get a confirmation email and download code. I never received either. Days later, I paid for the product, and never received it. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I’m still on hold with them this very second - 18 minutes the ‘representative’ on the line has been silent - trying to abandon me so they don’t have to help solve the problem THEY created.

Purchased an open box excellent condition refrigerator from this store. Based on the description it should have no cosmetic imperfections and be fully functional. Took some effort and a lot of time to get it back to my house, and I open it to find it is completely scratched up and dented all over inside and out. Tried to exchange it and that was a whole other messed up ordeal having to deal with customer service. Id say maybe 1 in 5 best buy employees have some clue of how to do their job. The employees in this store were rude and barely wanted to help load the fridge into my car (which btw is part of their job). Do yourself a favor, and if you really have to buy something from best buy, research everything yourself and buy it without dealing with the employees and especially not the customer service employees.

The worst experience ever. If you want to get your order dont order delivery from here. My story: I bought very expensive refrigerator almost two weeks ago on Sunday and they said it will be delivered on Tuesday. I got nothing on that day. I called them all week and they couldnt reschedule new delivery. I went in the store on next Sunday and the seller said he will reschedule an appointment himself and he will call me directly. And he didnt call me. I started again call them to check whats going on. The order was escalated couple times by their words and on Tuesday the status was changed to delivered on Thursday. Yes its not mistake on Thursday. I called them about that and they said itll be delivered on Thursday. So, today is Thursday 7pm and I still get nothing. I called to the appliance center and they said that they will resolve my issue they escalated my case again and again I got same answer that they will reach me out in 24-48 hours. So two weeks without refrigerator I had to spent from 30 min to 1 hour on phone every evening. I had to throw my deteriorated food and spend time every day going to grocery to by food. Not sure what I have to do

I bought a laptop yesterday and Chris was my salesperson. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Listened to what I needed, my budget and helped me evaluate the best choice from what was available. Best experience at Best Buy. Chris is great.

Although my favorite staff are gone the new employees some are attentive and helpful while others you see are kind of standoffish or go the other way especially when the store has maybe as much as 10 people roaming the entire store leaving you to track down help yourself from someone in another area. This is my go to store still in spite of that.

I wish I could give less than one star!... service is the worst!!! Delay after delay two weeks long without any reason. Calls their help center didn’t help. They escalated our issue 5 times but it didn’t help, we’re still at same point. We got nothing!! They dont communicate at all and promise to call or email back over and over but never do. Wasted our time going to the store to figure out when we would get the refrigerator we paid for. We didn’t get our refrigerator! I wish I bought it in costco instead of this store

I wish I could give zero stars. Awful service and their installations are the worst. Delay after delay for no reasons and absolute garbage service. They dont communicate at all and promise to call/e-mail back over and over but never do. Wasted my time going to the store THREE times to figure out when I would get the TV I paid for. From now on I will only step foot inside of Best Buy to see what products look lile before buying on Amazon.

The guys doing the stereo installation were fantastic to work with. They had me in and out in less than an hour, even having to replace a burnt-out wire.if they find that your kids have used your stereo as a piggy bank and there is five to $10 worth of change give it to them as a tip!Highly recommended if you want to have a new stereo put in your vehicle!

Literally the worst Best Buy experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to buy Apple AirPods, and when checking out I was offered to open a Best Buy card to get 15% off, which I did. The sales rep there told me they wouldn’t do a credit check on me, so I was ok with opening one, then I found out that the bank DID do a credit check and my credit score had dropped. At this point, I had been at the store for a whole hour just getting a card, which I was told wouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. So I walk out of the store assuming they had put the 15% discount on my purchase.In the car, I discovered they had taken off $15 and not 15%. So I walked back into the store to rectify this. In the store, I was told that they could not give me the remaining $51 off because they have no leeway in Apple products pricing. They said they can take the $50 off of a previous purchase, or I can apply it to AppleCare, or get store credit. I was kind of coerced into buying AppleCare, so I did.By the time I reached my apartment, I realized I didn’t really want the AppleCare, so I went to return it a few days later, and asked for the store credit I was offered earlier. The manager on duty at the time was exceptionally rude-basically told me there’s no way to do that, and treated me like I was making the most unreasonable request ever. I have no idea what he did after I explained the whole thing to him; he got super annoyed, shoved a gift card at me, and walked off in a huff (without explaining anything). Terrible, terrible customer service. If you have the option DO NOT go to this Best Buy.

Their pickup option was not bad (again the person could have been more polite). They have great stuff for demo. Ill add few pics to show that you dont expect it at other stores.

At first, I was very disappointed with the lack of sales staff floor assistance. I literally walked around the entire store, trying to locate a protective case and face shield for my new iPad Air.After, I looked around the store for 50+ minutes with no one on the floor to assist me, I finally took 3 different iPad Air Protective cases to the front counter, and approached Jaleel. Not only, was he extremely knowledgeable, when it came to the various iPad Air Protective Cases, but, he also patiently answered all of my questions and helped me to order the exact case I needed online from Best Buys website.If, Jaleel had not assisted me with my decision and order, I probably would have still been walking around the store with all of the other lost and confused customers. Or, I would have purchased the wrong size iPad Case for my tablet. The 5-star rating is only because of Jaleel, the young intelligent man, who should be commended for taking the time to assist me with ordering the right iPad Case from the website.Thanks again, Jaleel!!!

The covid-19 precautions were in place. I liked that if you needed assistance you register your phone #. You are sent a text message with updates as to when an associate was available. I wish this protocol continues. There was no pressure. They all appeared to be professional in approach, very patient and respectful.

Went for Geek work. The hinge on my 6 mos old Lenova laptop broke and they repaired it. They did a great job. Some of my communications were confusing and the email status reports were different when I phoned for status. They did a good job and I was pleasantly surprised the warranty covered it. 👏

It was time to purchase a new coffee pot so after a bit of research I decided on a model with the features I wanted. Checked the Best Buy app along with their competitor Amazon and they had identical prices. Stopped at the store and was in and out in less than ten minutes. Store was not crowded and everyone was socially distanced & wearing masks.

They matched Home Depot for price, but delivery service was awful. They initially refused to wear booties to prevent damaging our floors. They did damage our wallpapered wall and placed no floor protection and damaged our hardwood floors when moving and removing the new and old refrigerator. For these reasons I would not recommend their service when others have the same price.

My grandparents came to the store today to buy a Tv. They were prepared to spend whatever in order to buy what they liked. Upon arrival, no one told them to sign in so they could be helped. They asked where the tvs were, went to the back of the store to look, and then realized no one was around to help them. Then they went back up to the front in which they were informed they had to sign in. An employee named Vincent showed up to help them. They were okay with the customer service until it came time to write a check as they don’t use debit or credit cards. When the guy finally figured out how to run their check, it was declined. He said he “talked to their bank”, which is false as he actually talked to the company who processes checks instead. He told them to call this other company to see what the issue was. For some reason, when the check was handed back to them, it was wet and ripped. Strange. Turns out, it was because they had never written a check at Best Buy before - understandable. A different employee approached them on the way out and tried to smooth it over. After all was said and done, they were very unhappy with the experience and won’t be shopping at Best Buy again. And I have to agree with them - the last few experiences I’ve had at other Best Buy stores has been unpleasant with other unprofessional employees.

Very different experience since my last visit. Had to explain what i was coming into the store for while waiting inline outside. Something similar to Black Friday. Once inside the store if you think youre going need an associates assistance I had to register at a booth. It wasnt an inconvenience it was different.

I usually have a great experience at best buy but today was different. Firstly I browsed through the open box buys to see what kind of deals there might be and there really wasnt anything even though there was a lot of stuff the discount that they offering was not sufficient enough in order to take a risk on buying something thats been opened already I saw some items that were only marked down $5 and these were over $200 items it seemed to me as if they were only taking about two to four percent off the total costs of the item. Secondly less than 60 days ago I bought a phone there to which now the price is dropped by $100 I was hoping during these difficult times while cash is tight because of the economy that could somehow get those $100 back but I was told that phones only have a 14-day return policy and I couldnt get the difference back because it had already expired I didnt want to return the phone I just wanted to receive the difference in price since it had only been approximately two months. So all in all I did not have a good shopping experience at Best buy today.

I was in this store today and I was walking around looking for a couple of items. During the process of locating the items I was currently seeking a gentleman named Mike who works @BestBuy asked if I could use any help to locate the items I was in need of. He assisted me in finding all the items I needed and we even had some small talk and laughed about a few things that we had interest in. Mike helped me find everything I needed rather quickly and I noticed he had great people skills and he could carry on a conversation very well with customers. Best Buy this is the guy who could run the entire store. Thanks for your help today Mike.

I dont know if it is the time we live in now, but they didnt have anything in stock. Went in for a webcam didnt have any in stock then they said they could order one but would be in 3 weeks. Also looked for the new released steel book of Home Alone and they didnt have it in stock, was told they could order it for me. It was a new release less than a week ago and a best buy exclusive you would think they would have some stock. From now on I will always call in advance or just order from somewhere online.

Attempted to do a curb side pickup. Waited roughly 30 minutes. Eventually flagged down one of the guys running the orders. Asked them where the order was since five other vehicles who showed up after us received their items. They told us they were aware of the order, couldn’t fulfill it since a change was made, and did not inform us at all until after they were questioned about what’s taking so long. They gave vague responses and said it would take a day to resolve? Seriously, your ASM, GM, Warehouse manager couldn’t clear the order for pick up? By far one of the worst experiences I have had at Best Buy. Be transparent with your customers and don’t use excuses. OMS isn’t hard.Edit: Found the solution my own way, re order the item, do curbside pick up, only verified with last four digits of my order number and didn’t even check any ID and loaded it into a back of a SUV?? Are you serious. That’s a blatant violation of your SOP. That’s almost as bad as having a dark bay and getting it sent up the chain lolololol.Such bad customer service.

I had an issue with my expensive OLED tv. Had geek squad come out and said it wasnt repairable. Needed to get store credit and pick out a new tv. The electronics manager took a personal interest in my issue and helped me find a better TV for less than money and also hooked me up with a surround sound system all in the same budget as my original tv. Definitely recommend going to the Princeton location. Always great interactions when i go there.
