Sherwin Williams Prescott Valley store has the best customer service, product, and follow-thru. I painted my home using 30+ gallons of Emerald line of paint. Jake and his team are amazing working thru the paint supply shortage and getting their customers the product they need to finish projects!Easy 5 stars!

I cant say enough good things about shopping at Sherwin Williams. I needed two more gallons today and I called the store where I purchased it but they were out of the base....so Eric called the other stores and found it, called me and I went to pick it up. So simple and appreciated the customer service!

I went to Sherwin-Williams to look at paint chips and then I had a young man Alan is his name Allen help me with more paint chips wasnt going to buy that day but I was going to come back there the sale day. My fiance and I on Saturday did go back purchased paint at 40% off and got the best service. Its really nice when you can get helpful people good knowledge. I feel their colors are absolutely divine I couldnt find any colors like that at any other place and I looked. So will I be back will we be back yes we will and I thank you.

I recently visited the store and was impressed by Caitlin, the General Manager. I have no experience with painting myself, and needed to tackle numerous projects at my home. I rarely see the knowledge and customer service exhibited by Caitlin. She worked with me on custom-mixed paints to match existing rooms and ceilings. Her patience and committment to my satisfaction resulted in an excellent outcome. She went out of her way to get the appropriate paints that were needed. My experience with Caitlin and the store was not only positive from a customer perspective, but helped make a difficult project much easier!

The best spent money I have EVER spent was to hire Suzanne Adams as a paint consultant. I recently purchased a 2600 square foot home with huge vaulted ceilings in Prescott. The entire interior needed paint and it was overwhelming to me. I found a great painter who referred me to Suzanne at Sherwin Williams. I didnt expect much to come out of it, but the price was very reasonable, and she was amazing! She worked with what I wanted and all of her suggestions and ideas were enhancements on what I wanted. The final result was so much better than I ever thought it could be. I have referred her to others who have had similar experiences.Again, the BEST spent money ever! I would hire her again any time!

Did a great job of matching our paint. Must have been a busy morning (lots of contactors shop here).I called after the time promised and learned that our paint was not ready but they would be on it soon. Took my crew to lunch and got the call, as we were finishing up, thatour paint was ready. Alls well as they say, but still....

I only gave 2 stars because I was asked if I needed help quickly. I came here after hearing an add on the radio for 40% off paint. I was interested in just basic paint and when I arrived at the store I was informed that all the paint was on sale EXCEPT the basic version. The sale was just a sham to get people in the door and buy the expensive versions of their paint. You had a chance to make a life long customer but I’ll take my business to Lowes or Home depot. Just to clarify it was not the price of the paint (although 70-80 dollars a gallon is crazy high) it was your advertising tactics. If you advertise 40% off paint you should honor it or include that there are exclusions in the advertisement. Huge waste of time coming here.

Attempting to make colors work correctly is not my idea of a good time. But with your help matching and going over different lighting conditions, i was happy with the first selections of color schemes. Usually i would have numerous unusable paint cans left over from the adventure. Thank You!

Outraged at the price for your paint $75 for a gallon of paint is just too much money. bought 29 gallons from Dunn Edwards last year of there best out side paint for just over $800. I will be taken my business some place else from now on.

First of all, buying paint, no help was offered, essentially helped myself. Then bought paint & primer in one and it has taken 4 coats of paint on a very light beige wall and it still hasnt covered! I have the pics to prove it!!! My husband is on the phone with them now and we get 20 questions as if its the knap on the roller (which was purchased from SW) or the wall itself from the orange peel texture...I mean come on! Come on over! Hes still questioning my husband...as if I enjoy painting and want more of it! Hey Id just like you to believe me! Bought the HGTV kind...wont ever make that mistake again! Ill go back to Home Depot and stick with Behr!

In our visit we were introduced to Allen his knowledge and recommendations were great, staff at Sherwin-Williams are very good.

Waited for 10 min before someone asked to help me then was informed it will take 4 hours to mix up 1 gallon of paint! What a joke drove 5 miles and had home depot mix it up in 5 min and it was half the cost.
