We found our desired appliances in the bundle being offered on sale in our desired color and Karen at the Prescott Valley, AZ store made the ordering process simple and painless. She asked all the right questions and even scheduled our delivery of all 6 appliances together in one delivery for 15 weeks from now. She even took, us up front to pay for our order by check. Karen was EXTREMELY helpful and she should be commended for her caring attitude. She was professional and helpful. While it was VERY busy in the department, Karen took her time with us and never made us feel rushed. Thank you to Karen for your help today. Typical Home Depot, no real complaints. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. I asked one employee which isle and his response was very rapid, i was impressed. Also every employee i saw was wearing a mask, so I had a great experience
They seldom have what I want or am looking for. Today the website listed the product available and 8 units in stock. I asked 4 different people for assistance and was sent back and forth across the store twice. I showed one employee flash Gordon the web page requesting to see the item. He argued with me that the item wasnt there eventhough it was shown on the website.All the employees I contacted either provided no or minimal help with an attitude. From now on its Lowes or Ace...

Two employees in appliance chatting with each other made me interup their conversation to ask about location of a part. The male pointed and said its on 29. Immediately they picked up their chat.We searched to no avail for the part... back to appliance to pick out a freezer. They were still engaged with each other so sought out someone to help. Two other orange people were helping shoppers... waited and tried to break into the chat but could not get his or her to acknowledge that we needed help.... walked half way thru carpet and from a distance Gary asked me if he could help us. He quit stocking, met us in appliance and helped us order and pay for our new freezer. Unhelpful couple still chatting...... Kudos to one employee..... total fail for two others .
I went with my daughter just before closing, I needed some fake grass for my back yard. I was offered help immediately, and he was so nice. Check out was a breeze, and I didnt have to do self checkout like a lot of other places. Great over all shopping experience
Austin in lumber is the coolest most helpful guy I have ever dealt with..he really out did any expectations..With finding good help is hard to find nowdays, Home depot should be proud to have this guy.
Shopping for new housewares. Was in stores for several hours. Staff in all departments were available (except outdoor garden) and were very helpful.
Today I went to Home Depot in Prescott Valley to get swamp cooler pads. I was so impressed with the gentleman named Orlando, who was promoting Sun Rooms!! He led me to what I was looking for & was so personable. The store was crowded, but there was no wait at the check out, which to me is a big bonus!! It appeared many were shopping for plants & gardening items. The garden department looked incredibly welcoming & the lovely geraniums at the front entrance. Parking wasnt an issue either. This location is batting a 1000. Thank you for great customer service!!! *****

Would give 0 stars if possible. Made a $2K order online w/ delivery. After I paid the store called and said they do not have all the materials I purchased. Then on delivery day, their driver refused to deliver to my location. When I called them about it, the manager Chad was unapologetic and hung up on me. Horrible logistics and even worse customer service.

I went in to buy potting soil, plants and some large flower pots. So I saw that the aisle for potting soil was blocked. So I went around and picked up everything I needed. The aisle was still blocked. So I asked the cashier if I could get some potting soil. He went and asked the supervisor and she said it would be just a little longer. Well 20min. later I was still waiting. Still waiting almost an hour. Finally I went to the supervisor my self. After her telling me she couldnt do anything. They were still stocking items. Now this is after she had gottenWhite rocks for a man. Finally I said something again and her and a new employee got my 4 bags of soil. Your company needs not stock with a fork lift and block the aisles. Have someone around to help get stuff for customers. A hour was a little much.

First time at this store and I was so impressed and thankful for the wonderful staff! I needed help loading heavy tile into my vehicle and they were quick and helpful. Drove home and an hour later was sickened to realize I had left my purse tucked in the bottom of the cart in the parking lot (after dark.) It had a lg. amnt of money, uncashed checks and my credit cards as well. The employee who helped me load the tile had found it a few minutes later and turned it in to his mgr. who was very professional and assured me they had my purse in their safe. When I got it back later, everything was in the purse just as I left it. This encouraged me so much, given the news has been so terrible lately with regard to human behavior.The community of Prescott Valley continues to impress me with good people creating wonderful experiences for others. As a business owner myself, I am both impressed and thankful for this home depot store and for Prescott Valley in general.THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Lacking some know how and service promptness
A bit disappointed in Home Depot. Ordered some hanging lights. Waited for a while when I spoke to the manager and asked about my order. He assured me it would be in the following monday. He said he would call me either way. No call from him. I went to the store had customers service tract the order. She told me its scheduled to arrive the following week. I asked her to please call me when order arrives. I started to Walk out when I decided to stop at the isle where they stocked the item. There it was sitting on the shelf. I put both items on my cart and went to the same lady to pay for it. I leave the rest of it to your imagination.
They never have their product stocked.Today I had to get 3 different people to get a lift to get things down from up above.
Wow, no carts have been in the store since I started my build 3 weeks ago. The team is kind and tells you to go outside and find one in the parking lot. They put the wrong pallet of shingles under the display. I noticed when I got home. Then I had to go back, and shingles are not light. The guy at the refund counter tells me to go around to another register. He logs off while I am still waiting and goes and sits down and keeps repeating “ I want to go home.” To him self attempting to get sympathy from his team that he just loaded their return lines, so he could sit down and frankly creep me out. Just been very poor service for sometime now. Think it’s better to drive the extra 5 minutes to go to Lowe’s moving forward.
My experience here was awesome my mother-in-law lost her wallet, so I went looking for it for her. I checked a few other stores, and when I stop by home Depot there were gentlemen outside enjoying their break, and they cut their brakes short to help me find the missing wallet. we were unfortunately unable to find it, they asked me for my number in case they come across and it would keep looking for it. about 10 minutes later got a phone call notifying me that the Lost wallet have been found. I was unfortunately unable to obtain names, however these gentlemen should get kudos in my opinion. I would like to say publicly to them thank you very much the bottom of my heart and from my family

Went to get a refund for an item that was cancelled was toldThat HD would call me in 3 day after waiting 5 days went back to store then said they had to call someone I said I would be wait after waiting over an hour they said I would have to wait another 15 business days very disappointed in HD
You could tell they were understaffed. It was like a ghost town in there but when we finally found someone, they were a great help!

I love home depot, it is my store of choice. Was a little frustrated with the random things they were out of that I needed but whos to blame?? This location is a little far for me but its a nice backup when the Prescott location is out of stuff. But this trip they were both out!
The employee in the plumbing department with the camouflage mask today was a complete jerk. Went out of his way to be a sarcastic and as unhelpful as possible. Home Depot is wasting money on his wages. He goes out of his way NOT to help.

Has to be one of the worst locations! They complain about having to do their job, their lazy and they have the worst customer service! They always have an excuse to not help. Go to Lowe’s. They may be a tad more expensive but totally worth it to avoid an absolute headache.
Home Depot hires the absolute rudest and ill-prepared people. every interaction was a challenge today. It has never been this bad. The man in the blinds department was especially troubling. he needs to be terminated period this is my third interaction with him that has been less than pleasant. If home Depot keeps him as an employee, then they are seriously mistaken as to what qualifies for a good employee. The aisles were jammed with those large ladders and lifting devices today. You couldnt get through without playing the obstacle course game period there were more dogs than people in the store today, and some of them are not well behaved. I do not like this home Depot and next time Im going to go someplace else.

Found everything we needed & then some (like always). Had an issue with a card for store credit, which they were able to clear up in less than 2 minutes. Helpful, friendly & understanding.

Sale item sold out day before. Per sales person, they had little stock. To me, this was to get people in the store. When looking at the herbs and vegetables, there were no prices so didnt buy as the sales staff were busy with other tasks. Will try Lowes tomorrow.
To bad they dont have a higher regard for Vets. I prefer Lowes for that reason. Just wish there was a Lowes in PV.
I own a cleaning company and now a days, its difficult to find the supplies I need. Home Depot had all the supplies I needed. They were fully stocked; paper towels and toilet paper as well as the full gambit of cleaners.

The woman who helped us get our washer and dryer was awesome. The rest of this experience has been frustrating. We got our dryer in store and they delivered our washer. When they delivered our washer, no one spoke English. My husband tried to ask them to hook up our dryer too but no luck. Called today and they told me that they hire an outside company to deliver. Also, they could not find my original order in the system to even help me.I am livid because I explained I had no idea what I was doing and this was our first time getting a washer and dryer and there is ZERO help from Home Depot on getting this done. Youtube has been more helpful. I will never buy an appliance through them as I dont know how to install this stuff and there seems to be no help in that.
Went to look at refrigerators gentleman there wasnt to eager to help us or answer questions so we left.
2 of the 3 people I spoke to acted like out of work comedians. Give me information, your jokes are obnoxious and bordering on insulting.

We picked up a 300 lb vanity on feb 6th. Not with much help from the associates that were working that day. We really needed a fork lift but when offered no one went to get it so hubby with the help of another young guy helped load it onto a roll cart. Then 2 other guys loaded it up into our trailer. This morning the 7th we Half way unloaded so we could remove the black marble top to be surprised to find a chip in the front corner and a manufacture defect near where the faucet goes. Called and spoke to two different associates who advised us to bring it back today. Omg to reload this item was a beast and then to get arrive and find that there are no managers working today to help us. Why wasnt this said to us on the phone? We would of waited till Monday. They advised us to come back tomorrow. What a waste of 1/2 a day. The associate that helped us once we arrived tried to help us find another vanity in the store which of course there was none since this was a special order on their website that we did in the store cause they didnt have it on the floor.. So we now have to come back a third time and see what the Manager can do. We waited a month for this and now we have no sinks in our bathroom. We cannot wait another month for a replacement. Thats two months without a place to wash or brush our teethm. This not good. Usually home depot is on top of customer service but this wasnt what we expected. Lets see how tomorrow night goes since we cant go back till 7pm to speak to mamager, since we work. Such a bummer.

We ordered a washer and dryer at this store, and the first problem was the employee making the order. She was so high pressure and in such a hurry that she almost ordered the wrong machine. She was in such a hurry that it almost went unnoticed because she wouldn’t even let us see what she was ordering! In her hurry, she also ordered the delivery to the wrong address. Not a couple of numbers off, a completely wrong address. We called the delivery service, and they told us that Home Depot has to change the address, that they don’t have the ability to change it. We then spent over an hour, making 24 different phone calls to multiple numbers for Home Depot, and were never able to talk to an actual person. Not a single person would answer the phone at the store, or on the main Home Depot line. Our delivery is tomorrow, and we still can’t get the address corrected. We just received the notification tonight, which is how we found out the address is wrong. Who knows if we will actually receive our washer and dryer. Worst part is, we found out that Lowe’s has the same units cheaper, and, the higher end unit that was over $1000 each at Home Depot, and out of our price range, is $400 cheaper, each, at lowes. We are done with Home Depot.Update: The washer and dryer weren’t delivered today. My wife went in this morning to make sure the address was updated, and they assured us it was. However, the delivery never happened. When I called and, after an hour of trying, finally got in touch with someone, they told me the wrong address...again.
Good help is hard to fine but they excel at many depths, in an area with so many snowbirds they need more RV parts available. Got to keep revenues rolling in during these troublesome times.

Spent an hour comparing and picking out a whole new kitchen appliance set only to find out nothing was available. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE label whats NOT available. We understand covid is the issue but make availability clear and save us time.
I have never had any issues with the local Home Depot (Prescott or Prescott Valley) however today after standing in line outside due to social distancing (which I thought was great) I was appalled once inside. Not a single employee wore a mask, several times I saw multiple employees standing within 1-2 feet of each other socializing, twice I had an employee come within a foot of me to fill a shelf and when checking out an employees was standing with his hand on the credit card terminal chatting with the cashier, even the cashier did not ask the employee to back up so I could use the credit card terminal. I have home depot a 5 star for limiting the # of customers in the store but zero stars on their own employees following the guidelines on the signs I saw in multiple locations. Thankfully the customers were better at reading and following the sign than the employees.

I would not buy a washing machine or dryer from Home Depot. They use an installation agency called Barlow. As you can see from the photo below, Barlow does not know how to install a washer. As a result of their negligence, my house was flooded. Barlow lied to me by telling me they would take care of the problem. They then blamed the problem on the person they sent over to do the installation. If you purchase anything which requires delivery make sure you insist that it is not delivered by Barlow. I am now going to have to sue Home Depot and Barlow for my damages.
Karen in the kitchen and countertops section was patient, professional, and exceptionally helpful. We now understand the project better and need to calculate budget - then return and make this happen.
Always friendly and helpful staff. They were out of the specific wire by the foot I wanted so I had to buy more expensive pre packaged which is never any fun
I placed an order online, which has always been a good experience. This time was a complete nightmare. I placed the order Sunday night, planning that it would be ready late Monday, or a day or two later. I received my first contact Wednesday morning to be notified that an item on my order wasnt in stock and therefor was going to be cancelled. A few other items were in stock and pulled that morning, but the two main components of my order werent due to arrive until the end of the week. I told the rep that I would like to pick everything up at once. The next communication I received was 3 days later, and it was an email cancellation for the order that they had just gotten into stock- so I had 3 days unknowingly to pick up the small part of my order, although I had told a person I wanted it all at once? And the final pieces of my order had yet to arrive still. Why does the email say I have 7 days from first notice to pick up my order before it is cancelled, when the store is going to cancel it at their own whim? The few people I dealt with in my pick up were rude and unhelpful.
Got what I needed with helpful employee.

Was a wait and a hunt to locate assistance for cutting lumber. I think I was overcharged for the small amount of plywood I purchased as well. Still, one of the best places for DIY projects.
My mother and I were so impressed with Jared. He was obviously in the middle of something else when he noticed my mom (who is 83) getting dizzy. Before I knew it he had run over and gently braced my mom before she fell. As if that wasnt enough he let me use his personal cell phone to call my husband.Needless to say my mother was not able to continue shopping, so he helped me get my mom all the way to the car and got her a bottle of cold water as she just got a little over heated. He saw me holding a list of things I needed for our church which we volunteer at. He then said you ladies relax and stay here in the car with the a/c running, just cool down Im going to go do your shopping for you, give me 15 min.Before I knew it he was jogging back into the store with my list, 10 min later he has me pull up to the front of the store while I ran inside to pay he loaded everything into the car, gave us a hug and was on to the next customer ready to help them.This young man is truly something special, and basically treated us as family. How refreshing to come across someone so eager to help without any expectation of reward.Of course well be back and you can bet that everyone at our church will know just how amazing Jared is. On a funny side note: my husband is going to try to recruit him as we own several business in town, and he was so impressed.Thank you so much Jared keep it up and God bless.

Very helpful sales associate who made sure that I found what I was looking for! The sales associate at the checkout counter was very friendly and helpful as well! Not much in the way of social distancing due to the COVID19 Pandemic, although some customers were wearing masks, including me! THIS IS MY HOME DEPOT that I love and will continue to patronize in a big way!
This business does not obey mask mandates, and therefore is completely okay with thousands of people needlessly dying everyday.Good job prescott.The reason they dont mandate them, is because theyve had people pull guns on them for asking to wear masks.Again, good job prescott.
