Front desk completely rude, usually happy with customer service. I order the wrong paint sheen then meant to, I realized immediately after payment was accepted. I feel there was no reason to be rude about an honest mistake corrected immediately.

Out of paint! No paint except semi gloss, staff ignored me until I waited at counter a long time, then out of stock in most paints. Rude once I got attention.

I highly recommend this store in Prescott Valley when you need expertise to accompany your painting needs. They carry Old Masters brand - the best stains and finishes anywhere. Great, friendly service as well!

Superb service. The staff in the store are very helpful in selecting paint, materials, and answering questions. We bought a quart of paint for our front door but encountered some problems with burnishing. Sales rep Tim made several trips to our house to inspect and assist with getting the paint to adhere properly. We finally got the door to dry properly. Tim went out of his way to help us at no extra charge. Now that is customer service.

I was very upset on Saturday 9-15-18, with my treatment. I was the only client, however was told I would have to wait till Monday for my paint. The male employee told me they would try to mix my quart. I went and got my flu shot across the street at Walgreens. I was back in 20 minutes. When I left Dunn Edwards the female employee also left. When I returned to Dunn Edwards I was told that they ruined every quart of semi gloss to match my metal window frame. He told me they would have to place an order on Monday. Maybe I could call to see if they got their shipment on Tuesday or Wednesday.
