Only been in a couple of times. The folks that work there will try to answer to answer all questions. They try to do things for vets and 1st responders that are appreciated. They are helping me with an out of state purchase. I’m willing to make them my 1st stop.
What a nice, comfortable old school gun shop! The service is very friendly and knowledgeable. These are not normal times for the entire gun industry, so I was happy to find some ammo I was looking for - the reasonable prices were a pleasant surprise! Also bought a knife from the display case, also at a fair price. Great place to shop! Now one of my go-to guns and ammo shops!

I ordered an engraved charging handle and dust shield online. They took my money and never sent me the product. They dont pick up the phone, respond to voicemails, emails or Facebook messages, complete scam
Was looking for a Ruger or a glock all over Prescott and they had the about the lowest price I’ve seen on both. Very nice and friendly people, not pushy or intimidating at all! Some of the other shops treat you like an idiot for asking questions and they were glad to answer anything that came out of my mouth. Thank you redX!

The folks at RedX are very knowledgeable and the prices are fair too. They also did not charge for an FFL transfer because of my verterans status. I will definitely do more business with them. Thank you!!

I purchased a left handed holster order #1843, it arrived and it was an extremely tight fit. I tried to adjust the holster but it took considerable force to pull the gun from the holster.I contacted the company and they said to ship it back. That was in Feb 2020, once I sent it back I didnt hear anything about it for a few weeks. So I emailed their support address. Still nothingHere I am 10-20 and after numerous emails, calls, voice messages I still havent heard anything about the product I purchased. So, Im out the purchase price, and I dont have the item anymore.Update: they sent the holster out and all is well.
Very disappointed with customer service. I ordered 3 sar9 magazines 10/23 got a call stating they only had 2 of 3 magazines. So I told them to ship 2 mag. And the 3rd one when its back in stock. Hadnt received a tracking number called back last week was told I would get a tracking number never got it. Called back this week twice left messages. Finally got a hold if someone told me it was shipped that I would receive a tracking number again no number. Emailed Friday 6th for a tracking number. Finally got one checked eith FedEx it was barely shipped Thursday nov 5. When i was told it was shipped last week. Now I dont want the 3rd magazine thats on back order hopefully Ill get my money back on that product.
