Claims to offer free installs but none of the employees can. Went to AutoZone and they were able to help me out and get me going.

I was the first client on the morning of July 18, 2021 and when I asked about what I needed I found it very expensive and I expressed it because I had seen it online at 50.00 the employee told me thats online and in Advance I got 179.00. The employee did not help me look for options and I was surprised. My first visit to that store and it will be my last.

I love this place. I consider this store to be my home store and have been buying or picking up online orders from here for years! Today I was helped by Lance and he was very helpful and friendly. I had 5 online orders I was picking up and he helped me right away. Will continue to come here.

Advance Auto parts is a wonderful place to go and get car parts from the customer service is excellent and they will take care of you really good they respect you and they take all your problems as at their their own theyre even better than AutoZone

Wanted to buy a battery to replace my dead one. They told me I have two batteries inside my Jetta TDI...which was 100% wrong. They deal with parts, not with how cars work. They did not sell a battery to me anyways because I’m not a professional technician. Went to Auto Zone with no problems and got a military discount plus they installed the battery. I’m done with advanced auto parts, too often they have a defensive attitude when all I need is help looking for something.

Just ask for the Chevy guy. The rest of the guys must be blind or mute. Thank you Chevy guy your excellent suggestions and pointers worked like a charm.

Have had some really good experiences with them. Last time I went in for an air filter, guy was extremely rude. No need to have such bad attitude with a customer asking for help. Went back to O’Reilys and got immediately better service. It’s nice to say I won’t be back to advanced auto parts again.

Big shout out to Eddie! Not only did I come in a little before closing but he was kind, helpful and even replaced my battery, in the dark parking lot. The battery that was the vehicles specification wasn’t fitting in the battery tray/hold downs. So from his experience he knew of a battery that would work and fit! We teamed up together so I could provide him light and he took care of all the work. Super satisfied that he went above and beyond to help me get my car running again! Thank you so much!

Nice people! I thought I could replace windshield wipers myself - not! The guy working was very patient with me, showing what was available and pricing. He did his best to balance my budget vs the wiper! He also put it on for me, and showed me exactly how to replace it. Fairly sure I can do it myself if I need to. The prices seem reasonable for the most part, and I can see out the windshield in heavy ☔ rain!!

Went here twice in the last couple weeks and had absolutely phenomenal customer service both times! They installed my wiper blades in the rain and they diagnosed my sons battery alternator and starter for free so we knew what part to buy. Absolutely wonderful friendly helpful staff. I will go here for all my auto part needs and highly recommend it to everybody!!

They had the part I needed. Really no wait time. The associates there are really friendly knowledgeable and fast. Just make sure you know the make and model of your vehicle and the size of your engine.

They follow Social Distance protocols and were really helpful with testing a faulty battery on My Jeep. Slightly odd entrance and exit on the back side of the building.

I generally take my used oil to be disposed of here. Just make sure that there is no water in it and it is good. You can dump up to 5 gallons worth.
