So accommodating! Dave spoke with me from his vacation to offer help that then Gail provided. They have lots of options to choose from. Great futons, mattresses, covers all the stuff youll need to use your futon as a bed/couch, space saving while being really nice too and way comfortable! The futon are upstairs so unfortunately not accessable but theyll take pictures to show you. They also have cool knick knacks, antiques and unexpected surprises. Thanks Gail!

Excellent selection of mattresses and futons! So many to choose from its hard to decide but Grace is so knowledgeable and patient. She listened to our needs and helped us settle on the best one! I recommend you come here over the big mattress stores in the neighborhood. You will get better quality and attention.

Theres a pleasure shopping here. I purchased a queen size futon mattress and cover. I never felt rushed and the staff was very happy to answer all my questions and provide me with many options. I cant imagine shopping for a futon anywhere else.

Friendly staff and good selection of futons. If you need a futon or an unfinished wood bed go here. They stock Serta to bamboo mattresses. The futons range from simple to decorative. Tons of covers! The futon frame prices range from $200 to $$$. They have bunk beds, twins, full, Queen, and king sized. All need to be put together. I paid for delivery and for the construction of the bed...well worth it! I will always go back to the Futon Store. Its not just futons.

We have been shopping here for years. We bought a futon couch, chair, covers, custommade covers and beds. The beds and mattresses we bought years ago. We recently had a broken slat on one of the beds and went by the store to see if they possibly had a replacement. Gail went out of her way to help us. She was knowledgable and without us having the original receipt, just from our description by us she was able to figure out the bed we bought. Unfortunately the manufacturer went out of business. Regardless, she took time and found us a replacement in the storeroom for us. She was amazing and so helpful, love this store!
