I have gotten my bedrm set, livingrm set and tv. Then bought my grandsons queen size bdrm set from them.. love tent a center. Getting ready to get another livingrm set from them again.. good for your budget...

I order generator and guy calls me back said we would like to set up deliver for Friday I said ok my rent fee was 5 dollars he got it then Friday came and a woman calls and said u have to put money down so when it comes in u get it this place plays games with people never again i.buy from here

The safe is amazing, but the end prices you eat if you dont pay it out right early is a little to much.

The staff are very rude and unwelcoming. I felt like walking out as soon as I walked in. And then they go through this massive process, with an attitude from the start, just to come end up saying they cant help. Instead of finding a solution they refused to be helpful in every way. Definitely never going to the Poughkeepsie location for anything ever again.

THIS IS MY SECOND GO AROUND WITH THIS BRANCH AND ITS GREAT THEY HELPED ME BOTH TIMES AND I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR FURTHER NEEDS.

This is terrible I was told today that I would be getting my delivery today between 4-5 pm, 5 o clock comes around no one shows up I call again just for them to tell me anywhere from 4-6 pm now knowing they close at 7pm it’s a run around not very good service, it would of just been nice for a phone call stating that they can’t make the delivery tonight an come another day instead of making someone wait around all day, not a very happy customer I would of not even gave them a star

I like the idea that you can rent to own at this place but I will never do business with them again. I had so many problems with miscommunication on their part, sending me used furniture when I signed off on a a new bedroom set, to the point I should have just cancelled everything. One thing is for sure, whenever you call them, they put you on hold so many times and their manager happens to have stepped away every time you ask to speak to him. I originally thought I was getting a 7 piece set, but somehow that turned into a 5 piece set and the manager agreed to lower the price since I was lied to and very upset. But now, its been two months and I am still waiting for a nightstand to be delivered to me and when I called again, they were no help. I just want to pay off the whole set so I never have to deal with them again, but of course I am sure I am going to have to go into the store again to figure out why I havent received my night stand yet. I literally talked to the store manager, accountant managers, and sales representatives, and the guys who delivered the furniture (total of 6 staff members), and the only ones that were helpful, were the ones that delivered the set to me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I called them 20 min before closing only to find out that Im not getting my bedroom set today after waiting since 2 pm. Now all of a sudden they cant reach me and must have the wrong number.When they call me for payment every week. Im so mad. No 1 called me. Unacceptable.

Never ever had I experienced a rude employee as some claim, always fantastic service .
