This is a stationary-lovers dream. Nahcotta has everything from artisan art supplies and notebooks, to fine local art and jewelry. I found several gorgeous mugs, stickers, and pins there. It’s the perfect place to grab a unique and thoughtful gift for someone!

Nahcotta is a great shop with a variety of art, gifts, and household goods. They carry unique products I haven’t seen in other stores. The staff is helpful and the shopping experience was great - I can’t wait to come back again!

Such a lovely shop! They’re categorized as an art gallery and do sell art but also so much more! Currently, they are only accepting in store shoppers by appointment so if you’re interested in checking it out, do schedule through their website. It is worth the trip and they have some really unique items, art lining the walls, and an overall wonderful atmosphere.

Nahcotta is hands down the best gallery in Portsmouth. They have great monthly shows, featuring a variety of artists, which often have clever themes, such as tiny art, or specially shaped canvases. The art is priced to sell, which is a bonus if youre a collector. There are also a great assortment of art supplies, artist-crafted household items, and books.

Great gallery, always has interesting pieces that you cannot find elsewhere... And of course the art supplies.
