OMG! My experience was unexpected. I mean I read reviews prior to scheduling an appointment however, experiencing it was totally different. Ms. Luna was spot on, with me only giving her my name. She connected with my grandmother instantly. No questions asked, just telling me real information, which I was taken aback by. How could she have known any of this stuff?! Hmmmm :)
