Staff is kind and courteous. Coffee is exceptional. They offer an array of sugar free syrups.

Just started going to Aroma Joes this week and the staff here at this Portsmouth location is filled with the most wonderful sweethearts!!!! These QUEENS work so hard and the genuine kindness always makes my day!! Makes me excited to return every morning! Thank you ladies!!! ❤

Waited 25 minutes for a coffee, rush and 3 breakfast sandwiches. My coffee came out literally white as if it were all cream. The rush wasn’t even filled to the top oddly. My sandwich was still frozen. I expect a full refund. I was unable to return right away because I have an appointment that I am not late for. I tried to call, no answer and the mailbox is full!Update: owner has reached out for a refund which is greatly appreciated

The servers were very nice and they had a lot of patience with my family. We had a few small questions since wed never been there before, and they were very kind about it. The coffee wasnt what we expected, but I found it enjoyable.

Love Aroma Joes. I dont even need to order anymore because they all already know what I want. Better than dunks!

Been ordering Aroma Joes since I was a kid and this is THE WORST one around. Ive been ordering my 32oz Aroma Mochas for the past few years and never had an issue until this location. Just today, I repeated to them 3+ times the following; Aroma Mocha and The one with the chocolate milk and espresso and they still handed me a latte that wasnt what I ordered. I asked her nicely for a refund cause I was tired of coming to this store and not getting my moneys worth EVERY TIME I visit. She gave me my refund (after sitting at the window for 5+ mins, hope my information is safe) then tried telling me that I need to Be more clear on what I want. Excuse me? 3x I said both things I mentioned above and I told her that and she said Oh, well... And after that I disengaged from the conversation because Im not going to argue with someone when EVERYONE IN THE DRIVE-THRU HAS ALREADY BEEN WAITING 20+ MINUTES. Im not lying at all when I say I literally just spent 30mins in the DRIVE-THRU for a pretty simple order (Two drinks, two sandwiches) and for 15mins of that 30, I was waiting to place my order. Theres also a select amount of girls who are just right out rude and unwelcoming when I come here. Someone needs to be an actual manager here because this isnt the first or second time Ive had similar experiences here. Im not a Karen, Im one of the most empathetic people you will meet. I understand things happen behind the scenes that Customers dont know anything about, Ive been there. Today and my coffee order yesterday was just ridiculous and not what I asked for. Yesterday, when I got my coffee, I traveled ALLLLLLL the way to the Kittery/Eliot border to go the that Aroma Joes and asked them to fix it and they did it so beautifully.Kittery Aroma Joes will always be worth going out of my way for. They are the best, unlike these guys.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Their coffee and chai is far superior Starbucks or D&D. The staff is friendly and exceptionally good at their jobs. The walk-up is an excellent addition. I would go here twice a day if I could.

Good staff but products run out early and decaf is often burnt later in the day also. Definitely cost a bit more than the next door competitor
