I was very pleased with my service at this location. The young lady who I think is the man anger did a wonderful job at suggesting products that would protect my blonde hair. I will shop again at this location. Her and her staff are very pleasant and the store is well organized and clean.

This Cosmo was very clean and Organized. SALES ASSOCIATE was very busy putting things away, (first of the month) however made herself available to me if I needed her. I didnt catch her name, my apologies, she was a super polite person. I will return when I am in town. I enjoyed the organization of this store and all of the Cosmoprofs I have been in. COSMOPROF gets it, that our time is valuable.

This was my first time visiting this location and the manager Lissett and her staff were very help. I came in looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to control my curly mess of hair and Lissett recommend the perfect product for my hair. I will revisit this location it was a pleasure to shop.

Manager sucks! Super rude

Lady working behind the counter with blue hair on Tuesday July 4th, 2018 was rude when I was deciding a product that was best for what I needed, and going through the pros and cons of each, she kept telling me well thats your opinion and kept mentioning how it s a professionals store and how she cuts hair too acting like thats a reason shed know what I need best fit for me. Over all just under breath ride comments and didnt seem like she cared to assist. Maybe because Im young? But I do have my Master Barber License .

Woman working behind the counter was very rude. I was visiting Virginia from out of state and stopped in because I saw a beauty supply store. So asked tersely if I have my card. I said yes I have my credit card not knowing she meant my beauticians license. Then she rudely explained that it said it on the door. Clearly i hadnt seen that or I wouldnt have bothered. I just think a bit of humility should be a basic requirement for customer service. Ive made mistakes like every other human.
