STAFF MADE ANTI-SEMITIC AND ANTI-MASK REMARKS! 0 STARS!Needed to replace an item and this place was close enough with decent reviews. Was really enjoying the selection and some of the items they carried. HOWEVER I WILL NEVER RETURN AND GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN.The staff member was very abrasive while joking?? Like Im genuinely confused if they were kidding or truly hoping we would just leave before purchasing???Part way through our interaction they made an anti-mask remark. After dealing with willfull ignorance so long it was easy to brush aside to get the item I was looking for.What I wont be able to brush aside is the ANTI-SEMITIC remark they made while we were waiting for our receipt.Buyer Beware!

While a small shop, there is a wide array of products covering the walls literally floor to ceiling. Sexy clothing items come in all sizes, not just your typical ‘one size fits all’ but for bigger bodies as well, which is really nice to see. Cecelia helped me out the last time I was there… she was ultra knowledgeable and eager to answer any and all questions I had (I’ll admit I took up a good deal of her time), and to her credit never seemed impatient or unwilling to help. Will definitely shop here again.

Came through from California and needed a few things. The staff was super friendly, informative, non judgmental and just made this a fun experience. Products are plentiful. I stopped in last week to browse the toy and lingerie selection. The selection is terrific. I can never make up my mind and often it is uncomfortable having a clerk have to unlock a product or answer a question. Barbie was working and she was extremely helpful without being overbearing, and provided tips and help that made me feel so comfortable. They have all my business from now on.

Came in a lil unsure but ended up speaking with T and she helped me get everything I wanted and made it a very comfortable space 10/10

The store has so many options and various toys you could spend all day looking at stuff. The staff especially Cecilia was very friendly and very helpful I would definitely come back for more purchases. Its also open all day and all night for your shopping convenience.

Update: I visited and discovered they no longer require you to surrender your drivers license to get into the theater. This is an excellent decision. Last year, their clerk stole my license and it was used in an identity theft attempt. I noticed a new employee there last night and things appear much better now. Thanks!..

Terrible Costumer Service!!Walked in the door on Valentines day the lady at the counter mumbled, Welcome while taking to her friend on the phone. No offer to help me find anything. I pick an item up from the shelf, and she tells me, Put it back, I can help you get something from the shelf. The items are secured for a reason.The items are locked to bars that lift right off the wall or shelf when you pick them up. This takes absolutely no effort to do, so clearly not securing the items.I explain to her, I just drive from across town because you have good reviews and so far Im receiving bad service. These bars are clearly not securing anything.She then is irritated and justifying how these security tags are there for this purpose. I tell her the security system makes no sense and isnt securing anything. She is sitting there glaring at me, to which I tell her, You have terrible customer service.She replies: You can leave.Me, Are you asking me to leave.Her, You can leave.Me,, Are you telling me to leave?Her, Yes.Me, Are you the owner?Her, NoThis nonsense goes on and she tells me shes going to call the police. She wouldnt tell me her name, so to be clear this is the extremely overweight, dark skinned lady.Dont go here! Not as long as they encourage this type of nonsense and quality of employees.

Went in early morning as thats the only time of day i have available to me and was refused service because I had a backpack. I offered to let them hold it for me but that was also refused.

If you haven’t been to place you must visit this place as it is one of the best places in Portland. The staff is very nice and always willing to assist with a smile. The theatre is awesome and the arcade in the back is also nice though can sometimes be hot or miss depending on the crowd. The clientele is mixed some young older all types and mostly friendly. I e been to many of the places here in oortland and for me personally this is my favorite.

I love this place, and yes my opinion is biased because I work here. But, I honestly dont shop anywhere else for adult novelty items. We have been fighting hard to clean this place up and keep it looking awesome. We understand that we have seemed shady in the past, but that is the past. Customers are treated fairly and with respect. I love helping customers find that right product. I cant work anywhere else (trust me, Ive tried). So, please give us a second chance to change your mind on how we used to be. I promise we have changed.

This place has gone downhill since day left. Staff doesnt care are rude and the new manager barely speaks english. Sad sad....

The most disgusting adult shop ever. You wouldnt even want to walk in there with a haz-mat suit. The employees stare at you, theres creepy looking guys in the arcade area. The place reeks of many dont want to know bodily secretions, I saw drug needles scattered out in the parking lot, oh and theres a little candy dispenser near the in-store atm with m&ms and jelly beans. And while its hard to tell because the candy dispenser is in a dim lit area next to the arcade, if you look close enough its full of candy and...ANTS!!So yeah avoid this place at all cost...unless you have lots of gasoline and a match to burn it down.
