Overall our experience with RbA has been excellent. I felt confident I could trust them to deliver a high quality window replacement experience. The salesperson was usually very quick to respond to our questions and was able to give detailed answers. Read the job details carefully, though, as we found a few mistakes that would have made a big difference. Once corrected and the technical measurement completed (which probably would have caught the initial mistakes), everything proceeded smoothly and on-time. The installation team was courteous, professional, incredibly hardworking, and did an outstanding job. They carefully removed and saved several of the old windows for us to reuse for a future project (our request), including a very large window I thought would be impossible to remove without breaking. The replacement windows look great, function well, and have made an immediate difference in making our house quieter and more comfortable. I am glad we made the decision to hire Renewal by Andersen and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The service and work product was awesome from the initial sales appointment thru install. We had 26 new windows and two sliding glass doors installed. One door was large and involved permits, framing and a large laminated beam. Transformed our home. So happy we did it! Special shout out to the amazing install team lead by Jared and his main teammate Levi. Big job so quite a bit of time in our home and they were so thoughtful, courteous and professional. Renewal by Anderson replaced an entire walll (old French Door and 3 ceiling to floor windows) with a beautiful large sliding door with adjacent windows and screens. Additionally, they replace an additional two ceiling to floor windows with a sliding glass door.There work was amazing...very professional and excellent quality. The change it has made to the room is beyond words. From the first design meeting through the entire installation process, they were on-time and met all of my expectations. This was in the dead of winter with chilling temps, but they were able to seal everything at the end of each day and make the change seamless.

Installation crew was on time, fast, efficient, very pleasant and completed the project more rapidly than I expected. They made sure we knew how to use the windows. Every thing was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

I am super happy with the windows and service was great up until the windows were installed. Once installation happened it was crickets trying to get a response. There was no info provided about what institution my financing was through. I made multiple contacts with zero response. Finally someone left me a voicemail with the needed info. Glad I was finally able to get that as some of my info was wrong and had to be corrected before setting up my account.Lack of communication after installation is the reason for the 3 stars.

The installer of my 2 sliding glass doors was Jared Garcia. He arrived at the designated appointment. His installation was perfect and he left the work area clean. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend him to do work in the future.

I would have to say this company provides the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We decided to use them for the product and the promise of great customer service.The product is great, best windows Ive ever had. Im not sure about the door we ordered because it has yet to be installed. The door was damaged at the time of install so it needed to be replaced. It was disappointing but acceptable since we didnt pay so much money to have damaged products installed.The problem was that the installers wanted me to sign off on the project which I didnt, then nothing. No call to confirm a new door was ordered, no email and no responses to emails or messages being left. Nothing for a month until I started emailing every employee that came to my house and threatening to cancel the deal.Finally, I was emailed with an apology and the statement that the factory has to make a new door and The Factory wont give an estimate on when the door will be shipped. We know whos calling the shots at Renewal.Anyway, its been about six months with no word on installing the door. I try to be understanding as a customer since Ive spent so much time in the hell of customer service. I am astounded at the lack of communication from this company.Product is great but the customer service is worse than PayPals.

I have never dealt with any contractor with such professionalism. They were always on time, very polite, clean and answered any questions promptly and with great knowledge.The windows have already exceeded my expectations, it is 6 degrees cooler in house and have not had to run even with last 2 days close to 100 degrees.I would highly recommend the windows and the install team to anyone. The quality and service was the finest.

I asked to be removed from their mailing lists but I keep getting advertisements.I do not know anything about their window quality or installation; however, I will not use a company that spends so much money on frequent advertising. There are lots of good reputable window companies in the marketplace that have no need to spend so much of their profits just to get business.

Replaced 14 windows and large sliding glass door. Initial sales pitch was a bit like a time-share, but follow through was very attentive. Scheduling and communications were prompt and accurate. The installation team was on time, extremely well trained and enjoyable to work with. The windows and door are almost unbelievable in their quality, appearance and functionality. Even more than I expected. The product is expensive, but considering the quality and professionalism of the team, I would certainly use them again in the future.

We had a whole house window replacement including two sliding glass doors. Our experience with Renewals by Anderson has been top notch from start to finish. Our project was by no means inexpensive but we didn’t want inexpensive. The quality of the product cannot be overstated but regardless of quality the windows and doors must be installed properly. My wife and I are happy beyond words with our window installation. Peter and David worked diligently and professionally at our home for four days. Details were not missed and the project turned out spectacular. They cleaned what little mess they made and left us with beautiful new windows and doors. We are happy customers!

Jared and Levi were the best work crew for our job.. They replaced 29 openings, big beautiful windows. They worked long hours and replaced second story openings for our job. This job required more of their time than allotted. They were conscientious and always cleaned up after installing each window. The very windy Madras weather was not the best of conditions for them to install our windows. Thanks to Anderson for delaying the install to April rather than January. Their work needs to be commended. We would recommend them.

My parents in law bought 5 new windows from this company. I was at their house during installation - service of teams W15 and W21was impressive. They took great care of the furniture and floors by covering everything with protective covers and cleaned everything spotless afterwards. Ivan and his teammates completed ahead of schedule, even with a couple surprises we didnt anticipate with the old windows. They did an amazing job to find proper solutions to fix previous mistakes made by the original installation of cheap vinyl windows from the 90s. They were very clean, courteous of the home inside and out, and took time to show me how to best care for each window, sliding door and screens. Just goes to show you get what you pay for. Im glad we made the investment!

We absolutely love our Renewal by Anderson windows. Our place is a small two-story farm home that has had a couple of “window upgrades” since being built but we think we improved the appearance w/ new “farm-style” sliding windows. Also...we’d be remiss if we didn’t throw in a plug for the three team members that worked w/ us.Cole spent ample time walking us thru the selection process and took the extra step of creating a digital mock-up that helped us decide which window style worked best w/ our home.Jared and Levi, our installation team, were awesome as well. They provided a very professional install and maintained a clean and safe workspace while limiting impact to our family schedule and w/ family life going on around them. We couldn’t have asked to work w/ a better team and we were very pleased w/ the entire experience. Loved the quality of the windows for years now and decided to replace a dozen very old windows on the Oregon coast. Very professional crew especially during the pandemic. Had to go the extra mile to repair dry rot around two windows but still did all the work in the 3 days.

Had a great representative that helped me design the door I wanted. Installation crew did a great job, arriving as scheduled. Only complaints are the screen door I ordered, the kick stop and the white hardware did not arrive with the door. Now may take another 4-6 weeks for those items. Otherwise, I love my new door!

Nick and his install team were very professional and efficient. They covered all furniture and floors with plastic sheets for cleanliness, and our five windows were replaced in about five hours. Quality is really good too—can barely see the windows screens, which makes our rooms look so much bigger. Would definitely use Anderson again.

My partner and I were contacted by Renewal by Andersen saying that we had won a sweepstakes for new windows and we both were really excited about it at first because we never win anything and didnt even know that we were entered in something.Unfortunately, once they found out that we were renting the house and not the actual owners of the house that was entered they said that they would not be able to fulfill their agreement. Come to find out that our landlord actually submitted us into the sweepstakes while he was at a hardware store and had put down our information so that we could be contacted directly. I asked them if I could give them his information and they could contact him directly and they declined. To this day that encounter has always bothered me because we were thrown into a situation that we did not ask to be a part of and then had something too good to be true just really end up being too good to be true.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We interviewed many companies to make the right choice as we had to. Change 30 windows. Our main goal was to choose product that will last the longest, I honestly dis not question much more than that. But now that the windows have been installed, I see that the windows reflect the sun, it has a super slight tint so room is not hot and the glare is not as intense, it is completely quiet inside!! I sleep deep and all night. I did not realize I was waking up due to noises outside, and the house is warmer. The windows are beautiful, the trim is perfect and the team was very professional and great. Nobody paid me for the review and I was honestly surprised that this company had amazing reviews only and I can tell you it’s because the product is high-end and the team is very professional. Mike and Sergey were wonderful! I am admiring my windows every hour- they are beautiful! I’ glad I chose the company. And i have to say that the bid was very close to Home Depot, Loews best windows, Champion and Lifetime, unless you are doing average vinyl windows, choose Andersen! The best 👌🏼

Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. About 30 minutes before the person was due to show up, we received a call stating they had to cancel because they had overbooked themselves. I have two problems with this. 1) How does something like this happen, where you do not realize until 30 minutes before that you are overbooked? 2) Since this appt was at 2pm on a Saturday, my husband and I basically wasted a precious day off to sit around waiting for someone that was never going to be there. I understand that things happen HOWEVER I feel this error is inexcusable and quite simply not my problem! For example, if the person had been sick, or had some sort of emergency, I would have completely understood and rescheduled for another day/time. Needless to say, they lost any potential for business from us.

Outstanding experience. A crew of 3 changed out all windows except for 2. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived everyday timely. I recently purchased an older home of 1405 sq. ft. The Renewal By Andersen sales rep quoted over $43,000 for 7 medium size windows, 1 large picture window and 1 patio sliding door. I ended up getting very nice window from Lowes in similar quality for 1/3 ($16,005) the costs of Andersen windows...that price included installation and a lifetime warranty on both, windows and installation. Dont fall for the handwritten note on your doorknob and shoparound for good deals. I recommend Lowes. They carry top of the line Pella and Milgard windows.

Install went as advertised, quick, easy, and efficiently. Installers were professional and knowledgeable.Still doing the interior work, so have yet to peel the plastic from the glass, anxious to do so!

Great experience in our window replacement adventure, from the salesperson, to the scheduler, to the quality of the windows, to the incredible installers (Terry & Adam). Originally I didnt think we should replace 4 of our old windows, but am so grateful I agreed with my husband on this! The ventilation has improved 100% in this home, and they look fabulous, making the interior look so much better with the new white framing & moulding. WOW! The installers were professional, courteous, and good at instructing me how to use them properly. We are pleased with every aspect of the windows. Looking forward to replacing the remaining windows some day!

We recently had Renewal by Anderson in Portland install 3 rather large windows with a custom grille design in our 3rd floor attic gable. Terry and Josh were prompt in arriving on time. This was a 2 day job and they were efficient in use of their time. Since the windows were installed on a 3rd floor, they were diligent about safety. I also was able to give input about the window trim and they were flexible with adding the trim around all three windows to match other window trim on our home. Both Terry and Josh were very pleasant to work with and worked together well. They also cleaned up the job site after each day of work. The windows are beautiful and we are extremely satisfied with the installation. While the windows are expensive, Renewal has a great warranty on their products. The design also was unique and the design team was willing to send us a pre-design of the grilles to confirm that we were happy with the look. The window construction is solid, easy to clean from indoors, and look amazing. We love the light and the design! Thanks Terry and Josh!
