My business hired this company to fix our doors after wed been waiting eight months for it to actually be resolved. Weve had multiple vendors in and out never actually addressing the issue. Randall and Jason were in today and they listened to me and fixed the main problem as well as three others that I didnt even know could be fixed. They were completely thorough and deep cleaned the doors and work area when they were done. Could not recommend them more.

Had ADA Automatic Door openers installed on doors in the senior living community I run. Vortex was quick to have someone come out and give me a quote and they were excellent with communicating from beginning to end. Very transparent about everything during the entire process. Randall and Adam came out when stated, it was freezing cold and icy, they did not complain and accommodated us when we needed to get a car in or out. When they were done the door worked the best it ever has. Would definitely use them again with door problems. Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego

Biggest rip off I have ever experienced in my 30+ working career. The tech who came out was a nice person, but all he did was unhook the door look it over and tighten a little bolt and provide an outrageous quote (hundreds of dollars) to actually fix the door. We did not opt for the proposed fix, but did agree to pay the $70 service fee. Lo and behold, however, we instead got a whopping $251.00 bill, which inadvertently got paid by AP.FINANCIAL SCAM TO THE 10TH POWER!!!PS: WARNING....Their website states free estimates...DO NOT BELIEVE THIS!!!

We were having issues with our overhead doors and I decided to give Vortex a try, since our last service provider didnt, or couldnt, fix the issue. Once I called, they had two guys here within in an hour. Adam and Randall, with Vortex, are extremely professional, informative and courteous. They fixed all of our doors, explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied with the job before signing off on it.This is the type of company I like to do business with. Without hesitation, I signed up for a service contract with Adam to come out here a few times a year. Additionally, its great to know that if anything happens on the off hours, Vortex has someone on call 24/7.Ive dealt with quite a few overhead door companies in the past and I can say that Vortex is by far the best Ive used and I look forward to a long lasting relationship between our two companies.

These guys have been helping out my company for quite some time and have done a great job up until recently. Recently Vortex installed a new door for us because our old door was falling apart. Shortly after the new door was installed we noticed it wouldnt close all the way and the door would often remain open instead of closing like it was designed. We asked Vortex to come out and check into the newly installed door assuming it was never adjusted correctly during the install. We are now receiving an invoice for $271 for the so called adjustments. The issue is, the door still doesnt close correctly to this day although we are paying for this service twice.

Great Customer Service, following some issues with constant use of our doors a follow up repair was completed by Travis, with an exceptional experience, and some solid work done in a timely manner. Will continue to use their services in the future!

They did a big job for us at our school, they did a terrible job!! Huge gaps between thresholds and doors, hardware on nearly every panic bar was bound up. Sight glass in a couple doors fell down through the door. Installation on some shocks were put on the wrong doors. They said they would send somebody out. That never happened!! Took 2weeks for us to fix all there mess!! This is the biggest rip off place that exists. 60,000 spent with them and we got the worst service ever imaginable!

Bad service and and very expensive, check and carefully before call them, I just replaced door spring cost about $45 call them to install after done they charge $1085 took them in 30 minutes to get done, thats a rip off. I Called vortex on Thursday and wait until Friday afternoon at 5 pm, which I was about to go home, then they came to my shop to check the door and I have to wait for another four more day them to fixed it. Its a bad service.

These guys are great!I originally called them out to fix a broken box van door. Which he did in a matter of minutes. And instead of him just leaving after he was done he asked us if we needed anything else. So we had him fix our main garage door. Randall really went above and beyond for us! And their pricing isnt bad either.Would highly recommend them!

Had some issues. After speaking with their General manager, he assured me that it would be resolved.
