Aurora and Michael were recommended by a friend and I couldnt be happier with my countertops. 3 slabs of marble went into my kitchen and the seam on my 11 island is so well crafted that its hard to tell theres a seam at all. They are accommodating, professional and excel in customer service!

De La Tierra was fantastic to work with! Aurora was so pleasant and was glad to take time to explain the process and answer all my question (this was our first kitchen project). Michael did a incredible job with our installation and really knows his stuff. He was great to chat with and we really appreciated that he explained dos and don’ts with the material. They were very careful to make sure all of the seems lined up perfectly as well. Little late on giving this review, but I’m happy to report that 9 months after install, our countertops have been wonderful and look as amazing as the day we got them. Could not be happier with their work.

The entire De La Tierra team was incredible throughout the whole process. We had them fabricate and install soapstone countertops and a custom soapstone sink. The craftsmanship and install were absolutely beautiful. I couldnt be happier and cant recommend them enough. Their prices are competitive and their craftsmanship is unbeatable. Perfection!!!! If you are looking for a counter top fabricator/installer in Portland, youve found them. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched, and as an added bonus they are phenomenal people too. Professional from the outset, they were prompt to return phone calls and were very easy to work with in regards to design, timing, etc. They installed around two slabs worth of quartz, including full height back splash, a peninsula, and an under mount sink. The counters/back splash look AMAZING. 4 months later and the counters feel bulletproof and sturdy. Thank You!

We recently had de la tierra install our kitchen and bathroom countertops and the whole experience couldn’t have been more perfect. I had a small bathroom job. My contractor (Jon Lee Contracting) sent me out to see Michael. He had a small piece of marble that was perfect for my bathroom. He (and Jeremy) did such a wonderful job with the marble.I hope to use de la tierra when I get ready to redo my kitchen in the spring ~

The general contractor of our kitchen remodel recommended De La Tierra, INC for granite countertops and the island in our kitchen remodel. Michael of De La Tierra did outstanding work in fabricating and installing the granite. He also replaced the worn tile counters in our laundry room with marble. From the very start, our experience with de la tierra, inc. was terrific! Aurora was a pleasure to work with through the entire business end of the job. She provided her bid for our soapstone counters (which turned out to be the lowest of three) in a very timely fashion. She scheduled templating and installation around our complicated calendar, and provide detailed information about what was involved, how the job would be done, and what we should expect. Michael was wonderful to work with--he was engaging and artful. He invited us to come to the shop to see how the templates layed out on the slab and worked with us to get the patterns we wanted where we wanted them on the counters. He was meticulous in the installation. We couldnt be happier!

Love them!!! We got an estimate from Precision countertops and De La Tierra to do our countertops in our office (on our bookcase counters and desk) and their (DLT) price was MUCH better (shame on you Precision!). So much so that we were scared to go with them. Aurora was so sweet and helpful though that we decided we had to try them. They were phenomenal! Both Michael and Aurora were super professional, timely and the job was done perfectly. DLT is one of those companies that you hope are around forever....I have a lot of bathrooms and a kitchen for them to do still;)!2017 UPDATE! We had DLT do a marble remnant in our guest bathroom and they were just as awesome to work with as before! Love you guys!!!

Aurora and Michael are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I recently remodeled my kitchen and looked for multiple quotes for new countertops - de la tierra, inc not only had the best price, but also seemed like the perfect fit. They were able to work within a very small window and get my countertops installed in about a week of contacting them. Michael was able to get my u-shapped kitchen countertops in one cut (zero seams!). Love the counters, thanks for all your help!
