Great cabinets but consistently very poor service and no follow through unless I call to ask where my product is. Nearly 3 mo ( so far)to get cabinet rolling shelves expected originally in 10 days) due to multiple mistakes by B.A. and repeatedly dropping the ball. Each time my project was put back to bottom of shelving production list. He thought how to use original rollout shelves a month after installer said they wouldn’t fit cabinet only to then find they were “lost” . I’ve been extremely frustrated with our service. Lost more than a foot of cabinet depth under island due to his poor planning. Nice cabinets but employees lacking - a lot!

The Parr Cabinet Design Center did an excellent job. I found them through Costco. Designer DainaSteven is amazing as she accommodated my schedule. With the closet installed, my space became well organized and I could fit in double of what I had before. I am very happy about the service And Id definitely recommend.

Shopped a lot of stores before purchasing a kitchen full of new cabinets at Parr Cabinets. The manager was super-helpful, understood some of the odd sizes, made great suggestions to make things work. I was super-impressed with the whole experience!

We recently purchased a small run of AristoKraft cabinets from Parr and were very disappointed with our experience. We are upgrading our kitchen in stages, and doing the work ourselves. We wanted good quality cabinets that would last as long as the 1960s original ones we were removing. Nothing fancy, no trims, crazy doors etc. Instead the salesperson directed us to AristoKraft assuring us they were excellent cabinets and there was not really a difference between them and the next price point up. We did a quick layout to get a budget. The cost for the cabinets was much less than we were willing to pay, but we had been promised good quality so we were feeling good. He told us to send him the final dimensions for a formal quote, which he would get to us by the end of the week.Instead, we sent an email with the dimensions and heard nothing. We checked back after a week. When we finally got the quote 2 weeks later, it was for the wrong style with a layout that was different than what we had mocked up in the store. We sent the corrections and ordered the cabinets. I was told on the phone that the salesperson would let me know in a couple of days when the cabinets would be shipped. We waited. Nothing. A week and a half later we email the salesperson again about the status of our cabinets. He is on vacation. We email the manager and finally get a response. They are arriving the day after the salesperson gets back from vacation. The day they are supposed to arrive we get an email that is a single word, just the current date. That was his response to the emails we had sent while he was on vacation. 2 days later we had to email again to see if they actually had come in. We had wanted them delivered before the weekend and if that was not possible to pick them up from the shop.In hindsight, we should have looked for a different shop after the first mishap with the quote, but we were on a time crunch and had already been waiting. The salesman never figured out how to reply all in an email, always responding only to my husband. The cabinets that arrived were junky 1/4 ply boxes that looked glued together. The doors had not been adjusted on the hinges. The edges looked like they had been shoved through a table saw and were chipped. We were told that we would have what was needed to install them. The screws included were unusable. The frameless fronts overhung by 1/4 and you need a filler piece to install two cabinets next to each other. These were not included. Instead we got two useless pieces of crown molding trim. These cabinets are not going to last 60 years. If we are lucky they might last 5.After this experience, we did not feel valued as customers. We felt we were clear on our expectations and intentions to purchase additional cabinets and counters in the near future. Instead, we will be looking to buy elsewhere to complete our remodel. We still have the rest of our kitchen and countertops to finish and will probably need to replace the ones we just installed sooner than we wanted.

Very helpful with design, color and finish options. Not a huge walk around showroom, but enough to look at to get a good idea about what is going on. Very helpful staff.

Good people that were very helpful but unfortunately Parr no longer stocks real plywood cabinets. Really disappointed and unless you plan to special order (which comes in plywood) there is no reason to come here you can get particle board anywhere and spend a lot less.

I cannot express how displeased I and my family are with the level of service we received during a kitchen remodeling project that we completed through Parr. They performed such poor workmanship and customer service that we wrote a letter to their president expressing how we felt about their performance. We did not receive a response, but have included it below in hopes that others will find a different cabinet shop for their remodel projects after you read what we dealt with.Dear Mr. Testa,Our company used your cabinet design and install services on a home renovation project we have recently finished. Initially, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and service we received. Unfortunately, once our cabinets were ordered our experience with your company quickly went downhill. The final order was sent over on March 27th for cabinets and countertops. A final measure was done on March 29th. Several weeks later we were informed that during shipment one of our cabinets was dropped off the truck and a replacement would need to be ordered. We are business owners ourselves and know that things happen that are out of anyone’s control so this was not a problem as long as it did not affect our timeline. Our cabinets were installed on May 5th with a temporary one in the place of the damaged one so the counter measurements could be done, and the job was performed well. There were several doors that were damaged and adjustments that needed to be made in addition to installing the remaining trim out pieces. We were informed that this was part of the process and a cabinet doctor would be out to assess which parts needed to be replaced, repaired, and what pieces would still need to be ordered. Since the day our cabinets were installed we have had 2 no shows from your cabinet doctor, and 5 other visits that continually left the job undone. Parts were missing, measurements were taken incorrectly, and other issues have kept our job in the final stages of completion. It has been over 11 weeks since our cabinets were installed and the job is still not finished. A measuring error has caused the cabinet above our stove to be about 6 inches too short, and a trim piece that was ordered to close the gap above the refrigerator was never delivered or installed. We also went ahead and installed another trim piece that was left undone. In addition to the issues we have had with the completion of our job, the lack of communication and follow up from your team has left us responsible for reaching out to obtain regular status updates. Our main point of contact was only able to make scheduling arrangements and was unaware when our parts would be arriving. We were told that the manufacturer was responsible for the lack of finishing work, but from our perspective little was done to resolve the issues we were left with.Enclosed with this letter is the final payment for our job. You will find that we have paid the full amount despite a job we feel has not only been done poorly, but also left incomplete. At this point waiting on your team to finish the job is costing us time and money. We have been extremely disappointed in our experience with Parr and will not be using your services in the future. However, we felt that as business owners we would want to be informed if one of our customers was this dissatisfied with their experience. Please inform us of your receipt of our payment along with a zero balance invoice. Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Thoennes Properties Northwest
