They dont let you try the harnesses on, even over your clothing. Those things cost over $100, and they dont take returns if it doesnt fit. Taking my money to Under U for Men, where they actually let you try things on. You cant use covid safety as an excuse because all the other shops in town can do it safely. Theyre just lazy here.

Got no help while I was looking for 20 mins. All I found was a bunch of larges and XL’s. No mediums at all.

We came back to return something bought the day before... Where we were told there were returns allowed for 14 days, and it was posted beside the register... Would never have bought the products if they told us about no returns. Waste of over $80. We came in, asked if we could get a return...there is a sign that says return within 14 days for a refund. Go back the next day... No returns allowed... The person who checked us out even stated that there would be a possible return... Very disappointing since the clothes didnt even fit and there is no changing room to test them out on... As me and my wife entered this business. An employee demanded my wife check her purse in for him to hold as soon as we got five feet in the door.. claiming that all bags must be held. While two other women roaming the store with bags twice the size of my wifes purse was carrying while shopping. One of the other women with a tote bag being assisted by a employee, clearly proved to me that employees are only selective of who they enforced this bag police on. My wife was horrified this happened to her, while other women carrying their bags was not treated as my wife was. I asked the other women as they left, if they was ever asked to leave those large bags with the staff at any point. They said no.

The staff is attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. I walked in feeling insecure but left feeling comfortable enough to leave with my first piece of lingerie. Thanks to him I feel comfortable in my own skin.

I had a great time till the end and when two of the stuff where not the kindest. The way there where maybe me feel like I shouldn’t come back I really do want to come back but I don’t when there working. A long with that they forgot to bag some of my stuff and I live two hrs a way so I sadly didn’t get what I needed. Other than that my friends and I had a fun time and the other stuff was nice but i don’t know if I will be back because of those two. Sorry

I’ve been all over looking for a shop that carries the kiss X by buck angel. For trans men. I have trouble with online transactions. They were carrying it and so excited for me and friendly. What an amazing shop with amazing human beings.

I worked at this downtown store for about two years, one of the most heavy customer traffic locations, have worked every shift. To be clear, I loved the job of selling sexy things and had the best fellow associates, but this company validly has a very seedy reputation when it comes to treatment of employees. Heres my experience:Only one of the multiple buyers, all stationed at another local store, appeared/did regular walkthroughs at the very popular downtown location my entire time there. Never met any of the other five or six buyers..which is still unbelievable to me. Also quite unproductive bc the only regular buyer in-store, along with most of the other buyers at the time, effectively ruined the morale of the entire staff almost daily, even though all their demands and expectations were constantly met and exceeded; regardless of how ridiculous or significantly above the pay grade they were. Awesome, amazing managers were the *only* thing to shield min wage hard working associates from this common, unnecessary discourse. Managers were the only thing that protected us, and they were punished for it. There was a lot of retaliation that came from certain buyers at corporate if they felt unsatisfied about anything in any of the locations which they never visited.The big brothery vibe from corporate was deliberately threatening almost all of the time, they constantly stressed that they have total surveillance over all employees and as an employee you are not trusted. Witnessing the constant intimidation of all managers and min wage associates was severely disappointing. I sincerely hope theres been an extreme reform, for all the employees benefit that the longtime controller of the company has been replaced because they were the main architect of the toxicity that spread and constantly plagued the entire workplace, along w most of the other very cozy corporate employees who all worked entirely at the corporate bubble.I really hope that Fanatsys min wage sales associates are no longer punished w monthly manual inventories, or blamed for every single customer transgression, product loss, or simple harmless mistake; they guaranteed were when I was employed there. Sadly Fantasy has an extremely seedy reputation in Portland and this is almost solely due to how corporate mistreats most employees, behavior like this must always be called out and employers must always be held accountable. This review isn’t from a ‘disgruntled employee’, but from a grateful, hard worker seeing potential in this company’s future and hoping for transparency for it’s future employees. Folks deserve better. The world is in a time of crisis, treat employees as family and with gratitude, not as a commodity. Absolutely hope the company has decent oversight nowadays, peoples livelihoods are priceless. Wish the best for all the goodhearted and well-meaning there. Peace and love. -Patrick

I came back to this place because last time they had an abundance of plus size clothing unlike other places. Unfortunately this time the selection moved and significantly shrunk...Let me know if yall bring back the plus size section.

I was very surprised and impressed how cool this place was when first visiting. I have been back many times to shop for clothes for my girlfriend including stylish stretchy pants, bathing suits, shirts, shorts and booty pants. The selection of toys is amazing and the staff was so cool about answering questions. I learn something every time we go and the vibe is not creepy or intolerant. Will definitely go back!

Love this place and their staff! Kai was so helpful and sweet. I am so picky and if that bothered her at all, I wouldnt have guessed. She is so patient and funny and cool. Sadie was also so sweet and helpful. Thank you!!

So I spent $142.00 got home and the product broke before even being used. I immediately called the store to tell them what happened and they said I could buy another product and this time theyd give me 15% off for my trouble. Its a load of crap that I spend so much money on a broken product and they would even trade out my UNUSED product purchased less than an hour ago, they just wanted me to buy another one. Dont buy anything from here beside its a joke. They sell over priced broken products.

Let start off by saying I work in Customer Service and strive everyday to be as helpful and welcoming as possible, so you can probably understand how unbelievably take aback I was when I visited your store on Tuesday night 8/28/2018 at around 9pm and the following unfolded. My boyfriend and I are in the market for some toys for us to use and we were looking for one in particular, he saw online a bullet that had a leash on it so we dont have any unwanted trips to the hospital, if you know what I mean. I approached one of the sales people (A person with shoulder length brown hair and an orange shirt with the word BABE across the chest. I started to describe what I was looking for and before I could fully finish I was cut off and told THOSE THINGS DONT EXSIST I mentioned that my boyfriend has seen something like this online or in another store and they responds again in a VERY nasty tone WELL WE DONT SELL ANYTHING THAT COULD POTENTIALLY GET LOST INSIDE SOMEONE AT THIS STORE. Now, I have no issue with talking about sex or sex toys with an associate or anyone for that matter because I know that sex is a healthy thing most people do. But thankfully I feel this way, because I know a lot of people dont feel comfortable in adult entertainment stores to begin with LET ALONE asking an associate a question about a product. I also know people usually expect to be treated with respect, I was not. I am very disappointed that you would employ someone who clearly has no grasp of what it means to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly recommend you speak with this employee and make sure they understand how to better serve customers and patrons alike and make sure they are someone your patrons want to approach when they have a question or a concern.

My girl and i went im to lool at a few things ..rhe staff was very friendy and was a huge help. Wasnt not the uncomfortable way i thought.it woyld b..hope next time the wouldnt ming showing me the proper way to use what i buy!👿

Their new location is a lot cleaner and less seedy looking. Im sometimes outraged by the prices when you compare them to online stores... but do like to support the local economy. Ehhh.

I am a healthy BMI (24.2, 160 lbs at 58) and virtually nothing here fit me. I left almost in tears. If you weigh more than 120 lb then this place is not for you
