It was my first time in the store and dam I had the best experience ever the employee service was so wonderful a lady that worked there came up and asked if I need help choosing a shade for foundation before I even asked and when I was looking at eyeliner and as me I dont know much about eyeliner I went and ask which was the best for a beginner for eyeliner the lady explained which was best and why and how to apply it I was shocked with the amazing service and when I was looking for primer the lady asked me which type I was looking for I looked confused because I never even used primer so I never knew there were different types and she gladly explained the difference between each primer and eye and face and which I should get and when I was needing help choosing concelar she was there before I can ask and helped me choose concelar and explained how to use it and also talk about another product a powder that you put over concelar but says you dont need the powder. This employee knew what items I needed and knew which I didnt. This is the best service I ever had
Me and family went to the Washington square mall to go Christmas shopping earlier today. My sibling got in line for Morphe and waited patiently while I went to the store next door. I noticed they left earlier than I expect and was shocked with the news that they were kicked out because one of my siblings looked “suspicious” and wasn’t wearing a mask even though that was not the case, my family is well aware of the dangers that we are facing currently. The Manager Tony spoke to them in a rude and aggressive tone and proceeded to follow and harassing them. He broke protocol by not staying 6 feet away from them in fact he was extremely close when confronting my sibling. Not only was he rude but also endangered their health. When me and my father tried figuring out what had happened he was very rude and unhelpful, he even refused to give us company information which is not legal. Tony obviously doesn’t know how to do his job. I would not recommend going here.
I love the Morphe store and it’s employees! I wanted to recognize Mary there, as she is always friendly and professional and goes the extra mile to show my fiancé and I the newest products and help us with any questions we have! We always strike up a conversation with her and she really makes us and the other clients feel welcome, unlike other makeup stores where sometimes as men, we get overlooked and disregarded. There’s a number of other associates there I would like to recognize but I’m horrible with names, but they too are amazing! Love the team there and the products in store!

I went out later in the day to try my luck at a release, I’m not a hype make up person. A matter of fact I dislike shopping in make up stores because the employees are not usually too thrilled to be there. at MAC the cashier did not say a word to me while they checked me out, just for context. And I’m actually not a mean person, I rather just dip out than stand up for myself because I don’t wanna live that life.Anyways, I’ve heard Morphe staff being really cool- wanting their “BABES” to feel welcomed. I’ve been to two locations before and I’ve got only positive things to say about them considering what I deal with at other stores.MAYBE, the locations employees were exhausted from the release, but the store was pretty empty.So, an employee brought over TWO box’s of the release pallet, this is important, remember this.So I walk right over to the display, I thought the employee next to the display was just organizing but she was standing at the display. I mean literally in the way of the display, and started watching me like a hawk while I looked at the other products. When I picked up an item she told me to not touch it because “fingerprints” but in a tone leaving me wanting to get as far away from her as possible because again- not me girl. I was going to consider buying the item, but I guess it wasn’t a impression that encouraged me to do so.I had asked another employee if I could be pointed to a product, that I needed and thought might as well get it there because I’m lazy. She took me over and explained the items well and once she finished she dipped, like walked away from me. So I stoped shopping after that.I didn’t want the poor floor service ruin my excitement for the release item, you ain’t taking this from me. LolChecking out process was not too bad, but if you have a printed online gift card they have to put the funds on a physical gift card first- which was kind of dumb but hey- they seemed used to it and I’m not blaming them for that policy. It’s just dumb.I just rather not with this place, so I’ll stick with buying indie or just online. Three stars because one girl was nice and was offering me another pallet instead of the one I had because the box was dented. Remember I said there was two? Well they had “a lot” the cashier said. As I walked out no pallets were on the display.So girl who helped me- you get three stars, it would have been 5 but your coworkers let you down.Thanks Babes.
After having worked in Safeway, I am under the opinion if its mislabel thats the price I should pay because its the employees fault not the customer. then they have the chance to fix it. maybe she was having a bad day but that was inappropriate.

This place is closed. I drove out here because on google it says they are open, and on yelp it says curbside pickup. It’s nothing. Online only.
