Zero stars. Have waited a collective 3 hours on hold trying to find out why I cant refill an active prescription that Ive been regularly filling and has refills left on. Have gotten hung up on three different times after waiting forever. Also non-lgbtq friendly.
So depending on the staff that show up determines the hours of the store being open . I live in the neighborhood and was turned down at 8:30. Highly irritated cause I go in here all the time JUST NEEDED TO GRAB LADY PRODUCTS, NEVER STOLE A DAY IN MY LIFE HE KNEW HE COULD OF LET ME IN. EYE ROLL FROM NOW ON OUT ACE WHOLE
Ive been here a few times for essential items and never really had any issues. When its busy itll take a a little while to check out, but people need to realize this is a drug store and not a supermarket. Recently used curbside pickup for a few gallons of distilled water since my local store didnt have any and it took longer than expected - but it was due to technical issues on their end that were out of their control. I would definitely use the service again.
These guys make mistakes left and right. They will misquote prices, not give the correct amount of pills, overcharge.... All these things have happened to me. They are nice enough but something in their job performance is missing and they need to regroup!
I went there looking for one specific thing, tweezers. Who knew there is a shortage of tweezers. They had them locked up and they are a bit expensive but I lost mine. Once I found them I got someone to help me and then back to the cash register to pay for them. I was in and out in a flash. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Customer service is great. Thank you. Keep it up.
The pharmacy when I had my appointment had me come back an hour later after there lunch wasted my time! So slow and disrespectfulIf I could give a 0 stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would! The guy with long red hair in the pharmacy is so rude! Was here to get vaccinated and he was horrible. Had an attitude the whole time. I WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!
The staff here is great. My son and I shop here regularly and they are super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them and all the hard work...especially during this time of COVID-19, they have stepped up and really have gone the extra mile to be there for us. Thanks to the staff for being awesome and stay safe!
Called the pharmacy at 9:00 am. Was put on hold, then I was disconnected.I called back and am still on hold. its now 9:30 and Im having an allergic reaction to some antibiotics that was given to me and i need information on what i should do.
I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. They continuously try to give me the wrong medication which Ive told them thirty thousands times I cant tolerate. They tell me theyre going to fill the correct medication only for me to show up and theyre STILL trying to give me the incorrect medication. I wait 20 minutes for the correct one to be filled AGAIN and all of a sudden the only medication they have in stock is the one that I cant take- which is their generic brand that theyll receive kick backs from? Needless to say Ive switched pharmacies.
I’m laying here sick and in pain while the pharmacy takes 4 HOURS to fill my prescription. You read that right… 4 HOURS to fill my prescription. I’ve legitimately never encountered a pharmacy that took this long. Not only will I never go back here again but I will tell everyone I know to avoid Walgreens pharmacies. If you need your medication in a timely fashion avoid this place at all costs!
Would not let my 14 year old son use the public restroom.
I saw a guy with shirt that said security on it and could not speak English with mase in his hand was gonna spray a consumer that is the worst thing o have seen at Walgreens if stuff like this happens at Walgreens getting mased cuz you have a bag in a store omg he could not communicate with her and just yelling and sahiking the mase can at her I was very teriffied for her and my mom told him to quit picking on her very dissatisfied with how that employee acted in front of people
Called ahead to make sure they had an item repeated it over and over and the lady in cosmetics said she for sure had that item and she would hold it for me. Drove 20 mins and what she had wasnt even close to what I had asked repeatedly that they had. Terrible customer service.
This is your typical Walgreens store in the Portland Area. I am kind of surprised how close the other one is up the street on Glisan. For the most part, I dont have anything negative or positive to say about this store because its average. However, the reason why I took 2 stars away is to the homeless activity that has been going on there for the last two years and only getting worse. Sometimes I avoid this place just to avoid some of the homeless people because they need medical help not monetary help.
So today 9/22/19 at approximately 5:30 pm is when I got to the pharmacy. A person in scrubs, Rosie red cheeks on computer. A short guy glasses helping drive thru. Another guy on another computer. A customer sat and talked about his past, problems in the White House, yatta yatta. But he never got a prescription. He talked for a half hour while me and 4 others waited. Not one employee asked us if we needed help. By the time the guy finished his life story it was 6:00 pm and some Yahoo said they couldnt give me a flu shot cause it was already 6:00 pm. I swear to God Im going to call tomorrow and repeat this😙
Takes forever to get a prescription filled here. They only have one staff for the pharmacy counter and maybe 1-2 people in the back, so you are competing for service with everyone in the drive thru, on the phone, and in the store. Lots of confused, elderly, and uninsured patients who need extra assistance / an interpreter. The first time I went I was told my prescription would be ready in ~an hour but it was 3-4 hours later. I usually go to the Fred Meyer but thought a dedicated pharmacy would be faster. Unfortunately its also a Walgreens, which runs a skeleton crew and has terrible prices for almost everything they sell. The female cashiers are great, though.
I will never go to that pharmacy again. My friend and I came in for a flu shot. We were the only people there, we waited for 5 minutes and not even an acknowledgment. They new we were there but chose to ignore us. We left after about 8 minutes and traveled to Bi-Mart and were helped before we even reached the counter. We were in and out within 15 minutes. I will never go to Walgreens again.
Service is sometimes good, sometimes bad. I get my test strips at the pharmacy every couple of months and Ive visited for other non-prescription products. They have a pretty good selection and the prices are reasonable.
How about post the time the pharmacy is closed for lunch! Very inconvenient!
Will never come back.
The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.
Always prompt to help open the locked cases, photos are quick and the pharmacy staff are great too! Thank you!
Absolutley luv their customer service!
Excellent customer service. Dont have same beers as other Walgreens.
Always an odd set of people in and outside the store. I would prefer to shop online.
Oriental pharmacist was short and kept talking over me. Very unprofessional
They always take forever and they never acknowledge your presence by saying, someone will be right with you or thanks for your patience.
Pharmacy is always closed. Someone tie down the main guy, so pharmacy can stay open!!!
I work there
Really nice staff.
Prompt friendly service!
Horribly inefficient
Walgreens is no longer open on weekends and only on reduced hours during the week. They call this customer service?
Because they are now doing COVID testing and vaccinating, they are no longer available to fill prescriptions unless you have the time to wait an hour or more at either the drive-thru, inside the store, or on hold trying to call them. Horrible.
