Not sure what the deal was- the stock was so low and so picked through it looked like they were in the process of moving or shutting down. It was depressing and bleak in there. There was only one other customer that I saw and neither of us was acknowledged (as far as I know). I had a list of things I saw on Sephoras website that I wanted to see in person and not one single item was in stock. NOT ONE! I know its just a small version of a typical Sephora, but cmon! Going in reminded me why I do most of my shopping online.
Not bad for convenient access... they do have a limited selection but if you are already in JCP its a quick stop with good customer service... for a full slate of merchandise there is a store accross the mall
Horrible. Do they expect us to be carrying around $70 just for a pallet? They used three $ for a reason.
Ive had 2 good experiences here. The clerks are really helpful and never act like theyre too busy for you. (Some of the cosmetic clerks at the freestanding Sephora in Washington square get to a point where theyre done with you.) This store also has different stuff than the freestanding one, like they carry Milk Makeup whereas the other one doesnt. They also have a small sale section! I always stop by both and it usually feels more low key at the JCPenney one.
