Great place! The staff were friendly. If you like strong porter/ stout kind of beers this place currently has some great beer on tap. I was very happy with the selection. The interior is very calming and has that exact brick/wooden bar feel. I like that there is seating near the brew kettles it just amps up the authenticity.Their beer is so good its skewing my untapped ratings. This ended up being my favourite Portland brewery! They have new brews rather often and great food too. The brew master is awesome!

Aug 2020 review: The food here is awesome! And I’m very happy they setup patio seating. The passing buses are a bit annoying but the passing trains are super awesome! There tends to be a lot of homes in the area but this restaurant is a GEM in an area hit particularly hard by covid and could use your business!!! Keep our local business strong 💪

The bar is conveniently located near the grey hound station and only a few blocks north of Burnside. The parking isn’t great, no where downtown is, and the bathroom is so-so. The beer selection and staff are great. It’s a nice get-away from the busy city and traffic. The interior design is relaxing and fun to be in.

Great place for a beer. Rotating Taps, variety as well (they had a tripel). I have only sat in the bar area, but they have a very good vibe to the tap house. Knowledgeable staff, and the food is great, good variety on apps (not all deep fried) and although their menu isnt massive, whats on there is very good. I definitely recommend this place to start a night out or get together with a small group. The only downside is the layout of the taphouse area. It can be good/bad depending on your goal for the visit. It isnt meant for a group larger than 4 by any means and is a little bit crowded at that number.

Easily the most underrated brewery in Portland. I wish they would do another run of their radler which they havent done in a few years, as it was hands down the best radler I ever had, but there other selection is great. There food is really good too, and their prices are on point.

Pints location in NW Portland make it a great destination for food and craft beer when exploring downtown. It is only a few blocks from the waterfront and Saturday Market. And, it is situated along the train line. There a few tables outside on the sidewalk. They have a very diverse and unique tap list. The service is excellent and the staff is really friendly. The location is clean and inviting. Their food is quite good, and a they offer a small but wonderful Happy Hour menu. Happy Hour specials are available all day Sunday. There is an event space in the rear that holds a fair amount of people, and you can look into the brewery.

First off, the fries we got with our pints were amazing. Good fry sauce, but the texture of the fries was great. Would have gotten more if I had known ahead of time and not already ordered food. The cubano was good, as was the burger. The brioche bun on the burger was just crispy enough and well buttered, but the pistou soup was another winner. Fries and soup is what Im planning on getting next time.

What an awful experience my family and I had today. Derrick might be the rudest server I have ever come across. From the moment we walked in we were told to expect a long wait because he was the only one on the floor (there where FOUR other customers in the place) and that if a brew cycle came he would have to serve them first....mind you its 11:30 am on a Tuesday. Next, his attitude towards our three-year-old daughter playing with a coaster was comical. Refusing to pour her water until she stopped. Then came our food order that was met with more disrespect after a simple question about gluten-free bread. To top it all off, he disregarded my wifes food allegories as he didnt ask the cook to leave egg/dairy off of salad. We know this because even the cook apologized and showed us the lack of notes. Finally, the correct food comes, do you think we have cutlery???...hahaha NOPE. Does Derrick come to check??? NOPE. Again having to bother the cook for help. The best part was this entire time one of the managers was pouring over the recent negative reviews on Yelp right next to us... I think we all know where the issue lies. Really sad because I used to like going here for lunch. Never again.

I find myself liking this place more and more every time I come in. Located in downtown Portland near Union Station right off the Max-line, PINTS Brewing is fairly new to the city (2012) and is the first brewery in Old Town/Chinatown since 1852. Brewed in house, PINTS has 10 beers on tap, mostly NW and British style beers showcasing Oregon grown hops such as Seismic IPA, Steel Bridge Stout, and Brick House Blonde. Standard pub food available such as burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Limited seating inside and at the bar, as well as outside seating available. Come by during Happy Hour (3-6pm) with $3.50 pints and small food menu available, or interestingly between 7-11:30 am when PINTS opens up as a morning coffee shop, offering coffee from Portland Roasting as well as bagels, muffins, and egg breakfast sandwiches. This has to be one of the most chill, low key spots in downtown. Great place to grab a beer and make a friend from out of town on lay over at the train station.

Ive been a long time customer of PINTS BREWING about 5 years, and have come to love my neighborhood spot that had great beers and affordable delicious food. Unfortunately all of that changed a few days ago when they abruptly decided to change their logo and nothing else, besides up all their prices and change all their best beers in one fell swoop. I tried to have a have an open mind but when I saw they were serving the same 9$ burger they always have except for nearly 3$ more and if you want cheese thats another 1$, I just couldnt! I am all for a brand update or a revamp of a menu but dont just change your name and put a hefty price tag on your existing menu and think thats going to fly. Even in your own statement you say Old Town has a rich history of the blue collar worker and PINTS wanted to pay homage to our roots. How exactly are you paying homage to your roots as you say by overcharging your patrons? Im sad to say I wont be coming back to this long loved establishment again.
