Super easy on a Saturday. Arrived to a pretty busy show room considering the number of vehicles available. From arrival until deal was done and out the door was only a few hours. Again, on a Saturday. I even had running boards installed during this time. Issues with VT DMV and paperwork were handled quickly, and I was kept informed of what was taking place etc. Phone call from my salesman Aaron early on Tuesday (closed for holiday Monday- great way to treat employees!) to make sure I was satisfied. Ill come back to Maine for my next truck, and the only stop I will make is at Quirk! Thanks guys!
Quirk applied loyalty coupons and discounts to my oil change and routine service which brought the cost down to lower than I had expected. My 2018 Silverado was dropped off at 7:30 am and ready to be picked up at 9:30 am. No complaints about the service department at Quirk.

This was a dealer scheduled vehicle maintenance visit. (Happy to report no issues with vehicle!) As it was a dealer scheduled check-up, it was covered under warranty, so I have no comments here regarding the cost of service or parts, only on the quality of the service I received. I was very pleased with todays visit!Immediate entry was granted to the indoor, drive-through vehicle drop off area. I walked right up to the service counter and was greeted by a pleasant and courteous employee. Check in was a breeze; again, they were expecting me. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to complete the service. 32 minutes later, I was climbing back into my truck.The waiting room was large, clean and comfortable. There was free coffee (which was actually GOOD coffee from Green Mountain) and available snacks for about a buck. Large screen TV with Today show playing. Oddly, I didnt see any newspapers, but there were lots of magazines. A free phone charging station was available.Restroom was large, clean, well stocked and ADA compliant.
Bought 2021 Bolt. Camera malfunctioned from day 1. Brought to service to replace and the wrong camera came in. Waited for a second unit. Service picked up and delivered car which was nice. This camera seems to have a problem too. The lane assist is not working.
This was to address a recall notice. Setting up appointment was easy. Arrived on time and was welcomed then directed to Covid safe waiting area. Time to address issue was reasonable. Vehicle was inspected and was provided with maintenance suggestions. Much appreciated. Folks were friendly. Good overall experience.
Like past visits, this visit was awesome as usual. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Waiting room was set up to conform with socially distancing guidelines and very neat.
I dont quite understand that I have to bring my car for service to keep my warranty as this is a certified Chevy service dealer, but then told it would take at least an hour because they had a high school kid doing it. I know everyone needs to start somewhere, but Id rather not know.

Ive owned my Silverado for two years now and have not taken it to any other service center! The staff is friendly, they do nice work, and have always treated my fairly when it comes to fees foe service. Highly recommended.
Went well and I appreciate the assistance with all the rebates. I do forget that one cannot be in a rush as the process does take time particularly with financing. Otherwise process was smooth.

I purchased my car from Quirk 4 years away. My first NEW car, I had only purchased used before and was so excited! The sales person shared with me that I should purchase an extended warranty for the screen in my car through the end of my loan payments in case it breaks. I purchased said warranty. Fast forward to last week. Dropped my car off at 7:30 am to check on the radio and fix an additional emissions item. At 10:45 I called over and to my surprise they still had no idea what was wrong with my car. The rep told me he would call to the shop and call me right back. 45 minutes later I got my call back and was told the emissions issue would need a cap replaced at $275 and I would need a whole radio unit to fix the issue ($600+)... I mentioned the warranty. The rep informed me he would call over to sales and call me right back. I told him to go ahead and fix the emissions issue and that we could decide on the radio once he knew about the radio. The rep never called me back. I called and left a message an hour later and heard back 30-40 minutes after. He informed me there was no warranty. I was frustrated and told him forget about the radio and asked when the emissions item would be fix. To my surprise no actual work had been on my car yet-- at this point it was 2 pm and I was told my car would be ready in an hour. My car ended up being there for over 7 hours. I finally picked up my car at 3:15 PM. I will not be paying to have my radio fixed. A four year old vehicle that is not even paid off should be built well enough that the radio will still work! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the false claims I was told when purchasing my vehicle. I will not return to Quirk for any additional servicing on my vehicle-- because I dont have an entire day for someone to fix a cap with no communication and no apologies along the way. Once my car is paid off I will sell it and purchase a new car that is not a piece of junk and at a dealership that will actually HELP me.
I have has great experience at Quirk. I bought my first ever new car last year, and the whole process was great. The sales team was respectful and listened, and service has been easy and straightforward. I am very pleased with my vehicle and buying and service process.

Just needed an annual State of Maine car inspection and a routine LOF but they found that my key fob battery was weak and then replaced it with my permission. They took care of my cars needs in a professional manner.
I had a problem with my check engine light and the service department went out of there way on a day I couldn’t bring the truck in by picking it up from my work and dropping it back off at my work fixed.I truly appreciate this cause you don’t find this type of customer service now a days.thank you quirk Chevy.

Bought a brand new 2020 Trail Boss LT back in March and a new 2020 Equinox LT for my wife two days ago and couldnt be happier with the vehicles and buying experience. Ted and Q handled everything through texting and emails and had all paperwork ready to go when I got there. I was in and out. No BS. My wife was shown all options of her new ride while I signed. Id recommend them to anyone. Ive bought 13 new vehicles since I was 18 and they are as good as it gets.
They made sure that I had the correct part for my car and I liked that they stepped in to give me the progress on my car.

In 2016 I was just getting to a point where I had done a lot of credit repair and I needed a new vehicle. I had never had a brand new vehicle but there were some struggles getting me an appropriate loan with the inequity I had in a vehicle at the time. Ted at Chevy Quirk helped me find a vehicle that would work for my needs and he definitely helped me figure out what would be in my better interest. Ted helped me find a solid truck that suited all of my needs for work. Ted was personable and has kept in contact over the years being as helpful as he could as I sought after my next adventure of upgrading. I had full intentions to switch over to Toyota as I am a fan of the Tundra, at the same time I also was in search of a decent deal as I have made some good choices over the years and I wanted to put myself in another good financial position for my future. I happened to see another Chevy similar to my old one online and so I reached out to Ted and he got back to me immediately. As Quirk upgraded Teds position (Good Choice Chevy!) at the dealership he referred me to a colleague, Quinton, who has many of the same traits as a sales person as Ted did when he was working on the floor. Q ran himself ragged making sure I was ready to walk out that door with everything I needed. A recent experience at Honda just last month when my significant other went into the South Portland Honda location to buy a new CRV Hybrid... The sales person was running around talking to colleagues and speaking to other buyers and the full focus was definitely not on our transaction. We were buying with cash and it should have been a quick in and out and we were there for two miserable hours, most of which just sitting there staring at the wall. I am grateful for the connection I have made with Ted and Q at Chevy Quirk! For my purchase which was also cash, they had me out of there in less than an hour and they gave me another good experience at this dealership! I took my business to IRA Jack and they are the absolute best purchased new vehicle and got them to order me the parts I need for my other car!

I received my first oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection on my new Chevrolet hassle free.And it was free being my first since purchasing it.
I should have bought my truck here I dont know what I was thinking, the dealer ship down the road I bought my used chevy from was a huge pain, and it only came with one set of keys. I called the dealership I purchased the truck from and they told me they could cut me a key and it will take roughly 30 minutes to program, I went to Quirk they cut me a key in 10 minutes and explained the process to pair the key and that took 5 minutes and I did it myslef, god only knows what I would have been charged for the half hour to program it at the other shop. I will be buying my next chevy here.

Very quick, in and out. Friendly staff. We did notice not all employees were wearing masks. Dealership was clean. One issue was detailing was lackluster. The inside was not wiped down well and there was sticker residue on the windshield. There was also left over plastic from the factory between the window and door in the back seat.
I just recently purchased a used Suburban. The follow day we found a few issues. The A/C wouldnt work, the rear wiper will not work and the entertainment system failed after the ride home from the dealer. As you can imagine I was pretty frustrated. I contacted Quirk. They fix the bad A/C compressor but they will not stand behind the wiper or the entertainment system. I specifically asked the sales person if the vehicle had been through the shop before we bought it. I was told it had been and there were no issues. We specifically pick this model out for the entertainment system for the kids. The sales people talked the entertainment system up and it doesnt even work. It was advertised on the vehicle but they will not fix it. I called their service department and told them I was bringing a vehicle in for an inspection. I asked if my vehicle needed a rear wiper to pass for inspection and they told me yes. So then I asked to be transferred to the sales department and asked why my vehicle had a sticker on it if a vehicle needs a functional rear wiper for a sticker. I was told by the salesperson that the vehicle does not need the rear wiper to be working for a sticker. 🤔Pretty frustrated with the purchase.

I must say that I was surprised when I got it that it had 2,600+ miles and maybe I just assumed that the mileage would have been accounted for in the cost. As I look at the invoice, I now know I should have asked and didnt, I assumed wrong. Remember this is supposed to be a brand new vehicle.The car had to be jumped before I could even see it and then when I mentioned that it wasnt clean I again, assumed that when you said it would take about 30 minutes I was assuming to clean it, not the oil change. BTW if you remember the oil change And speaking of service, when they did the oil change they did not wash my car. When I inquired to you, about washing my car, I was informed that Quirk only wash the car on a new car sale. Remember this is supposed to be a brand new vehicle.I live in Sebago and drive to Portland Mon - Fri. There have been many morning that the heat does not work until I am almost until in to Westbrook. Remember this is supposed to be a brand new vehicle.Do I need to mention the spare key took a Month to find. Remember this is supposed to be a brand new vehicle.And you customer service check in was rude as can be. I went to drop off my keys and you have to wait as while I check in these key It wasnt until I was ready to cancel the appointment (which was a drop off BTW). he finally took my keys.I really do not see anything you can do, I just want Quirk to know.Can you get me in a different car?Can you refund the mileage?Can you authorize a detailing of my car?Can you change quirk service policy?--

Great customer service but having a window regulator replaced the window wasn’t on the track properly and the door locking rod was moved so the car didn’t lock correctly and had to bring it back. Please look over the work done on the car afterwards

I went in for an inspection sticker and needed a new strut and a new coil. Got both front struts replaced, the coil replaced, alignment & my inspection sticker that afternoon, as all parts were in stock. I was impressed.

2020 Chevrolet LTZ loaded leather every single option except sunroof. Comes with backpack Tonnau cover. 7500 miles 360 cameras $69550 complete warranty. At Quirk Chevy now for coolant leak, severe electrical issues, Tailgate will come down while you’re driving just to help you unload. Batteries will die If the truck is not driven more than two days in a row just to make sure that you use it every day. Sometimes you may get a radio sometimes it may not work same with the heat and AC. Sometimes your heated seats may stay on in the rear to help warm things up a bit. The gauge is well flutter just to make sure that you’re paying attention driving down the road. Can be seen at Quirk Chevrolet In Portland. 
Q is just all around awesome! Not at all the typical car salesman; you can actually trust Q. Its clear he loves his job, and clear he wants to put drivers in the right car for them, not just the car that will give him the best commission. Highly recommend Q at Quirk!

I bought my 2016 Silverado HD from Quirk,(21,000 miles)and had it towed to the dealership because of a no start. It took them three weeks to find out that the fuel pump had failed. They started the repair, then the tech got pulled to another job that took longer than expected, and then he did not work on Saturdays, so I finally got it back on that Monday.I did ask for a loaner, was told none available, but on the Friday before I got it back, I was told that we could go to a rental place for a rental. GM would pay for the rental, but we would have to put $100 down.I declined.
Salesman was nice to begin with but did not have the curtacy to make the call back to let his customer know if the sale went through. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is too bad because I have been trading there for years
I was scheduled to test drive a trade in vehicle before it had an inspection or was put on the lot. I talked with the salesperson and a manager. The next day I way contacted by a different sales manager asking me about my interest. I told her her I was highly interested and just wait to hear from the sale rep tp when I could test drive it.I get a call a few days laterMy Co worker is having someone signing papers on it now...
