So, to preface, I am not a fan of car dealerships. Most people feel pressured and like they are being lied to. That being said, my experience at Cars 2 Go was exceptional!I was in a really bad spot and needed a car that day. I explained my situation bad what little I had for a down payment and they made it work for me! This was the easiest car purchasing experience Ive ever done. I didnt get bad vibes or pushy energy...everything was right!My car is working out great so far...I really do think this place is amazing. I know 82nd has A LOT of places to purchase a used vehicle...go here.

**Dishonest** with mixed reviews. Purchased a car here a few months back. Did the deal remotely with minor problems, salesman was helpful. Flew out, arrived to pick up the car. It had not been detailed or even washed. Trash from previous owner still in there. Nail in the tire they claimed was new and the date codes were from 2014!The also AGREED that half of my flight expense would be reimbursed. Have been waiting for 2 MONTHS and now not getting answers and being avoided. Really wanted to give these guys a better review, but they left me no choice. If they dont keep their word its hard to trust them on anything else. If they decide to reach out and rectify the problem Ill update this review.

The entire staff at cars to go was exceptional and welcoming. I was scheduled to look at the 2006 Ford expedition at 5pm but didnt arrive till almost 6:30. Tom was wonderful and patient with us throughout the entire process. After test driving, chit chatting and doing all the paperwork we left with our amazing SUV and a great experience. We didnt feel pressured to purchase the vehicle and they didnt try to rush us out of there. They stay open way past their closing time to make sure we got everything we wanted and all paperwork was properly done. People great, cars not so much. bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and car didnt last long enough to get it home to Salem (45 minutes). Drove great on test drive and then transmission completely gave out once i got off the highway. They do poor inspections and i wouldnt trust any mechanic of theres for as much as I can throw them. Dealers ship trade ins that arent worth fixing to dealerships like this. They get you with good customer service and then sell you a bad car wrapped up shiny. Will not be returning and making sure family and friends do not go here either. If you want a RELIABLE car - DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Our agent was very clear and easy to communicate with during our transaction. We are very happy with our overall experience with Cars To Go, as we are first time vehicle buyers. I would recommend Cars To Go to anyone interested in purchasing a quality used vehicle. Customer service was outstanding.

One star is too good for these people. Test drove 2 cars. Maui, the salesman, asked me if I could get the second vehicle for the price of the first one, would I buy it I told him yes. When we were doing the paperwork I confided in him that I had a disability and he made me feel as though I could trust him. When I told him I had a trade in and that I wanted $3500 for it, that was going to work out. Little did I know that he then put the price of the car back to the original price. My car was not paid off, so I gave them the money to pay it off. Instead of then giving me the $3500, they subtracting the amount I gave them to pay off my car. So, I ended up paying over retail for the car (because of all their added fees), plus they got my car. When I got home and showed someone the paperwork, they pointed out to me those 2 things. I went back within 48 hours and told them I either wanted the money difference back, or undo the deal and give me my car back. The guy there told me his partner was out of the office for about 45 minutes. He would talk to him and call me back, that He was on my side. I never heard from them. The next day, the salesman Maui, called to say I had left something in my car, I told him about my having gone back in there the day before and how I felt scammed and he needed to talk to his boss and figure out how they were going to make it right. Never heard back from them either. 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on. These people are crooks, with no conscious. None !!

Great customer service less than a month after I got my vehicle though after I pay it almost eight grand for it its got a leak in the oil pan and its got a hole in the muffler and Ive got a bad Cadillac converter. Recently bought a truck, Ram 1500, from these guys. Adam showed us some trucks. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for and they definitely had it! Lots of nice looking used cars here. After test driving the #1 pick and inspecting some others we started talking numbers. I more or less got the deal I was looking for and expecting. I was out of there fairly quick. Whole process of driving on the lot to driving off in a new truck took less than 3 hours. I was happy, they seemed happy too.Adam and Freddy did a great job helping me out. Worst dealership ever sold me a terrible car that started having problems 2 days after I got it also this the 3rd time this car had a engine light within the span of 3 months all they say is bring it in then they take it to a terrible mechanic who drives the car around and fixes nothing.

I made a purchase here the 3rd week of June. My temperary paper plate was going to expire the 2nd week of July. So I called the dealership they said its because the vehicle needs to go to DEQ for a smog check in order for them to give me an extension. I asked why wasnt this taken care of berfore I purchased the car? They didnt know and said maybe my rep forgot to mention it. I had to pay out of pocket and didnt get reimbursed for it. Then I get a notice yesterday from DMV stating that they are withholding the plates becuase they werent sent the correct amount from the dealership. When I called Cars to go they said thats my responsibility now. I never had any problems like this from another used car dealership I worked with a few years ago. I do not recommend buying from Cars To Go to anyone.

Aida and two of the other car sellers also speak Spanish which was a plus. You may overlook this place at first glance, but we would encourage you to give them a chance because you will be pleasantly surprised at their service, honesty, and professionalism. They also offered us a very fair price for our trade-in. Aida, thank you for helping us drive home in the van that will bring many memories to our family.

Worst buying experience of a used car. I was lied to the car is not in good shape it is not a certified used car was promise reimbursement on things they asked me to do then was told we don’t reimbursed overcharge my account once they sold the car they were rude and disrespectful and ignored me I recommend you do not even buy a lug bolt from these people. I’m a single mom and relied on people to sell me a car that was reliable I put down $7000 and the car has lots of problems I was told they would fit it. But of course after I purchased the car I was told differently please do not buy from these people they need to go out of business.

He stayed focused on my needs and there was no pressure to buy that day or spend more money than I could afford. They took the time to negotiate an auto loan at an affordable rate. As a single mom, and working less hours it has been difficult to find a dealership and car that I can afford and get approved for a low rate loan. Though we werent able to find the right car for us it certainly wasnt because of a lack of inventory. Adam was super to work with. He gave us plenty of time on our own to check out several vehicles. When we couldnt decide on what we wanted their was no pressure that we had to pull off their lot with a car today. I bought a truck about a month ago from Kyle. Kyle was very honest and friendly going through the truck buying situation. He gave us space on making the decision. He would always ask about how he could help us through this decision. He never put pressure on us to buy the truck. LOOKER BEWARE!THIS COULD BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!They are your classic b.s. used car salesmen who lie about being honest and ran my credit after VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO, then tried to lie and say oh it was a misunderstanding Wife and I bought 2 trucks because they made worked with us on one price because they couldnt on another but in the end came to an agreement for both. Next day check engine light came on, Chris the owner Neils son told me bring it back were on it whatever it is. Seemed simple enough, following day they called said it was a sensor and they fixed it. Spent time and money to go back down and pick it up just to drive about 30-40 miles for the light to come back on again with the SAME CODE- I thought you fixed it! Talked to Chris, yet again, it was Wednesday around 3pm when I dropped it off with comforting lies from Chris that- theyre on it. Didnt hear from them/him till Saturday when I reached out to Chris, to be informed that our mechanic doesnt work Sat/Sun like I stated to Chris, why am I calling you to find this out ON SATURDAY. He reached out noonish Monday to let me know he hasnt heard anything from his mechanic. Around 530pm that evening he TEXT me to let me know that- they are going to have to buy my loan back because the bottom end of the motor is gone. At this point it is beyond belief that they didnt know what was going on with the truck before sale happened and want to unwind the deal on the truck that they were able to work with me to sweeten the deal for 2 trucks knowing damn well thats not going to bode well with me, then have the his Daddy - Neil take over the unwind. This place is a scumbag dealership that lies and runs your credit even against explicit instructions not to! I will never go near this place and advise all to shop elsewherea! I would never wish this place on ANYONE! If I could give them a worse review I absolutely would-BUYER BEWARE! SHOPPER BEWARE! LOOKER BEWARE!THIS COULD BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!

I went into the dealership on October 1st to look at a low mileage Dodge Caliber they had for sale. They were asking $8995 but that was more than I could spend. I ended up working out a deal with Mario. I came back on tuesday with a cashiers check and bought the Caliber. Overall it was a pretty fast easy proccess.

Wish I could give no stars for the lies and FAKE car fax they provided us with. Come to find out the car we got had been in an accident in the past. When we tried to contact them about it, no answer. Their car fax showed the car had fewer owners then it really had, and nothing about an accident. We went to a real dealership later on and they had to break the news to us about our car. Unbelievable. This car no longer works and were left without a vehicle. Didnt even have it for 6 months.

DO NOT GO HERE! These guys tricked me into buying a truck from them by making me think it was a good truck. They made it look all nice and run smooth for the show but no more than 3 or 4 days after buying it the engine started rattling and I called to see what they could do to help, and they said there wasnt anything they could. So Ive spent over $1200 in trying to fix the and the problem still exist and now I have new problems that are coming up. Im also a member of the military, so if they treat a guy like me this bad I could only imagine how they treat civilians. This is a Lemon Lot, Im tellin you guys DO NOT GO HERE!

I contacted this dealer over email about a Chevy I was interested in and wanted to trade my Ford F-150 in. The only response I got back was this Would not know till i see it Thanks Kenny. So I replied saying I could take photos or whatever to try and make a deal before I drive 3 hours one way to their dealership. Then I get this response: If you would like to send pics go ahead but i will not put a hard number on it till we see the Truck, I know trucks and they are either really nice or have been abused and there is not usally anything between Thanks Kenny. So I reply saying what is my incentive to drive over and that it doesnt sound like they want to make deal. Obviously at this point there is no effort being made so he replies only with sorry you feel that way, have a great day. That was it. I tell them great Ill just share my experience online since they didnt even bother. After I said that I finally get a response that showed effort for the first time: Excellent!!! I have been very polite with you sorry but at the end of the day dealers need to see your Truck, Im sure you will find a dealer that will tell you what you want to hear and then play games with you when you show up< sorry for trying to be straight with you but how serious are you did not even give us a phone number or vin number or pics so HOW serious were you!!!! Thanks for your time ..Kenny and another Not to mention thier are about 25 to 30 diffrent set ups for 2013 F150s let me just pull a number out of my hat and Guess which one you have XLT XL FX4 Lariat Platium King Ranch and is it a Reg Cab supercab crewcab Long bed or short so again how serious were you!!!!. The only thing serious here was making excuses. I dont know if this dealership is bad but I do know this Kenny guy is awful. Go somewhere else!

Told the price was 10000 on an 04 Tahoe. I added up the payment plan they laid out and with my deposit they were trying to charge me 17000 dollars for it before plates and taxes and everything else.And when I told the salesman (who was cool) and he went to the finance guy to ask whats up with that......we were kicked out because I figured out their little scam.RIPOFF ARTISTS.DONT GO.

We purchased a 2007 Suburban from them, first time we have financed a vehicle. This Suburban has been nothing but problems since we left the lot. Thousands of dollars into it to get it repaired and still having issues. I feel like they overpriced it and knew of the pre-existing problems. We felt totally taken advantage of as first time car buyers. The sales rep was only interested in his commission, not getting us into a good, reliable, family car.

They had the car that I had been shopping for at veryv competitive price. It had a few issues which they aggreed to fix. While it was being repaired they owner of the dealership took it for a test drive and noted a few other issues and immediately contacted me. He was going to repair them at no additional cost to me and one of the issues was about a $3000 dollar repair. My only problem was I needed the car before the repairs would be completed so I had to cancel the deal. He promptly paid back the loan and all additional cost incurred by me. I would recommend this dealership. Owner works hard to ensure customer gets a quality used car.

Friendly, attentive staff and they swung me a good deal. Dan took great care of me and was real nice to talk to. I had a good experience buying there!

Please do not buy a car from these people. They do not maintain their cars, they are dishonest and take advantage of people that have to travel into Portland to buy a car. The vehicle we brought home has a slew of problems including bad breaks, a leaking sunroof, the oil & filters were all bad, & the list continues. I am extremely regretful that we trusted these liars and weren’t able to have a mechanic look at the car. It didn’t help that we had our two young kids under 5 with us, they saw that and used the fact that we had travelled for 2 hours to their advantage. They screwed a young family and now we are stuck making payments and paying for repairs TWO WEEKS after purchasing the car.

Dont buy a car here unless you are desperate. I wont go into too many details, but it was a terrible experience. Also, I bought my car at night, but when I saw the interior the next morning... Covered in dog hair. They sold me a dirty car

Absolutely horrible. Fake car fax shown to me, pushy as all hell. Now Im stuck with a loan on a car that no one will ever want to buy because they couldnt give me the real carfax. Theyre just happy they got their money.

They sold us a used vehicle that was flooded by salt water. It appears they tried to cover it up by an under coat. They under coated mud and rust. Discovered it will be $3k to resolve this issue. Called the dealership they refused to resolve the issue and stated for my to pursue legally.
