They are easy to work with, helpful without being pushy. They brought some flooring samples to our home, so we could choose what we wanted and we can make the right decision. Also gave us some great suggestions, so the outcome of the flooring will suit the aura of our home. Their estimator came out to our house to measure and give us an estimate, the price was very fair. After scheduling the date, work was done within the day; the crew was really great. They did great work installing our new floors. Our floors look so beautiful and I love it!

We moved into our home in 2014. The family room was a combination of cheap carpet and sheet vinyl. I remember the home inspector saying I hope youre planning on replacing the carpet in a couple years. He wasnt kidding! Young kids and a dog really tore it up quick!We went to Rug Bug on the advice from a friend. The service was excellent and so was the price. I wanted to go with a laminate to replace the carpet and vinyl, but they suggested luxury vinyl tile which Ive never seen before. Its perfect! Looks great, feels awesome, and best of all its waterproof which is nice with the dog and kids. Could not be any happier! Thank you so much!

Rug Bug is amazing!! They did our basement apartment (cork flooring and wool carpet) when we remodeled in 2010. They did such a great job that we used them again when we needed to carpet the stairs in our main house and both upstairs bedrooms. Jason (the owner) guided us to the best products and gave us the best price when compared to other suppliers in Portland. Installation was included in the quote and the carpets were installed expertly. (All the seams look great!) But the frosting on the cake was that we needed a little bit of bamboo flooring for repair after a toilet overflowed, and Jasons partner found a damaged box of bamboo flooring and just gave us what we needed at no charge. He even gave us some remnants of underlayment, also at no charge. State Farm ins. commercials talk about being a good neighbor, but the folks at Rug Bug walk that talk!

Love our new carpeting! We bought a house out near the Nike campus and the carpeting was destroyed. every room smelled strongly of animal odor, mainly urine. After some long internet searches I ended up contacting Rug Bug. Jason came out the next day and gave me 3 bids on 3 different carpets. All of the bids included sealing the subfloor to eliminate the cat urine smell. The installation crew was friendly and easy to work with. The entire project went off without a hitch. I would highly recommended Rug Bug.
