Our neighbor recommended Closet Factory. We were in need of a better layout for our one rack walk-in master bedroom closet. The design consultant Maria was very helpful in mapping out a plan that would utilize the entire space. Walter is great to work with and the installers arrived on time and did a great job. It was a pleasure working with the entire team. The end result is well worth the investment. We would recommend and use them again when needed.

I love Closet Factory. Maria designed a master bedroom closet in an unusual space in an attic and it has worked flawlessly. I ended up with more space and so had them come back to create more storage. Everything fits perfectly and works like a charm. Friendly, professional and timely!! Thanks.

The Closet factory of Maine and their designer Maria has done several closets in our home. Maria came over took her time and helped me design my master walk in closet, pantry, downstairs walk in closet and a linen closet for the kids and they did an amazing job. The installers came to the house on time and ready to install. They did a beautiful job and would HIGHLY recommend them. I actual will be using them again for our laundry room very soon!Thanks!!!

Walter Munson also owes me $550. He started a project he didn’t complete. He told me stories of personal and financial hardships that I fell for. We verbally contracted with him in March. I should have seen it coming and for months he said he would be back to complete the job and 2 weeks ago he said he would refund my money. I was a fool to give him the benefit of the doubt. One star . ...no stars and disappointment.Update...Walter returned the $550 to me. The entire experience was unpleasant for both of us. The initial project he did complete is lovely. I’m sad this is how it ended.

We were very pleased with the quality and design of the Closet Factory of Maine. Walter and Maria are very accommodating and creative with their designs. The material is sturdy and easy to clean and we really benefited by the efficient storage. We actually called Walter back to do an additional room and are hooked on the ability to get organized !

Ive used The Closet Factory twice in two different homes and they do not disappoint! While I was building my current home I knew I wanted them to design the master closet because I was so happy with the design they did for me in my last home. Maria did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them!

There needs to be a way to give this business-this owner, ZERO stars. He currently has a $2,000.00 deposit of mine to install a craft room and he is neither returning my money nor installing the room. He took my money knowing his business was going under. He has no current business location (evicted from 190 Riverside, Portland for non-payment of rent) and his staff walked out. I am forced to pursue him legally now. Yesterday, I had someone call the business to see what he is telling people who call looking for his services and he pretended he was on the coast at the moment working and that he would be in touch tomorrow. Sadly, he appears to still be in the business of scamming people. I will update this post with the result of my law suit when it has been resolved.Karen KAmazingly, the threat of legal action worked and I got my money back. Do not do business with this man.
