We went to many in both Washington and Oregon and Angelica was the first person to didnt make assumptions of our price range and happily showed us our countertop options from low price to high price. Once we picked out our slab of quartz she walked us through the process and kept us informed the whole project.Pricing was in line with other quotes but the service was far better. The install group was quick and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommended!

The West Coast team did such a great job! First, they answered the phone almost every time I called! Not true for all companies these days! The process was fast and easy.I emailed them most of my information and went to see the samples in the showroom. They were very informative explaining the difference between Granite and quartz. I didnt realize that they also sold Cabinets, and Tile. The installers we quite but friendly. The installation happened the same week they made a template and it was very nicely done. Most important, they cleaned up after them selfs.

West Coast Granite has given us a dream kitchen and cabinets that we are in love with. I can’t say enough of how pleased we are. The quality of product at a comfortable price is huge for us, and great communication was a bonus. I have always appreciated the excellent and caring service I have received from West Coast Granite and Flooring. From the very first call to the actual application of products, they are professional and clearly know what they are doing. Even the best dont always get it perfect the first time around. When I notified them that one of the cuts was off, they were out before the day was over and fixed the issue. That kind of service is rare indeed. I highly recommend this company.

I almost feel like one now thanks to the delightful staff looking out for me and explaining some very important details about the difference in materials and what to look for.
