A great neighborhood bike shop, with the tools and knowledge to do the job right. The bikes and gear are fairly priced and the selection is everything you might need to get rolling even some nice used parts. I always take my bikes here, the service is fast and friendly, many local restaurants so you can get lunch or a pint while they work on your ride!

Im an amateur when it comes to being handy for my bike and everything I go in this place thats what I tell them. Without hesitation they come down to my level and make me feel really comfortable with their information. Wont stop coming here, for sure. Thanks very much :)

Super disappointing. No passion or empathy for women with children. I came in with my 7 year older to put together a simple boxed bike from Target and the technician was very unwilling, told us to come back with one missing part, that she ended up having on hand, after I asked. After accepting our order, she refused to give me a approximate time frame for the service. Instead she said she is slammed, and didn’t know if it would take 45min or 2 hours. I explained that we live in Aloha and I have a child with me. She still refused. I was unable to receive service. Luckily another bike shop owner was in line who order the part and took the job. Her bike is being put together now. ❤️🙏🏽 Update: It’s took only 15 minutes!!

A friend of mine recommended this place. And now I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. The two people I interacted with were super nice and very informative. I got a tune up on my old univega along with some other necessary improvements. Just picked it up and it rides like brand new. Couldnt be happier with the work they did.

I repair fitness equipment and had a stubborn Schwinn Carbon Blue (Spin Bike) that I just couldnt figure out what was going on. I only saw my chain, rear brake & needed a replacement air pump. They found both my brakes needed fixing & one brake pad. The chain needed replacing. My grips were soggy & replaced. They fixed my reflectors & I bought an air pump. Price was reasonable.They took good care of me. I would recommend them to any one. In a matter of fact I did, my neighbor who needs work on her bike.

Rich was great. I had a problem with my head set. I do most of my own maintenance. I thought it was bad bearings. Rich told me if it didnt work to come back and he would look at it. I went back next day when my solution didnt solve the problem. He stopped what he was doing on a busy Saturday and fixed the problem with a spacerThanks Rich.

I don’t recommend this place at all. The staff there are not friendly and the customer service is not great at all. When you go in there nobody really greets you and when you ask questions you feel like you are talking to a wall. They charge a lot for their installs and they don’t do a good job...I had them install a cadence monitor and the sensor fell off after my second day of riding. They charged me an extra $20 just to strap it to my bike. When I went back there to have it fixed...instead of having the guy who originally put it on fix it...they had another guy do it...when I asked the original guy if he could take a look since he was the one that put it on and had looked at the instructions he very rudely patronized me. There are much better shops out there with people who have better attitudes and know how to treat their customers....I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere

Very happy with the work they did. After taking my bike to another shop and having them incorrectly diagnose the problem, I was really happy to go here and get the right work done.

I took my road bike in for and overhaul and some upgrades. Rich took care of what I needed, let me know what would work and what wouldnt with my upgrade plan, and got it all done right. Six weeks later a little wheel issue came up, probably unrelated, and they fixed it pronto under warranty. I was very pleased and they really seem to know their stuff. Reasonable rates, too.

Rich & Staff are a great collection of bike wizards! super knowledgable and very helpful. I took in my road bike that was in need of a massive tune-up. He went above and beyond to solve the different issues that my bike had, and then on top of that, he made the time to help fit my wife and i to our bikes for a century ride that we had coming up. Its great to have someone who is willing to go the extra mile and that you can trust!

Got a puncture on my first ride of the year and just barely made it to the Kenton shop, the mechanic had me fixed up and out the door in 5 minutes. She even found the piece of glass that did the deed! Lifesavers.

They carry high quality lights for front and back. I also got all my anti theft items here! They have a great selection of quality locks and parts to choose from. The employees are super helpful, knowledgable, and the mechanics do great work.A+ shop!

Rich helped me with a flat tire, gave me a run down of my options for bike racks and bags, and gave the bike a once over as a bonus. The service was fast and friendly. He recommended a local breakfast place (that was also great) while he worked on the bike, and the repair only cost $20. Great experience, will definitely be back.

This place is the best. Helped me fix my wheel and purchase an appropriate replacement. Also installed a part for and gave me so much information and made adjustments. Ash and Rich are so easy to talk to. Ash explained things and showed me examples so I could understand why things were needed. I will continue going to them for all my cycle repair needs.

Bought my bike here in 2016 and every time I go back for minor adjustments or to add an accessory etc I get great service! I crashed my bike last week and decided to get back on it today. Brought it in to have it checked out - Rich was there and gave my bike a thorough going over. He was super sympathetic and we had a fun conversation about music while he looked at my bike. I asked what I owed and he said to come back and buy the rack I have my eye on sometime. Which I will do! You should get your bike here!

Everyone here is very nice and willing to teach you stuff if you are interested, just like the Community Cycling Center. Everyone has roots there and it shows! When I had a major issue but couldnt afford a new (much needed) replacement at the time, they worked with me to budget what could be done to keep me and my bike safe until I could afford the necessary work. Love these folks. 🖖

The people here are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they are wonderfully passionate about what they do. Given an old, rusty 1980s Schwinn that had been sitting in a barn for a decade, they turned it not only into one of the beautiful bikes Ive seen, but easily the smoothest ride Ive ever had. I will definitely be coming here for any and all bike repairs/improvements I want in the future.

Fast and professional service, friendly and affordable! We came here to get my fiancé’s rear-tire fixed, it was flat. They charged $20 for the repair and completed the repair work in the front part of the shop in about 15 minutes. We will be returning here to replace both tires later on, as the tires are not very puncture resistant but we can’t afford to replace both at the moment. Overall, it was an easy and pleasnat experience coming here.

Staff is always willing and able to help when ever I stop by with one of my bike issues. Always friendly. And there dog is just adorable lol 🐶

High quality work and reasonably priced

Brought my bike in and the employee nicely told me that it was a childs bike that was probably not worth fixing but they would try. While that might sound like a harsh statement, they said it very nicely and throughly explained everything to me.

I love these guys. They did a GREAT job fixin up my old beater. I feel like the value was there for what I paid, for sure. It was done quickly and under estimate!!! Seriously recommend them. They also found parts to fix my odd shaped bike and seriously hooked it up. I will be going here for any repairs I need, that I cant do myself (which is most of em, lol). I recommend these guys they are a newer Kenton business and worth stoppin by especially if you live in the neighborhood.
