Bought a 2002 Subaru Outback from Brian in August 2017 and Ive had over 9,000 trouble-free miles over the last eight months. I found Brian to be fair, respectful, straightforward, and relaxed. He allowed me to test-drive the Subaru solo, had a full history on the car prior to its arrival and all work performed on the car before selling it, and took care of a few minor issues before I took possession of the car. Hands-down the best experience Ive had buying a used car. Ive serviced the car myself since buying it but I would feel confident bringing it to them if I needed a mechanic.

Super helpful guys. I had my engine light come on and needed to know what to do. Dropped in first thing on a Monday and they happily read the code, let me know what needed fixing, gave me a reasonably priced estimate in alignment with my research and cleared the code (it wasnt a big deal). All this in just about 5min.Ill be back when something is really wrong.... fingers crossed it wont be soon though.

I have a 2001 Saab 9-3 SE that I formerly took to Atomic Auto. There is nothing wrong with Atomic Auto, as they have always been the premiere Saab shop in town when asking around; Saab and Volvo repair is simply better. I began coming here a few years ago when I had an expensive repair to make. I called around town and Vlad quoted me at significantly less than what I had been hearing around town. Not only was he cheaper, but the work he does has never been an issue; everything he fixes stays fixed.Just a few weeks ago my car broke down on the way to work on the side of hwy 26 on my way to work. Had the car towed to Vlad to take a look; he found a hose that had come unplugged, popped it back in, and refused to take any form of payment from me. They say that one of the hardest things to find is a good, honest mechanic; Vlad is readily available. Quick, courteous, consistent, quality, AND always cheaper than anyone else. Vlad is a lifesaver.

This was by far the smoothest car repair I have ever experienced. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the estimate, loaned me a car and the work was completed on time as promised. Simply put, they were professional and honest. I would use them again without question.

My engine died on my Volvo C 70, my mechanic wanted $3890 to replace engine and Vladamir at Saab Volvo did it for $2200, and it was a newer engine with less miles!!!I showed him the items that my old mechanic recommended to be done, he looked at the list, and said he could do all for less than half of the bid I had!!!Someone broke my electric antenna, Vladamir did it for $60, my old mechanic charged me $240!!!I drive by and often see Vladamir working until 9pm.I have gone in to have coolant topped off, lights replaced, all at NO CHARGE, I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN FROM PREVIOUS MECHANICS!!!I send every one I know to him, he is so honest, and works on all cars!!!

Bought a great car at a great price including a lot of routine maintenance (e.g., oil change, transmission fluid change, differential fluid change, and power steering fluid change). They even dropped off and picked the car at another shop for an independent pre-sale inspection, I paid for it, but this was incredible helpful as I was an out of state buyer traveling from Washington. They also stayed open late to accommodate our schedule. Brian is very helpful!

I moved back to Portland from San Francisco this past July, and brought in my 99 Saab 9-3 SE automatic in for some basic tuning. Not only did they charge me almost half of what their competitors bid over at Gary Small Saab, Everett Auto Works, and Atomic Auto, but they topped off my fluids, replaced a window regulator, and reprogrammed my key remote all at almost no charge. I was thoroughly impressed with Vlad and cos efficiency and professional service, and long as I stay in the Portland and greater area, I will be making an effort to always return to Vlad and Saab and Volvo for my repairs and servicing. When it comes to Saabs, Volvos, and Subarus, I say these guys are the best for their price and customer service in all of the Portland area. I have been raving to my family and friends for already 3 months, I figured it was time for the world to know.. Rock on guys.
