As expected. Nothing terrible, nothing great; mediocre experience.If youre not familiar with the store and dont want to spend a lot of time looking, then I would suggest you try elsewhere.I was looking for a trash can, and while I was pointed in a couple of different directions by a couple different people, nobody really helped me find what was available, throughout the store. Theres a few here, a few there, and a wall of them behind checkout. And good luck.

Ordered toaster for wedding shower with lots of time. Now a week after when they said it would be be here and still no toaster. Live in Michigan and they sent it from Nevada??? Why??

Cole, who I believe is the manager is a Rockstar!! So patient and understanding, very helpful and awesome attitude and demeanor.

This store specifically I will give the manager credit, she knows the company: I went to return a wrong item that I had received from an online order. She asked if we opened the box and I said no, it was the wrong item. She opened the box and the item I had been waiting for so long was right in there. The boxes dont necessarily match the contents. It was the same brand but different product in the box labels so, so I had thought they got it wrong. Was happy to have my stuff immediately and not have to wait for another shipment.

Every time I come into this store... I am followed around as if I’m going to steal something. I’ve never stolen anything before. So lately I remove my coat before entering the store and leave my purse in my car carrying only my wallet. Today... I did just that and still got followed. Then I had a rude encounter with the manager. When I said thank you to her she just walked away saying “yup.” I don’t think her superiors know about this or it would not be every visit! I try not leave a bad review but when this is repetitive I have to.

Went to go get pie beads from my girlfriend for her cakes or her pies she makes good sale going on right now red Dot stuff like up to 70% off

Not too friendly like they used to be; not as many employers to help you Fortunately I knew what I wanted and didnt need help. Not nearly as many products; were out of something I wanted. Shelves were nearly emptyin bath rugs. Did get some hand towels; wanted four, but only had three.

Always a fun place to get lost in, but be aware of your time since they dont have an overhead speaker that tells customers when to scoot haha, so the very nice employee asked if I had needed help because they had closed 15 minutes ago, LOL. Oops, I thought they closed at 9, however it is actually 8 when they close.

I found exactly what I needed for a great price. There was a display, which helped, and Covid rules clearly followed. Wish I had purchased more!

This store never fails me! Every time I enter the door I find exactly what I need. I also find things I didnt even know I needed. Is this a good time to mention that I have a want list for this store that is about 10 feet long. Go through the doors and let the wandering begin!

They have a wide range of varieties on most of the house stuff. The brands and the product they sell are very standard. Quality of the products is exceptional. The only con is all the products are over priced. If price isn’t the issue this is a best place to buy the house goods.

Had just what I wanted on sale plus honored their 20% off coupon. Easy to find, easy to park, had free wrapping paper and tulle ribbon at a wrapping station so I could wrap my gift on the spot. Nice extra!

Very helpful wide choices

The staff is very helpful which is a BIG plus. They have tons of kitchen gadgets which can keep me engaged for a very long time. I went in the hopes of buying a new comforter set, but was a little disappointed in their selection. I would like the store to feel less crowded ... But, then, I suppose thats the price you pay for all the cool, unique items they carry.

This store is always my big giant toy store. Love love love it. Staff is always willing to help as well.

This place has a good variety of household goods. The staff is often friendly and helpful. Their prices are a little high but you can usually get 20% off on most things except electronics.

Honestly, my trip to BBB today was such a pleasant experience! The clerk in housewares was so very helpful. And the clerk at checkout couldnt have been nicer.

The store is great BUT Dawn is the reason this place has Lost my business.I went to the Portage, Michigan store today around 4:00 pm to pick up my order. I got in the customer service line as soon as I walked in the door. After about 5 minutes the line went from a few people to over 10. When it was my turn, Dawn the lady working at customer service told the guy to step forward and then told me the line starts over there as she pointed. The line that she pointed to was the regular checkout line and I needed customer service. I explained to Dawn that I was there to pick up my order and she told me to get in the back of the line. I went to the back of the line and everyone immediately apologized and asked me to get in front of them because they say me waiting there before they even got to the store and when there wasnt a line at all. I have spent a ton of money with this company and I have recommended this company to all my family, friends, and co-workers. It is sad to say that I am forced to revoke my recommendation because this behavior is unacceptable. To make matters worse Dawn looked up at me several times during the 5 minutes as the line grew and not once did she inform me that I should get in the line for a regular check out not customer service. Above the customer service desk it instructs customers to wait there for online orders, returns, exchanges and so on. Dawn is the perfect example of what not to do and how not to treat people. She should not work with customers but in the back somewhere.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. It’s a good-size store, so chances are they’ll have what you’re looking for. If not, an employee can help you order. The only con is many times, the front gets congested and you have to wait a bit to get help.

I like the people at the local store.Dealing with customer sevice was not pleasant. We ordered an item at the store that the website said could only be picked up at the store. When it didnt arrive with the other items we contacted customer service. After several attempts we finally determined that though it was on the charge slip we received when we ordered it, the item hadnt been debited from our account.We didnt get charged, but we also didnt get the gift item. We also did find out in time to find another gift.The worst part was customer service didnt respond when they said they would. No email. No phone call.

Best place to go if your are looking for shower curtains, they have the biggest selection to choose from.

A bit over priced but when you can get a staff member to help, theyre great with doing everything they need to get you what youre looking for. Plus the coupons mailed, texted, and emailed are super helpful with the stuff that you dont want to pay quite that much for.
